I could write an absolute missive on this hotel, but I will attempt to keep it short. We split our stay with the Overwater Suites and a Pool Beach Villa. I felt the beach villa lacked privacy, the trees between weren’t fully grown, but we rarely used this pool anyway. The lagoon is lovely, very warm to swim, lots of wildlife. The food here was brilliant, having tuna steak for breakfast is certainly a luxury. We didn’t have a single bad meal. One thing to note on here, I was disappointed that a lot of the seafood is frozen, calamari for example - that’s a shame when we are in such a fish rich area. I found the butler system to be a nice touch, but doesn’t really work in practice - perhaps our butler wasn’t quite the one for us. Lifts took a while to arrive, and it felt a little impersonal, but the contact and availability of the butler is good. The wildlife here is cool, there are bats everywhere and they’re huge! So cool! The best vacation I have ever taken, hands down. The entire experience from the moment you land and until you leave has been perfect. Our butler Nafiu was awesome! The excursion teams were fun and professional. The Med Spa was world class, including the wonderful Dr. Yaaz. I could not have asked for a better stay. 11/10.

Heavenly Utopia - 24 July'23 to 28 July'23 July 2023 Heavenly Utopia If you're looking for an absolute paradise like holiday then Heritance Aarah is just the perfect holiday resort in Maldives. I was travelling with family of 9 members including 2 old aged people and I did not face any problem, everything was so hassle free. I would love to mention every point 1. Airport Assistance - Royalty like treatment began right after exiting the airport itself. The was a Heritance Aarah representative was waiting for us at the arrival, he helped us with our luggage and check-in for our Seaplane (TMA) We boarded a bus to the seaplane terminal and were then greeted by another representative - Sabrina, very humble and polite lady, she escorted us to the Heritance lounge. We had to wait for 30-40 mimutes for our seaplane to arrive. The lounge was exceptional, had non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, We were able freshen up till our seaplane arrived. We were also assisted well with the wheelchair facility as well for my grandparents. 2. Arrival at the resort - Upon arrival at the resort we were welcomed by the staff with the Maldivian traditional boduberu dancing, also we were introduced to our personal Butlers Mahender and Arka who greeted & assisted us to the reception to check-in. We were served with refreshing towels and their special Heritance welcome drink. Mahender and Arka then took us around in the buggy cart for a show around the resort. Explained and provided every little detail about the resort and what all was included in our package. 3. Butler service : Our primary butlers - Mahender and Arka were very prompt in their service, looked after my family very well. They both stayed true to their word, " Ma'am we are just a call/ message away". Personalised attention to summarise. All our restaurant dinner bookings and day's itinerary was well managed by our butlers. 4. Activities The resort has a number of activities that one can do daily during the stay. From cooking classes to cocktail making session, sassen tea tasting, Night fishing cruise to sunset cruise. There won't be a moment where you're bored and wondering what you can do on the Island. They provide a number motorised to non motarized watersports activities have various guided diving activities as well. You have to book those advance 5. Restaurant & Food The resort has 7 options for restaurants according to our package. There are lots of options to choose from the all inclusive wine and drinks menu. When they say all inclusive that's what they mean. Every restaurant has its own charm and exquisite selection of gourmet menu which is palatable for everyone from different countries. From Indian kitchen staff - Deep Singh had prepared an amazing Goan style curry from the fish caught during one of our activities - Night Fishing. The Indian kitchen staff - Manoj and Deep prepared hot hot Puris and Naan for our family. The restaurant staff at Ranba restaurant- Dan, Silva & their team were very hospitable and ensured that we were enjoying our meals everyday. My grandparents also enjoyed every meal at Ranba restaurant. Matteo's freshly prepared pasta is one you cannot miss at Ranba restaurant. Our personal favourites were dining at their seafood restaurant Ginifati and Ambula restaurant. The food was delicious, sumptuous and kudos to the food presentation skills from appetisers to the desert. While serving the food, our servers explained the flavours involved in each course which made the food even more appetising and enjoyable. To summarise Heritance Aarah offers michelin star luxurious dinning experience. 6.Medi SPA The spa experience on second last day was rejuvenating. The manager Bibi took note of all my sister's and my areas to focus during the spa treatment and recommended Balinese massage and therapy. At the end my sister and me felt our body as light as feathers free from pain and completely healed. Highly recommend the spa when you are at Heritance Aarah. Lastly 5 days 4 night stay wasn't enough to sink in completely the beauty this luxurious resort had offered. One

Quite well balanced between reef areas and lagoon areas. The sea level change is quite drastic, so it was pretty hard to get to snorkeling areas when the water went low. Spacious beaches, where you could meet some (hermit) crabs, and beautiful emerald waters were very memorable. But not everywhere was for snorkeling. Rooms were very well conditioned. Booking for dinners were quite difficult even with the help of our buttler. But the food and service were highly impressive. Servers would very frequently check in to ask if you need anything. I would not forget the Maldivian fine dining course at Ambula, especially. The atmosphere of restaurants was also generally great. Good for romantic dinners. My buttler was friendly, but very far from being effective and helpful. He was very slow in responding, often misunderstood what we asked for, and made numerous mistakes. Personally liked the vibe of the Bandhi Pool Bar. We participated in some walk-in activities like latte art and palm leaf art sessions. They were quite enjoyable. Hard to make reservations at the spa, too. So my wife and I had to get massages separately. (The buttler seemed unaware that our package included the massages until we asked for help booking.) No mosquitos at all. Night fishing is definitely recommendable. For Ocean Suites guests, go for in-villa dining. Delicious and convenient. They charged us for green taxes without prior notices. They are government mandated and were not that expensive. But would have been nicer if we had been told about them. Another resort we went to had the taxes included in the package, so we did not have to pay the taxes separately.

Very inspiring, relaxing place. Waking up to great view, amazing sea and swimming with gorgeous fishes… Enjoyed the Ayurveda massage and then got a great face analysis from Dr Stella. Great food and cocktails! Life…
