Dear lovely Cooks Club employees, I just wanted to say a big, big thank you to you all! It was such a wonderful holiday! It's been a long time since I've had one of my best holidays. I just want to say a big thank you to the whole team, who were absolutely amazing! I can't thank the whole team enough! They were so attentive and friendly, always there to help. Whether it was sewing a button on my trousers (in just 10 minutes) or changing my room, they were always quick to respond. A big thank you to the reception team! The boat trip was a very special experience. The day was superbly organised, the food was excellent, the diving spots fantastic and not forgetting the DJ and his great vibes! The captain was also a special surprise. I will definitely be back! Michael Mayer ;-)

Booked the hotel for a winter getaway and especially for its appealing design. Really nice hotel and decorated with love. Excellent staff, very friendly from the cleaning (Fahd) to the pool and bar team and incl. the ambassadors and food/kitchen staff. Great food and all in all recommend to stay here! Cheers Dom

One of the best hotels in Gouna! This was our second stay at Cook’s Club after trying other hotels in Gouna and definitely won’t be our last. Each time we’re greeted with the warmest welcomes and offered top notch service levels. The staff upgraded our room to a lagoon view room and sent us complimentary desserts to our room after learning that it’s our anniversary which was very sweet. The food is always very delicious whether it’s breakfast, dinner or by the pool and the staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are always kept clean also and great location right next to downtown A 10/10 recommendation to stay at Cook’s Club whenever in Gouna

I had the most pleasant experience at this hotel. Highly recommend staying in El Gouna as it is Egypt's safest and probably cleanest city and you're always able to walk around freely. Hotel staff is amazing and super caring also reading all your wishes from your eyes. The food is decent and tasty also there is a changing selection. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer as this trip was just a delight. Thank you!

Cook’s Club El Gouna has met all my expectations. Our stay included breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is really well located: you have a private access to the lagoon and it is located right next to downtown where you can easily go by walk (shops and restaurants). Everything was super clean and especially the room and for this, we would like to thank Alee who always left small attentions for us and was super friendly. Finally, special shout out to our ambassador Mohamed who took really good care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was an absolute dream.
