Great hotel. Rooms are not too bad, good-sized, and pretty basic but clean. Staff are really friendly and very helpful.
Location wise, not much in the vicinity, only the Museum on the doorstep. You will need transport to get anywhere else.

Hotel was very tacky...food was standard
.. outside area smelt in the morning due to them using sewage water to water the plants..entertainment wasn't on until 9.45 which at that point we'd rather just go to bed. Some staff members were lovely, others not so much.
Wouldn't recommend the city tour, waste of time, the orange bay was also a waste of time and money, the quad biking safari, would 100% recommend, brilliant day out...
Other then that I wouldn't pay again to come to this hotel, isn't worth thr money we payed for it..
Not necessarily the hotels fault but I injured myself on one of the slides, as I saw older people going on them I thought I would as a laugh and ended up spraining my knee because the water is too shallow at the bottom...
Would recommend going to the senzo mall close by, they have everything you could possibly need, the shopping food centre in the mall is cheaper then the shop in the hotel so would 100% go there instead...
Like I said, wouldn't recommend!!!

Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

We went family to the holiday and stayed in this hotel . All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. My children’s loved the kids disco and all the extra activities. The food was delicious and amazing. The beach is really very close and clean. We had a great experience overall… I will definitely recommend this place. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, there was a major downside—loud music played until midnight or even later. This was especially frustrating since the hotel isn’t adults-only and there were many families with young children. The windows are old, not soundproof, so the noise easily made its way into the rooms, making it hard to get any sleep.
The hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, and you need to take a shuttle bus to the beach. The driver waits for 20 minutes until the bus is full because he’s too lazy to make multiple trips, even though it’s just a 5-minute drive. He forces passengers to squeeze into three spots, crammed without air… He lets people board with open strollers into this small bus, even when there’s no space for people, let alone big strollers.
In the restaurant, there is a children's section with small chairs and tables, but only one high chair for babies and younger kids who want to sit at the table with their parents, which is, of course, always taken because the restaurant is always full. The hotel needs renovation, and their citizens are always allowed to skip the line and are served first, even though we’re all waiting in line.
Honestly, it’s not worth the money, nor the 5 stars it claims to have.
