Amazing service and a beautiful resort. We had the best time, with loads to do. All the staff were so nice and helpful, from the cleaners to the security. The cleaners are so thorough. We felt really taken care of by the staff. It was just us 2 girls and we felt safe. The entertainment staff were great too.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The interior is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The outdoor area is fantastic, with several pools, aqua slides, theme parks, and activities for both kids and adults. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety for every course, including meats, salads, fruits, and cakes. Kids enjoyed activities like water polo, dancing, carnivals, and games during the day, while adults could join yoga or water aerobics. Every evening, there was a different themed show, which was a great way to end the day. The only downside was the beach. Since it’s on a coral reef, swimming isn’t possible, but it’s great for snorkeling. Overall, this is a perfect choice for families with kids. Highly recommened.

Serenity was an AMAZING resort. We travelled in from Luxor and our expectations were high, but we got there and they were very well met! The main reason we came to Serenity was because it was kid friendly. The waterpark was great, the water slides were terrific and the facilities were in good shape. The staff were very nice and were often checking in on us during our meals to make sure we were taken care of and looking for ways to improve. Speaking of the food, it was so great. The buffet had a huge variety of different foods that everyone can enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, very spacious and had 3 big beds and they were comfortable and the pillows felt very good. Overall Serenity was a great place for the whole family and I would go there again.

Fantastic for family’s or couples. There is plenty of fun to have with theme park/fair rides, water slides & pools for all ages. Staff are always on hand to help and friendly. In particular the legend who was to clean our room has been so friendly,helpful & nothing was ever to much for him. His work ethic is crazy if you had 5 of these people it would be a god send but we are so happy to have met him and for him to be our cleaner works non stop. If you go here for a holiday and have the pleasure of meeting this legend (Mansour) you will see for your self.

The resort was massive and perfect for a family holiday. However, the food was completely subpar, especially if you're looking for vegetarian options. The breakfast and lunch menus were almost the same every day, with only about a 15% variation. The hotel has special restaurants that you can book through the app after checking in, but these are always overbooked. Unfortunately, the food quality in these restaurants was disappointing; we tried two, one Chinese and one Italian, and both were underwhelming. That said, the hotel amenities are top-notch, with A-class facilities, plenty of fun activities for kids, and a massive pool.
