Jasmine Palace - Me and my boyfriend came to this hotel for 1 week and so far we have found no faults with the hotel. We enjoy both the beach and pools. Each part of the hotel has a different vibe from quiet and chilled to music and activities. Our room is stunning with a beautiful view. The food is also good. The animation team are amazing ! They do so much for the hotel and provide the best experience. Paris was a great help from the moment we arrived in the hotel she came over and introduced herself and told us to go to her if we needed any help. Thank you for a great time so far❤️

I came here with my family for 2 weeks. We are about 1 week in so far and we are all enjoying ourselves very much. The food is fabulous with great variety. Our room is so beautiful and cleaners come every day. The pools and beach are great ! We prefer to sit by the active pool where the animation are. The animation team are amazing and always get all of us joining in with their activities. Me and my sister went to the club with them where they kept us very safe and made sure we had a great night.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine Palace. The Standard Room are a little old fashioned, but they are very clean and spacious. The bathroom is also a bit old, and the shower doesn't always provide hot water. The service is mostly very good. Some personnel seem to be a bit grumpy, but most of the people are very nice and help a lot. The food at the buffet is not so good, especially in the evening. I was a bit sick the first days. The A La Carte Restaurants are way better, but unfortunately are not so easy to make a reservation because they are "full" (even though they are not). The location is very nice. The garden is beautiful and there are quiet places to sit as well as more busy places nearby the heated pool. The beach has its own coral reef which is amazing.

First time in Hurghada. I am here with my sister. Would definitely recommend! We came here as 2 young girls and felt super comfortable especially after meeting Paris from the animation team. From the moment we met her she made us super safe and reassured us on everything. She really made the experience that little bit more special ! We have been to the club with her a few times and enjoyed each time. We did the safari and boat trip which was unbelievable.

Hotel was great. Come here with my family. We really enjoyed the Christmas night! We did the safari trip and horse riding, this was a great experience. The rooms are also kept very clean and are very comfortable. The shows at night time are very fun to watch.
