From check-in to check-out the service has been on point. The staff are professional and friendly. We felt at home immediately. The hotel it self, rooms, pools and garden always clean and in good condition. The amusement team did a very good job. They cater for the young to the old. We will definitely come back to serenity fun city and recommend this hotel to families.

We have an amazing time here the staff is very helpful, the front desk is very professional and always asking how can they improve their service. There are many people inside the hotel offering services like fun activities, this people do not work for the hotel and I would advice you to check the same service on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi is not very good around the hotel, unless you get a room where you can get the 5G. The food was very good. My wife got a little sick and they have a nurse 24h on service, even they did not have the medication they send somebody to another hotel to get it at no extra cost. I have to say this action got my gratitude 🙏

There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The reception staff were always helpful, and the cleanliness of the entire resort was top-notch. A special mention to Adel, one of the cleaners, who always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this resort to friends and family – it's the perfect place for a memorable getaway!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to key attractions and easy to access, making our trip hassle-free. The highlight for us was the kids’ play area, which includes slides and plenty of space for children to enjoy themselves. It was a dream come true for our little girl The food was another standout feature. We stayed 10 nights at Serenity Alma Heights and had an absolutely amazing time! Our accommodation was beautifully clean and well equipped, housekeeping came every day and do a fabulous job, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and aqua park, there are plenty of sun beds and space for everyone to relax and have a great time, the food and drinks were extremely varied and to a very high standard, there is so much choice for all tastes and diets in the main dining area. What really stood out for us though was the staff, every single member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as amazing as possible, nothing is too much trouble and they truly do an outstanding job! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special and unforgettable, we will definitely be back! Special mention to Abdallah on reception and also to Youssef at the bar, you guys do an amazing job!
