Very friendly and comfortable hotel with good food choice and nice relaxed atmosphere. Animation team offer a good variety of activities and evening shows. The hotel is a bit tired in some areas and in need of a facelift and better to select the newer superior rooms but excellent value for money. Pool area is clean and relaxing with comfortable sun loungers good selection of background music and large heated pool

Our second day at the resorts and it's been amazing so far. Staff are friendly specially the entertainment group. Patric is specially friendly and full of energy. We played coco loco last night it was so much fun and can't wait to see what tonight's fun entertainment will be.

The animation team are the best! Always fun and friendly .Amigo is the best! The shows are alway amazing with good dances and comedy. The staff are all nice and friendly, food is good and room is lovely with a good view. Everything is clean and tidy and we had a really good time .There are a lot things and activities to do that are really fun and entertaining.

Amigo is the best guy in the hotel. Thanks for the great time. Also the guys in the bar are amazing. Really kind. The pool is very good. Coco loco is a place where you have great parties. The white party with all the food and drinks was amazing. Also the show with the firework.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast and lunch are served with a sea view, unfortunately dinner is in a garish dining room in the main building. Very nice room with great (and quiet) air-conditioning. Beautifully kept gardens, pool area and beach. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and bar staff the the gardeners and housekeeping, all are friendly and helpful. The animation team, who can often be pushy, are by far the best I have encountered. They are fun and enthusiastic and actually listen to what the guests want. Thank you all for a great holiday!
