Stayed here for a week and I can tell you that the Service here is the best and authentic one I have ever witnessed. The hotel feels like a gated community where you can get everything you want without walking much. The Animation team was lovely and close to the humans offering a huge variety of activities to choose from (if you can handle the heat). The room had a really nice climate and the beds were comfortable.

The staff are so wonderful and helpful and always up for a good laugh, the hotel in itself was great no complaints here. 100% would recommend. The food was amazing and the beach is great good for all types of trips : family, friend's. Definitely would go again.

Amazing hotel! The animation staff in particular were fab. Me and my partner did water yoga with Kitty who was brilliant. The team always stopped to ask how are stay was, check in on how we were getting on and try and get us involved in entertainment throughout the day but not too pushy. We had the best holiday 🩷

I remember my family and I came to this resort in 2021, and this is the best resort I've ever been to in my opinion. The rooms, service, location and everything, the thing I like about the buffet is that there is a variety of options to choose from. The entertainment staff was the best, and the breakfast was so good. We're definitely coming back again

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast and lunch are served with a sea view, unfortunately dinner is in a garish dining room in the main building. Very nice room with great (and quiet) air-conditioning. Beautifully kept gardens, pool area and beach. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and bar staff the the gardeners and housekeeping, all are friendly and helpful. The animation team, who can often be pushy, are by far the best I have encountered. They are fun and enthusiastic and actually listen to what the guests want. Thank you all for a great holiday!
