We spent a week at the Pyramisa hotel with a very large group, and it was an unforgettable experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the staff truly stands out. I would like to give a special mention to Ahmed and Abdul from the Sun Rise Bar – they were absolutely amazing! They were always exceptionally kind, smiling, and quick to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible time. However, in terms of value for money, it was reasonable. The variety of the food could be improved, as well as the quality of some of the rooms. A few rooms could really use some renovations, and it was a bit inconvenient that our rooms were located quite far from each other. Despite these points, we still had a wonderful time. Again a huge thank you to Ahmed and Abdul for making our stay so memorable!

Subject: Disappointed with Hotel Service – Urgent Attention Needed Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service at your hotel, where my daughter is currently staying. Unfortunately, her experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the room cleaning is of poor quality—only superficial tidying is done, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the bed linen is old and in need of replacement. In the restaurant, the glasses are not properly washed, making it unpleasant to use them. The service from the waitstaff is also unacceptable—waiters are not attentive, do not greet guests, and fail to offer or serve wine and beer. This lack of hospitality significantly affects the dining experience. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of being tired and in need of revitalization. My daughter is very disappointed with her stay, which is not what we expected. I urge the entire staff to refresh their approach starting tomorrow and show what this hotel is truly capable of. Please pay more attention to your guests, ensure clean and fresh bed linen in all rooms, actively offer and serve drinks in the restaurant, and make coffee more accessible. Thank you for your attention. I hope to hear that positive changes have been made. Disappointing Dining Experience – Not a 5-Star Standard Stay at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the poor food quality and lack of proper hygiene in the kitchen. The dining organization does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The staff openly cooks with old, burnt oil, which has turned into a carcinogenic substance. Trays and frying pans are not washed properly, covered in layers of burnt grease and residue. There is a complete lack of butter and olive oil, and the cheese tastes artificial, like plastic. The cold cuts are full of chemicals and of very low quality. At breakfast, they use frying pans that seem to have never been cleaned. The staff wears dirty uniforms and is generally unfriendly. The beach restaurant offers a very limited selection, and the fish is fried in carcinogenic oil, coated in flour, making it even harder and inedible. There is no dedicated children's menu, and salads are not properly cut or prepared. Additionally, the staff shows clear favoritism toward Italian guests while ignoring others. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating—it barely reaches a 3-star standard. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and proper hygiene. Best regards, Andrey

Best hotel, good value for money, the food has a good selection for buffet. There is also 3 different restaurants to book if you don’t want buffet. The staff are helpful and polite and friendly. The beach is in the hotel and has lots of sun bed. Good entertainment all different times of the day.

This is my 6 day staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience is far from pleasant. The service was extremely poor, with staff showing little interest in guests unless there was money involved. One staff member, Ahmed, was particularly rude, making our stay even more frustrating. (Maybe he had bad day) Animation team is very good 👍🏻 Food not bad. Additionally, it seemed like every small service required a tip, and staff were more focused on getting extra money rather than ensuring guests were comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are far better options where you will be treated with respect and get better value for your money.

We had a perfect stay. The hotel is really nice and the rooms have everything you need for your stay. Beach and the sea is amazing. Clean spacious beach where you can get sunbeds in any time of the day without problem. The underwater life is wonderful, perfect for snorkeling. 🏖🐠🐟 The food in main restaurant is good - if you are not extra picky eater you will not have a problem to choose something. 😊 Animation team is great! Smiley and funny all the time. It was our pleasure to stay here in Pyramisa hotel. 😊
