I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5-star IHG Hotel Indigo in Dubai, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch – the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately clean, offering both comfort and style. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. Dining at the hotel was another highlight – the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pool area was a fantastic place to unwind, with stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the Dubai sun in style. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is just a short drive from the Dubai Mall and other major attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring the city. Overall, Hotel Indigo Dubai offers a truly exceptional 5-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Dubai. Room 617 loved it thsnkyou so much.

Indeed, it’s a great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and have a lovely local touch. Everything was spotless, and I especially loved the premium-style coffee cups and saucers. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the lady at the front desk Ms Yadanar kindly upgraded me to a beautiful suite, thank you for your swift assistance and your help. The pool bar team was very friendly and their attention to detail stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The hotel is stylish, clean, and full of creative energy — from the beautiful decor to the relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Michael, who made my stay truly memorable. He was always friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude and great customer service made me feel completely at home. Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and every detail reflects a sense of authenticity and style. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to the reception team for the wonderful room upgrade and to concierge Ayub who carefully helped us with luggage and explained how things work in the room and the hotel. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. As IHG team members, we truly appreciated being treated with the same warmth and professionalism as every other guest. Our staying at Indigo Hotel was one of our best experiences. The people are very kind and helpful (many thanks to Michael). Very good food,the breakfast was delicious, the room clean and the services were impeccable. They even have a floor where you can wait if you have your flight later,you can take a shower after the checkout time, a hair salon,spa,everything you need to make your vacation memorable. Once again,the people are amazing, always ready to help, smiling and putting you in a good mood. Starting with the reception team,along with the great people cleaning the rooms,everything was absolutely fantastic. I really recommend this hotel! Thank you for everything!!!
