Food was just shockingly bad. Boasted 6 places to eat. But out side of the pebbles buffet, everything was just 2-3 options of slop.
And pebbles was horrid also, rude gross chefs, everything served was just slop and disgusting. One of the worst buffet.
Rooms are average, did not feel or look well cleaned. Overall very average but having no food options is horrendous for a longer stay.

It was good overall experience
The main restaurant is good especially during breakfast but the coffee machines are outdated and not all options are available except for one coffee machine which was new
The lobby bar was nice but turkish coffee is for extra charge. Be careful of the lagoona restaurant which serves seafood, It was horrible, the food was cold with small portions and not even delicious. Waves restaurant which serves oriental barbecue is the best one.
Couldn't try the Lebanon restaurant as it is only included in the hard all inclusive package, mine was soft all inclusive(meaning no alcohol for me)
The pool is fun specifically for the kids, with few aqua games, three to be exact for adults
The room was clean and well furnished with us ports in the wall to charge your mobile devices
The staff was polite and helpful

Professional staff. We were given sea view room upgrade for free. Food is nice,lots of variety. Nice desserts especially Arabic ones which are phenomenal...Rooms are cleaned daily,gardens are meticulously maintained,it looks like an oasis.
The pool is great,my 3 yo son loved the water slides. He also ate well which was a relief...
Pebbles restaurant manager Mohammad was very friendly and attentive.
Some smaller things I didn't like : you have to get up early if you want to get nice spot at the beach,or any spot...(after 8 am all the best sunbeds are already taken).
Hotel pharmacy is ridiculously expensive (I had no idea that you must negotiate the prices of medicine,otherwise you get overcharged by a lot ,I thought that was only for clothes etc.)

All in all it's a very nice hotel worthy of 5 stars.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The hotel staff are respectful. The food and drink are excellent. The aqua park is beautiful. Every day is new. A very special hotel in everything. I advise my friends to go to this great hotel. Thank you all.

I came from vacation one week ago with my mum , so my honest opinion. Hotel not new , but good one , room , bathroom and shower everything was clean(every day ) many restaurants, nice food, cocktails . WiFi was everywhere, not really good connection, but I think it’s also great.Everything was good for this price.In the end of November it was soo windy , so if you want to travel to Egipt on winter, bring jacket. But during the day was sunny and I liked it, nice weather for walking around. Animation team was so active, all the time. Fares , Marselo and Ksenia doing really well .in the hotel I’ve seen only people 35+or families . I’m 22 and was little bit bored for me (my opinion). The guy who worked as a waiter at the reception was very friendly and cool( thank you for tea with rum 🫶🏼)
only 1 minus I met russian men who doesn’t respect people because of nationality 🥵
