Our stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown was phenomenal! The hotel’s thoughtful honeymoon decorations made our trip truly special. The staff’s exceptional service stood out—Michael at the entrance was incredibly attentive, arranging transportation with care, while the front desk team kindly upgraded us to a stunning riverside room with breathtaking views. Breakfast was a delight, thanks to Winnie and her colleagues’ warm, dedicated service. The hotel’s chic, modern design and impeccable cleanliness added to the charm, and the relaxing pool was a perfect touch. Every detail reflected their commitment to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo for its stylish ambiance and heartfelt hospitality!

Where we Stayed

We had a wonderful holiday with my husband. The rate was 500 AED per night including breakfast, and we stayed for 2 nights — absolutely worth it! The hotel facilities and value were excellent. A special thanks to Michael at the reception — he was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond to assist us and even offered a late check-out of almost 1 extra hour, which made our stay even more comfortable. His warm attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

If 6* was a thing this would be it. Hotel indigo is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at anywhere. Very well rounded as every aspect is done well and done with care. The entire hotel smells amazing. We had to ask what it was. It’s apparently a custom designed smell for this hotel specifically. Never smelled anything like it and now to me it smells like home. The rooms are great. Location is perfect. Service is unimaginably top tier. Michael at the front desk makes it feel like you’re coming home. The room staff is amazing and every time you come back you feel like you’re walking into a new hotel room. We came with a 1 year old and every staff member is very patient and accommodating for young ones. They made it an easy and pleasant experience the entire time! Also there’s a small play area near the dining area for kids. Very well kept. When you go to the Open Sesame restaurant for breakfast buffet it’s perfect. Make sure you ask for Shadwan as your waiter he’s literally the best waiter I’ve ever had anywhere on Earth. He brings you things you need before you know you need it. He’s very attentive and very timely. We will always stay here when we visit Dubai.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind special thanks to Ismail at the reception and Ayoub and the rest of the breakfast team for their exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was outstanding every detail was taken care of with a smile. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Dubai Mall and close to everything you need. The hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing stay we had at Indigo. The rooms were excellent. Clean & airy with a lot of space. The staff starting from the reception were very helpful and always carried a smile on their face. The breakfast was excellent, and on all 4 days we stayed there, there was always a variety. The breakfast staff especially were very accommodating and helpful. Special mention to Augustine & Ajay, who went out of their way to help us. They were very helpful and gave us suggestions of the dishes. Always came to our table to see that we were okay, and offered help. Keep up the good work Hotel Indigo!!! We will definitely be back, and will be recommending your hotel to our colleagues back home in Canada. Thank you for making our visit to Dubai a very memorable and fun filled one🙏
