Great location. Good room. There is a small opening at the end of the swimming pool leading to the shops along JI Pantai Kuta. Do you think you are able to make it into a card access entry/exit point so that we could access the shops and back to the swimming pool easily the next time when we come? Thanks.

Disappointing Experience at Hard Rock Hotel Bali
Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali was far from the enjoyable family holiday we had hoped for. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues:
• Unpleasant Smells: The hotel had strange odors throughout, and our room smelled musty from the moment we checked in. This made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable.
• Kids Club Concerns: The kids club was unclean and had a sweaty odor, which made me hesitant to leave my children there. This was disappointing since it was a key reason we chose this hotel.
• Pool Problems: The pool was in terrible condition. When we first arrived, it was closed because it looked like a swamp. Once reopened, it was only usable for a few hours before turning green and cloudy again—clearly, maintenance was inadequate.
• Mediocre Food: The food at the hotel was average at best, not what you would expect from a property with this reputation.
• Poor Guest Treatment: We had an evening flight and needed to spend some time in the hotel bar before leaving. Shockingly, I wasn’t allowed in with my children’s backpacks or my carry-on luggage, which contained all my valuable belongings. This was inconvenient and made an already stressful travel day even worse.
The staff were so lovely, however, Overall, this was not the quality experience we expected. For the price, there are far better options in Bali that prioritize cleanliness, guest comfort, and hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Bali during September school holidays.
Here's our reviews:
The hotel's prime location:close to Kuta Beach and vibrant local attractions.
Extensive Pool Amenities: My kids love the hotel's huge pool area, perfect for relaxation and fun.
Child-Friendly Activities: The hotel offers a kids' club, water park, and kids' outdoor play equipment, making it an ideal choice for families .
Live Music and Entertainment: The hotel has live band performances and a nightclub, ensuring a lively atmosphere.
Excellent Service: The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly.
We will definitely come back again!

First stayed at Hard Rock in September 2023 and loved it. Decided to return in December 2024 and were disappointed. Pool was dirty most days and the mouldy stench in the corridors was unbearable. Rooms were dirty and we had to be moved from one to another. Breakfast quality has also declined.
We had stayed at The Trans Resort (Seminyak) in the week prior and that was top-notch. Absolutely spotless and excellent breakfast.

If you’re planning a trip to Bali with kids, don’t hesitate—book your stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, treating u wonderfully and making every day special. We actually ended up canceling some of our plans just to spend more time enjoying all the wonderful amenities and activities at this family-friendly hotel.
The hotel truly catered to our children, with endless entertainment options, fun pools, and engaging activities. Our room was always spotless, thanks to Pram and Darmika, who made every return to our room a surprise with adorable towel animals that had our kids eagerly rushing back each day to see what they’d created next! Not to mention the lovely letters they use to leave for us daily.
Dining at the Splash restaurant was another highlight—Marta and Indra were incredible! They were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure our kids had everything they needed and making every meal feel special.
From the facilities to the wonderful people, Hard Rock Hotel Bali exceeded our expectations. We loved every single minute of our stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing family getaway!
