My family and I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The reception staff were always helpful, and the cleanliness of the entire resort was top-notch. A special mention to Adel, one of the cleaners, who always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this resort to friends and family – it's the perfect place for a memorable getaway!

Amazing service and a beautiful resort. We had the best time, with loads to do. All the staff were so nice and helpful, from the cleaners to the security. The cleaners are so thorough. We felt really taken care of by the staff. It was just us 2 girls and we felt safe. The entertainment staff were great too.

I am sad about the way my favorite hotel dealt with the situation and unfortunately I will not repeat the visit again. We were accommodated in a room that had not been completely maintained and the smell of paint was still there. After we entered the room, the workers informed us that they wanted to install a router in the room for internet service. How can we be accommodated in rooms that have not been completely maintained? The biggest problem was that the room itself was in the corridor of all the rooms under maintenance. I was surprised by a huge number of workers with very loud noises and leaving garbage thrown in the corridor itself and drilling work in the wall in the next room that made sleeping impossible. We contacted the reception staff 3 times to either change the room or at least stop the maintenance work in the room next to us, but there was no response to either. The work continued until 10 pm, with the workers leaving the glass panels next to our room on the floor, electrical wires hanging from the ventilation rooms and drain pipes, and the doors of these openers left unlocked. How can a family with children feel safe walking with fear of these panels slipping at any moment? I went to the reception again to find a solution and insisted that one of them accompany me to see the current situation. The panels were removed with a promise that there would be no maintenance work the next day. But they are just promises, maintenance work continued in the corridor and the room next to us in addition to operating a painting machine with a very annoying sound and a suffocating unpleasant smell that forced us to sit in the lobby until 5 pm until the workers left. Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The interior is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The outdoor area is fantastic, with several pools, aqua slides, theme parks, and activities for both kids and adults.
The food was delicious, offering a wide variety for every course, including meats, salads, fruits, and cakes. Kids enjoyed activities like water polo, dancing, carnivals, and games during the day, while adults could join yoga or water aerobics. Every evening, there was a different themed show, which was a great way to end the day.
The only downside was the beach. Since it’s on a coral reef, swimming isn’t possible, but it’s great for snorkeling.
Overall, this is a perfect choice for families with kids. Highly recommened.

This is ideal for a fun packed holiday especially for kids. We travelled with a 2 and 4 year old who had the most amazing time.
The incredible animation staff, especially Abbey and Daniella where just fantastic and an absolute asset to this hotel. My children adored them and they where so inclusive of everyone. I would have loved a mini disco for 1 hour instead of 30 minutes but that would be my only suggestion.
The rooms are dated, but they serve the purpose and are always clean.
The food and restaurants are exactly what u would expect, you can always get something to eat as they have a huge variety and the a la carte restaurants are gorgeous. Loved the Italian and also the Chinese.
The pools are great although it would have been better if the kids small pool with the slides was heated as the kids would be freezing when they got out.
If your thinking about booking it.. do it!! I read the reviews and was so worried before I came but we had the Best time. The life guards are amazing, on the ball and always very polite and respectful.
Tip- buy a sim at the airport when u land as the Internet isn't the best and always cuts out. I paid $10 for a vodaphone sim with 70gb which I was able to hot spot to all the devices.
All Inclusive
