Superbly located family hotel with plenty of room for nature. On the seafront, splendid view from the outdoor restaurant. Comfortable room, lots of activities available, staff really lovely, smiling, helpful, relaxed. That's another big plus for this hotel. Hotel on a human scale, very good buffet. The only drawback is that there's no indoor space where you can stay in the evening if it's colder, otherwise perfect!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Pinos Park. Everyone, from the cleaning staff to the bartenders and the children's activities staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and sincerely kind. There were lots of fun activities on offer throughout the day, including fitness options (which I appreciated), pool games, and night time entertainment--which far exceeded any expectations I may have had. Our kids (10 and 12) found friends and entertained themselves, but the children's staff was amazing. Each night we noticed that they would move through the crowd and go chat with the children in the program and their families and encourage them to come play with the other kids during the shows. Great that there was big action til 10:30 or so then absolutely quiet as everyone headed home. The food was as good as can be expected from a buffet--the desserts and live stations were always quite good, a few nights, excellent. The grounds were beautiful and the beach was great for swimming, with SUP boards, kayaks and paddle boats available for rent, as well as a cozy (independently owned) beach bar. The app was also very helpful, letting you know what was going on throughout the day and when our room was clean. We will definitely return to an Iberostar resort.

Had a great vacation! Location was beautiful. The beach is in a small cove and immediately adjacent to the hotel. Nice pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful while we were there and prior to our stay when we had questions. Food was delicious and plentiful. We mostly wanted down time, but there were lots of activities available if you are looking for more to do during your stay, just check the schedule on their app. We have teenagers, but the younger kids doing the kid focused activities always seemed to be having fun. The rooms were nice and the one small problem we had with the AC was immediately resolved. We also appreciated their focus on the environment and sustainability. We would definitely go back!

It is a good place to stay with kids under 6. The beach is public, so you have to pay for the sunbed, given that you've found one available. The food is fine, but the bars don't. On the good side, you can visit a lot of places around for an affordable fee. From a negative side, a lot of people smoke around. There's no restricted places. Even at the kids' pool. Not to mention "not so kids" areas. I can not recall I single moment I didn't smell cigarettes smoke. People here are either immortal or have never heard about lung cancer. From the positive side, though. The public beach at this hotel had really good places for snorkeling. Literally, 2 minutes walk and whole day fun.

This is a wonderful hotel, made even better by the very friendly staff! We stayed here as a couple and from the moment we arrived at reception to check in we received amazing service from the staff. Offered a drink on arrival and were even able to check in to our room early which was great. The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned, with countless staff on hand keeping on top of things. Every member of staff we walked past said ‘Hola’ which was lovely. Food is great for a hotel of this size, with lots of fresh options and a nice variety between days. The hotel is set in a stunning location right by the sea, just a few short steps and you’re on the lovely beach. The pool is also lovely, again kept very clean with a lifeguard on hand. The WiFi is also some of the best I’ve had in a hotel! We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed, staff were always on hand to help us with any questions. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to both couples and families. We would definitely stay here again!
