Wouldn't recommend, not clean, some staff extremely rude, one staff member serving drinks at dinner was lovely, Hassan. Most of the food I wouldn't eat, and I've travelled across the world, but just seemed unhygienic
We weren't meant to be staying here but on arrival in Egypt we were told our hotel was fully booked and were put in here, but asked to be moved everyday, with no avail
Described as "5*" I would struggle to suggest that it is even 3*

BAD AVOID!!!!!!!!
We as a family of 4 travelled thinking the children would love it, wow I was wrong!
The only good thing about this place is the slides and pools.. well that's if the locals aren't in them and pushing you around.
We arrived at 8pm, waited around and had to sign things, I thought this was strange but apparently normal. Anyway, we were hungry and told to go down after checking in. Only to get there and everything was closed. Ended up down the road at a place called lucky, wouldn't go there either.
Anyway, the next morning we woke up itchy, thought it was mosquitoes.. NOPE! BED BUGS!!!! How disgusting is that!? We told the management and they advised us it was crumbs.. ok? Not sure how that works. We had someone spray the room and went out for breakfast.. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS.
All locals there, they pile the plates up high, high with tons of food and it's so wrong. They push you out the way and look down at you. They are honestly so rude, you feel horrible. There was no food left, had to queue for miles because they are like starving?!
This place doesn't offer cocktails, they don't like you drinking here. They only have Pepsi or 7UP as options !!
The slides are good but you will be pushed out the way getting up by the locals. So be careful with your children.
If you are British, you are NOT welcome.
We left early, found a nice hotel called neverland up the road and we are here now and happy!
We have cream for our bed bug bites. The bed bugs are VERY bad, apparently the locals bring them in and then they don't change them!! We have photos of these bed bugs too. We will be taking this matter to health and safety now.
Thank god we are out of this place, I advise anyone NOT to visit! The 5 star reviews are fake and from the staff, you can see this by their names.

It was a really disappointing place to spend my holiday . First of all, the restaurant was crowded. You should wait on the line to have your food . One of the staff was unprofessional at all. The room wasn't clean 😕 and the dishes in the restaurant were the same . I booked a sea view room, but I get side view, and that is not acceptable at all. After I spent 5 days, the manager changed my room to another one with a sea view . The good thing was the view only. Aqua Park was open only for 5 hours a day with many people from the next hotel. You should wait for 5 minutes or more to ride one of the slides. The noise from the next hotel was horrible. The barbecue was near to the pool, and that was dangerous for kids. The barbecue's smell in the room was bad . I am really unhappy about it 😕 .
I thought it would be the perfect time for me and my family, but it wasn't.

It was an extreme culture shock. Even though we paid for an all inclusive stay, we had to pay extra for many things. The hotel was also very dirty, the beds were bad and the food was tasteless and not well prepared. We also had to fight for food and the staff was very impolite when they were serving meat.
Honest Reviews
Let’s start with, the only good thing here is the Aqua park. It is not worth staying here, this has been a holiday from hell. We have been completely ignored this place is definitely not suitable for anyone with additional needs. my son has missed breakfast practically every single day. I have pleaded with the staff to allow food up into the room due to the fact that my son’s mobility is restricted that was a given no.
Honestly, I hate it here and I wish I didn’t come if anything I am trying to get in contact with my agent to fly back as soon as possible. I wish I had listened to the previous reviews. I don’t know why I thought it would be different for me. the food is rubbish here. The only cater to the Gyptian people and people who are to tipping.
