Beautiful, relaxed hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Was amazed by the size of my room, which was very well looked after. Food has been amazing - great choice and everything prepared to perfection. Lovely gym overlooking the sea and clean beach with plenty of sunbeds. The animation team are great - always friendly and smiling but never pushy. So far have done morning stretching with them and went to a belly dancing show which was great fun.

For lunch and dinner, the à la carte options were delicious, with a mix of international and local Egyptian cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were fresh and expertly prepared. The chefs even accommodated our dietary preferences with a smile, which we truly appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a decent experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet even basic standards. The bathroom had a severe leakage issue, with water seeping outside and creating a mess. Instead of offering a room change, they simply sent housekeepers to clean it up. So what was I supposed to do the next night—call housekeepers again after every shower?
The room lacked essential amenities like slippers, a dental kit, and a comb, which are expected in even mid-range hotels, let alone a place claiming 5-star status. The room itself was small and felt cramped, far from luxurious.
Overall, while the price might be reasonable, don’t be misled by the advertised 5-star label. If management wants to maintain that rating, they need to address serious maintenance issues and improve the in-room amenities. Until then, set your expectations accordingly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. The animation team was fantastic, they made the entire experience so lively and fun with their energy and activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back in the future!
