It was our first time visiting Egypt, and we had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff team, everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the animation team were very nice and welcoming. The hotel is also great. The pool is really big, and the beach was close to the hotel as well. There was a big variety of food and drinks that were all very good. Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

The food gave us stomach issues the second day. They have food coffee. Attentive staff. Some of the sellers of activities were a bit pushy, but most of them respected NO as an answer. Rooms nice and spacious, the cleaning guy came just three times within a week tho (we had "do not disturb sign on the door every day since 13 till 15:00, but does that mean they will come like never?). Sea very nice and good for children, some small rocks, but water shoes not necessary. Swimming pool great. Playground would deserve a roof, otherwise it is not possible to use it (equipment too hot). From the hotel a la carte restaurants we tried only the Italian one and it was the most horrible Italian food I've ever tried. A lot of animation programs. Animation people were very sweet and kind.

We went to the hotel for a week and it was perfect. The location is really beautiful and clean, the food is good and the service guys are really friendly, especially Mohamed from the bar, he always came to us and asked how we are doing today and brought us the drinks to the pool at that moment he noticed that we are finished again. All in all a really nice experience and I would recommend to everyone to go to that hotel.

Had a great stay at Labranda Club Makadi! 🌴 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. Lots of tasty food and fun activities with the animation team. Perfect place to relax – would love to come back!

We are on day 11 of our two week stay at Labranda Club Makadi and so far we are very impressed. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned and stocked with bottled water everyday. The breakfast, lunch and snack food options are brilliant and there is so much choice and variety, providing something for everyone. Dinner is slightly more limited but there is always pasta just in case! The entertainment programme is good with stretching, darts, aqua gym, volleyball and aqua Zumba on offer (to name a few) and the evening entertainment is also good with a variety of shows, parties and street festivals! The animation team especially Modesta and Hamada, are brilliant. They have got to know us and are so friendly and hardworking. The onsite beach is also a massive highlight being mere steps away from the main pool and amenities, so you can take your pick or dip in and out between the two. The main thing that really makes this hotel so special for me are the staff. In particular, the bar tender/server at the pool bar and Blue Moon Bar Muhammad Abd El Sattar has been such a lovely, kind, friendly superstar. He has taken his time to learn about me and my family and made us all feel so at ease, integrated and looked after. He is attentive and knows our orders by heart, often bringing them to us before we have even asked/ordered. He is always happy with the biggest smile on his face and is our most precious ‘habibi’. He will definitely be one of the main reasons that we plan to come back to Labranda Club next year! Fab holiday so far and looking forward to our last few days here!
