This resort has it all! The facilities are amazing. The staff are so kind and helpful. They made me feel safe and important. A special warm thanks to Hassel that made my birthday any more special with some surprises. Thank you so much. 5/5 ⭐️❤️

If you want to come to Egypt, it is the worst hotel that you can come to.
The food is horrible, i feel sick everytime i look a the food here.
The hotel is smelly, the staff is very rude.
There aren’t any normal cocktails and drinks, and you got served in a mini plastic cup.
There are a bunch of flies, even in the rooms, its like sitting in a stable.
DON’T COME HERE!
or its gonna be the worst week of your life.

It was the first time we were coming to Egypt with our family. I think we chose a very good place. When we arrived, it was before Chekin and they told us that the room is ready for Chekin while you eat lunch. During check-out, we stayed at the hotel because our flight was at night, and they even allowed us to use the hotel service. The food was not special, but everything was good, the service was excellent, the staffs are always nice and always polite. We were very satisfied and we had a great time. We are still in the hotel until we go to the airport in the evening. Thank you very much

We really enjoyed our stay at Pyramisa. Karim provided great service when checking in. We could have dinner while arriving around 9pm. The room was clean and cleaned & tidied up by a very lovely man Noby. We had really nice conversations with Noby and found him a very sweet and social guy. All staff members are sweet. They greet you and smile at you when walking by. The pools were amazing and the beach was lovely as well.
All meals were provided by the hotel and there was a great selection of dishes every day. Beers and cocktails were included as well. Also, even when going to Luxor early in the morning we could order a breakfast box upfront. We really recommend Pyramisa when going to Hurghada.
One thing which is good to know for all guests: the WiFi connection is quite bad and some staff from the party group, travel companies, spa and photoshoots can disturb you while you are relaxing on the beach or near the pool. Even if you tell them ‘no’. This we found a bit annoying.

Hotel has changed so much since we stayed 2 yrs ago. Hotel has been made into 2 hotels. All the money has been spent on new Luxury hotel. We can't use the other hotels facilities. English can't stay in this hotel They have got the water slide, main children's pool etc. Beach has been practically cut in half. Couldn't get a sunbed after 8 am. Towel station opens at 8 am 99,% of sunbeds gone by then. Real shortage of staff. On the beach or round the pool, always had to get our own drinks. One waiter on the beach actually said , where are you sitting. I pointed to end of beach, he said oh that's too far away,? Never enough sunbeds put out around the pool. If you want one, get your own off a pile?Bad service for a hotel in Egypt. Been many times to different hotels in Egypt Evening entertainment really bad, animation team, try hard. But lost their spark. Guest relations and reception staff, don't seem to want to know because your English. Russians and Egyptian mostly use this hotel. Ali the concierge is fabulous, best and must helpful member of the team by far. Location is great right on beach and great snorkeling site. Rooms dated but clean. Food ok typical all inclusive, alcohol really cheap tasting. Cocktails not very Pyramisa Hotel was a large family hotel. Now it's lost it's identity. Not sure who it's trying to appeal too now. The other hotel is now a luxury hotel for Europeans, but it has the old tatty water slide and children's pool.?. Pyramisa is left with half the hotel, half the staff and half the facilities. Such a shame , but won't be returning. Far better hotels around .
