We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is fabulous and the staff is extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable and well looked after. We really appreciate the fact that let us check in few hours early, all the process was so smooth from check in to check out. The room was spacious, spotless and the creek view was superb . We loved every single detail of the room and the hotel. They have a very big variety of food for breakfast, served as buffet and ordered to table as well. It is at walking distance from Dubai Mall and that saved us alot of time. The pool facilities are great as well.
We had an overall very positive experience and we would definitely go back again.

The services provided were excellent, catering to all my needs seamlessly. A standout feature for me was the availability of Indian breakfast—an absolute delight! The food was not only authentic but also delicious, adding a special touch to the overall experience.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority at this hotel.

This was my 1st trip to Dubai and a friend helped my choose this property. The location was about a 10 min walk to the Dubai mall and centrally located to get around to different parts of the city. The breakfast buffet in the morning was full of foods from all around the world and delicious! The staff was very friendly, the room was decorated really well and it was very comfortable. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was nice. The bathroom and shower were great with a huge tub/shower. The roof top bar was nice and they made fun drinks.

I have stayed in Indigo Hotel for almost 6 weeks with my son and our little dog Ginger. It is extremely a very pet friendly hotel. I felt like home. Everyone was so friendly. Special thanks to Milo and Augustina from Open Sesame who were very helpful in breakfast time, preparing me a plate every day. In-room dining Rita was again very helpful and friendly. And I cannot forget Chef's specialties! Special thanks to Adele at the front desk and Michael from concierge who was taking our packages almost every day. Last but not least, Mr Mohamed, the Asst. General Manager, made me feel like home. He was very interested and supportive in everything we needed. I think it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. House keeping works very fast and very clean. Everyone was friendly. Even though the room rates are not so high, they never sacrifice quality. 10/10 rated hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Dubai, and overall, it was a great experience with a few areas for improvement. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Dubai Mall, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, providing a very comfortable stay. The hotel's aesthetic is impressive, and the attention to detail in the décor really stands out.
The staff deserve special mention; they were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. However, the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Given the number of guests, the variety was quite limited, especially for those looking for more Western options. It seemed to cater primarily to Asian tastes, which might not suit everyone. After two days, we decided to skip breakfast as we couldn't find much that appealed to us. That said, the restaurant staff were very accommodating and kind throughout.
In summary, Hotel Indigo Dubai is a fantastic choice for its location, design, and hospitality, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety to cater to a broader range of guests.
