Currently at this hotel and it's been great so far. Rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. Food is varied with theme nights each evening - my favourite so far has been the oriental night! Animation team during the day are really engaging and run lots of activities around the pool, got to love a bit of belly dancing and aqua gym! And the evening entertainment has been great so far too, a mix of hotel fun and external acts - fun for all the family. Would recommend coming here whether you're here with friends or family with young kids.

Just had the very best 10 days holiday ever. Jasmine Palace has the most wonderful of staff. The food is excellent, the gardens are immaculately manicured, the place is just heaven. First of all our room guy Hermada, his attention to detail and cleaning is beyond perfection but even more is his towel art! We were blown away daily by his creativeness, we were excited each day to see our room. Secondly was the Dunes Restaurant staff, Mahmood was the friendliest waiter with the biggest smile to welcome us each day, it was a delight to see him. He was very polite, considerate and made us feel so welcome. Because of these 2 wonderful people we will be back at Jasmine Palace next year!

My room was old and worn, bathroom patched together with silicon and nothing you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. They don’t have enough sunbeds and almost no shade around the pool areas. We saw people with kids always looking for shade and sunbeds with not much luck if you don’t block your spot before 8 am. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights. The hotel area itself is good and the small reef is very beginner friendly with a big easy access stair at entry one that is also shallow but still some corals with sand and another at deeper entry two with more corals. I liked the food, they had an asian theme when I was there with veg. sushi and some other stuff. I think it is in general a cheaper hotel, i was booked there, as my other hotel was overbooked, would not come again. If you are on a budget and look for a block your spot or get lost hotel and no shade hotel, it might be good for you. Wifi was not in my room but possible on balcony.

Fantastic hotel. We had a huge clean room with a lovely view. Wonderful cleaner bassam. Staff make the hotel a wonderful experience. The animation team , the bar/waiter staff , the gardeners , the life guards , are all super. The food has been good , there is something for everyone. Beautiful beach , lovely pools , all very well kept. So good that we’ve booked to come again next year March.

The hotel was so bad that the same food was served every day, people from the bar were constantly walking around the restaurant with menus and drinks in their hands to sell drinks. The employees in the hotel spoke half English, no one understood anyone. Most of them answered you in Arabic anyway, you were told okay okay and everyone did what they wanted. The managers were constantly yelling at the waiters in the restaurant and this was ruining our appetite. A girl from the animation group was constantly acting sullenly towards the children. They charged us £15 at the hotel where we came for a holiday with our three children because we lost our towel card at the reception and they couldn't find it. They made us wait half an hour for a towel card and then said you have to pay for it, when we asked if such information was given when we checked in at the hotel at the beginning, they reminded us that we had to read the information written like a dot on the back of the card, but no information was given about these at the entrance. Then we went to the Italian restaurant that was special and couldn't finish, the food was not good at all. The waiters are fighting with each other again, we don't know if it's the waiter or the manager doing it to the waiter, we don't understand, everyone is unhappy, all the employees at the hotel are unhappy, so as a customer you feel this unhappiness. You definitely don't get any service for the money you pay. You come to a hotel for a holiday and you return with more stress. We know that there are many hotels around where you can be more happy and our friends were very pleased with most of them, unfortunately we lost both our eight days and our money here. We set off for the airport very unhappy, Egypt was our first and last time, this unhappy experience made us dislike Egypt.
