This hotel was actually quite nice. The stuff were kind And polite The fifth facilities were clean And the rooms were okay. The hotel is situated roughly five minutes walk from the strip.

Good value for a long weekend in October. Rooms were modern, breakfast was decent enough, nice pool and located close to beaches and the bars.

Currently staying at this hotel and today I am very angry and need to make people aware. If you want safety, continue reading. They come in your room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and then just apologise for it when you come back and catch them. I had already seen the reviews which state this happening to others and things getting stolen but was too late to cancel..... so here go's Today, I left the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door as I have been cleaning the room myself because I didn't feel comfortable having it cleaned after reading the bad reviews regarding theft from rooms. The sun went in and the rain was coming so we decided to go up around 3pm. When I came to my room I found that the door was open and there was a cleaner in my room just coming out of the bathroom. This instantly shocked me as the do not disturb sign was still on my door (I tied it on with a hairband). I asked the cleaner, what does this sign mean.. she replied "NO cleaning. I then asked her why she was in my room, she replied with sorry.. picked up the towels and rushed out of my room. I couldn't believe it so I decided to go and speak to the manager, the woman on reception told me the manager would be back in around 10 mins and asked if there was an issue, I explained the issue and she told me it was a mistake and the cleaning supervisor should come and see me..I saw a man come out of the managers office and I asked him if he was the manager, he told me no so i asked the lady to get the manager to phone me. I came back to my room and the cleaning supervisor came to see me, she apologised and told me that the cleaner got confused as it wasn't her normal floor (but the do not disturb sign is the same on every floor). I decided to go back down to the manager and when I went into the office it was the man who told me he wasn't the manager now telling me he is. When I explained to the now manager it just seamed like he didn't care and just said sorry with a smirk on his face, how disappointing. At this point I was very angry and told him I will be telling everyone on TripAdvisor about this and then as I was walking to the lift the woman manager shouted out and threatened to kick me out of the hotel. (How nice of them) Hope this review helps you make the right decision!

I really enjoyed my recent stay. I experienced mainly positives and a few notable negatives. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positives: The hotel boasts plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar is fairly priced. The food quality at the hotel's poolside bar is impressive. The location of the hotel is great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive, with someone available to assist guests 24/7. The rooms are modern, featuring plenty of storage and a fridge, which is convenient. Moreover, the hotel offers great facilities for late check-outs, making it easier for guests with late flights or travel plans. Negatives: Unfortunately, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been a welcome addition. The hotel's location on a hill might be challenging for those with mobility issues. During my stay, I noticed some ants in the room, which was not a major concern but still notable. this, I believe is a big concern as it happened on 2 separate occasions during our stay. Despite displaying the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, the cleaning staff still entered our room This invasion of privacy is highly problematic, especially considering previous reviews that mention theft by cleaning staff. Such actions not only violate guests' privacy but also compromise the sense of security that guests expect when staying at a hotel. I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Ensuring that staff strictly adhere to the "Do Not Disturb" signs and reinforcing the importance of respecting guests' privacy. In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with many amenities and a friendly atmosphere. However, addressing the issues mentioned would enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel itself was nice rooms clean and nice pool. However I’m disgusted with how rude the staff were towards us when we showed them nothing but respect and will not be returning for this reason. Very disappointed with how we were spoken to and treated especially by staff member Armourella who was very nasty to us for no reason which ruined our stay. As well as, in the room there is hanging metal lights very low down which we kept on constantly hitting our heads on. Very Bad design! Very let down will not be returning ever. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
