We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable experience. The rooftop bar and pool were particularly impressive, providing a great place to relax with stunning views. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to all the main attractions and just a short walk from the beach. While the food was decent, there is some room for improvement. The air conditioning in our room could have been cooler. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel for its overall value and amenities.

This hotel was the perfect location for me and my friend. The hotel is modern with spacious bedrooms that are calming and have a reasonable size balcony. The reception and pool staff are kind and caring and always there to help with everything! Victor on the rooftop restaurant was a gem, very attentive and kind to us. Make sure you book a dinner table for the rooftop highly recommended to watch the sunset. The down-the-stairs pool gets shadowed by the hotel after 2 pm, so make sure you grab a sunbed on the rooftop! The food was delicious and wish we got half board - you can pay £20 a day for dinner buffet and was not disappointed when we did. Perfect location to get to San Antino and other party spots if needed, taxi comes straight to the hotel door.

We had a great stay at the Innside Ibiza. Stayed for a week, the rooms were great, wonderful view over the bay. and spotlessly clean. The pool area downstairs is lovely, but we also treated ourselves for a couple of days and got the Bali beds at the roof top pool area (Rooftop 9), just amazing and well worth doing. All the team we dealt with were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had breakfast every day and it was terrific, we also had food and drinks on the roof top pool area, gorgeous menu and cocktails with lots of options. The location is really good but for me the big plus was the beach right out the front of the hotel. Big thanks to Christina and Luis for making our stay so memorable.

I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Upon check-in the clerk was unnecessarily rude (we had 2 people checking us in the second one was nice and polite). When we came to the room it was very hot, we thought it was weird so we turned the AC on but it wasn’t really getting cooler. Then maintenance enters the room because they mistakenly thought it was empty (he didn’t say what he came to do). We leave the AC on and leave the room for several hours. Upon return it is still pretty warm, we take a shower and the room turns into a humid hot mess (AC doesn’t work and neither does the air exhaust). We complain to reception and they send (the same) person from maintenance. They replace a filter but it doesn’t do anything. I run into them on the way to reception so I ask what the problem is. Maintenance tells me it is very hot outside (it was about 28 Celsius) and the whole hotel
needs AC, and that we have to wait until they turn off the AC at the buffet for the room to get cooler. He tells me to wait 1 hour for it to get better, there is nothing they can do. Reception tells me the same after talking to maintenance on the phone and tells me the hotel is full and we can’t switch rooms. They tell me to wait again for 1 hour for it to get better. After 3 hours it is still the same. We complain again and get told there are no rooms available. When I check online it tells me I can book several rooms for today.
Furthermore the food at the buffet is very bland and a weird variety of things to eat. Absolutely not fitting for a 4 star hotel. Drinks are not included. The beach is very nice the way water was nice and clear. The views from the rooftop are nice (on one side).
All in all we have never had any of these issues at any hotel we have stayed at. We came for only 1 night to Ibiza to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a worse hotel.

Great rooms, clean and we asked room service to come back later on in the afternoon to clean our room which they did. Only thing which makes it 4* is the AC situation. I was with a party of 6 with 3 different rooms and the AC wasn’t working in all 3 of the rooms, upon speaking to another guest in the hotel they said the same, which was very annoying as it was 30 degrees everyday outside. Rooftop 9 on floor 6 was great, fabulous views, staff were super friendly and food and drinks arrived quick I also loved the ambiance of the DJ. Unless you have children, I would say to not go to the downstairs pool as it was very busy with lots of children running around. Breakfast was average however they had a good selection so couldn’t fault it. Overall 4/5 I would definitely go back if I was guaranteed the AC was working- which upon reading other reviews seems to be a common issue.
