The hotel’s location, featuring a private and well-maintained beach, is a significant advantage and a highlight of the stay. The daily parties are a great attraction for younger guests, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of good quality. However, serving them in small plastic cups is inconvenient and detracts from the experience. Regarding accommodations, while some rooms appear to have been renovated, the one we were assigned was in poor condition, with several broken amenities. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall comfort and left much to be desired. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, with a variety of options and some daily changes to the menu. We had no issues with the food quality or safety, including the use of ice in beverages. Most staff members were courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall hospitality. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The day before departure, we were assured by a receptionist that we could keep our bracelets and towel cards and continue to use the hotel facilities until our evening pickup. However, on the day of checkout, another receptionist, named Ahmed, acted rudely, cutting off our bracelets and taking our towel cards. This left us unable to access hotel amenities for several hours and forced us to wait outside the property, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. While the hotel has several strong points, such as its beach and food, the inconsistency in service and the condition of our room left us with a mixed impression.

I would not recommend, the one star is for the nice people at the reception and the warm pool. The outside garden and also the beach are looking nice, the beach has the chairs too close one from another (it was not even that crowded of people but still) and you can’t go in water after sunset which is a shame as the sun is going down at 4 am now and the pools are not deep. A of Russian people who are loud and cutting lines without any respect, they don’t speak English and are rude- my experience during my stay. The hotel is far from everything, food is at the limit of decency.

Wonderful experience, we are a quiet couple. Just needed to get away in early December to be guaranteed a bit of sun and was 25 degrees which is ideal British Summer conditions. The room was modern and clean, all inclusive food with all variety of meat, veg, dessert and free soft drinks. For the price of a weekend in Dorset, you get treated like royalty for a week.

It is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I loved trying something new every morning. Highlights: - Excellent location -good programm -best animation team - High-quality service; the staff was always friendly.

Our first trip to Egypt was at this hotel! Unfortunately the first room we got was very depressing, but only because of the smelly smell! We asked for another room, with some difficulty they gave us another room, it was simply perfection! It's in the other wing! The view from the hotel is breathtaking! The food is European, there is something for everyone, we loved it! Freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner! The hotel's beach and snorkelling is one of the most beautiful stretches of the Red Sea! Here you can snorkel, right on the beach, there are tiny fish and colourful fish! Book a sunbed as soon as possible, because there won't be one :) Evening walks can be very romantic and there are parts where you can hide away from people for a while! The animators are very funny and there's always something on, so you won't get bored! I especially liked that many of the animators were of Arab and Egyptian nationality! We loved the beach disco in the evening, it was the best part of the day! Here we have foam parties in the afternoon, it's so much fun! Overall we had a great time, it was memorable!
