I went to the spa and had Tony guide me through hydrotherapy. She was very excellent and kind and absolutely made my day. She helped me relax and enjoy my time and was very very good at her job with excellent energy surrounding her. I would go to her over and over again. I enjoyed the spa time and the stay here. We had a couple of issues along the way but they were fixed. The views are beautiful and I had alot of fun with the activities. My only wish would be a dinner buffet to make taking the kids out a little easier for every meal. But otherwise I had a great time here and a beautiful stay. The staff were all kind and wonderful.

Our recent family stay at The Fives Beach Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcome and cared for. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful pools, lush greenery, and easy access to the stunning beach.
One of the highlights for our family was the incredible Teens Club. My two kids absolutely loved spending time there, especially with Benjamin, who truly made their experience unforgettable. His friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging personality kept them entertained and excited to return every day. From fun games to creative activities, they couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. It was such a relief knowing they were in great hands while enjoying age-appropriate activities tailored just for them.
Meanwhile, my spouse and I got to relax and unwind, knowing the kids were happy and entertained. The dining options were fantastic, offering something for everyone, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was warm and family-friendly.
Thank you to the team at The Fives Beach Hotel for making our family vacation so special. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories!

This was my second visit to the Fives Beach & Residences and it was a special one. My Husband and I got married there last Wednesday and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I don't think we really expected exactly how amazing our stay and wedding would be. The staff helped all of our guests out promptly and went above an beyond.
We'd love to give a huge shout out to Graciela for all of her tireless help planning with us and the on the ground team, Elissandro and Barbara, for their incredible attention to detail and making everything run smoothly. We literally had the wedding of our dreams because of them and would HIGHLY recommend anybody looking to have a destination wedding, that they consider the Fives Beach & Residences.
Also honorable mentions to Ana Rosa and Blanca who were the massage therapists we had at the spa, they were incredible.

Room could be cleaner but everyone at the resort has been super friendly and kind We had an awesome server at the bar... We don't drink alcoholic drinks but Angel Chaic was fantastic! He introduced us to a handful of non-alcoholic drinks we were unaware of. Our new favorite is the Pink panther! You got to try it!

Is framed as a nice and luxurious all-inclusive. The rooms were very meh. The rooftop jacuzzi is only cold water and you have to fill it yourself. Everything just seemed a little run down. Our AC went out halfway through our stay and it never got fixed. Very hot and sweaty nights resulted. There is no assigned dinner times and no clear ways to make reservations so every night prepare to wait for 1-2 hours for dinner. Food wise, the lunches on the beach were great, the dinner food is fine. Gym is very overcrowded.
Overall, they were not accommodating of our party of 9. We had to sit separate at every restaurant and was hard to find chairs, would not recommend for large groups.
