This resort is amazing! All the staff is polite, attentive, and very welcoming. We stayed at the Beach Front Residence which is a new addition to the resort. This part of the resort is an “adults only” section, and it was very peaceful and quiet. You also have full access to all the restaurants and activities going on at the main resort which is great! Hands down the Thai restaurant was our favorite out of all of them and our server Gregorio made it that much better! I highly recommend this resort if you’re traveling with family or trying to get away with your significant other!

Just got back from a wonderful trip to The Fives in Mexico. The trip was for a friends wedding, but we had some extra days to enjoy the resort and relax and unwind. Everything was fantastic, the food and drinks, the weather, the pools, the service… all in all a great time. Our room was okay, comfortable and clean but nothing special and a little small with how the bathroom wasn’t really separate. However the main focus of this post is the food and service, specifically Gregorio who served us at Koh Thai. From the start he was personable and friendly, gave us suggestions on cocktails and menu items and even surprised us with a fancy dessert and fire show! All in all so good!

Great vacation, very enjoyed it. Our ambassador team Angel and Daniel were great! Excellent service every time, they were very present during the stay cover everything for us.The restaurant service was great, especially in the Arezzo it was just Delicious! The chef came out to introduce himself and the service and food was AMAZING! Also the shuttle service was fantastic, we were traveling with seniors and they were really helpful for us because they deliver us to any place we needed to be. We had a great experience and definitely will be back. Great place to stay and enjoy everything, definitely recommend!.

Almost everything about our stay was perfect. Captain Erik and his Bell boy Crew were awesome and extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very pleasant and always had a smile but there were 2 exceptional staff members that stood out to us: our server at Flavours, Bernardo and one of the shuttle drivers, Gaspar. All of the Shuttle drivers were great. The food was mostly great and the Margaritas were delicious. The spa services were very relaxing starting with the hydrotherapy sessions. Adriana and Angelica were very professional and the facial/massage were excellent. We will definitely be back.

The fives hotel has been so wonderful from the moment we arrived!!! This is our third night and all the food and people have been so amazing! We are currently at the Sea Olive enjoying a wonderful meal by Chef Roberto Soto who made us a special dish not on the menu and we had the best mesero, Eduardo! He was very attentive and caring for his guest. We are loving it 😍
