We'd read good and poor reviews before we came but can honestly say we had a good stay and would come back. Our room overlooked the pool and the sea and was clean and tidy and cleaned every day. Great location with direct access to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely, a great choice at each meal. Most of the staff were very friendly, just one on reception that was a little frosty. They have fun too, the reception was decorated up for Halloween which was great to see. I would say the only downside was that the room wasn't ready when we checked in at 12:00 and it wasn't ready until after 3pm, however, there is a luggage room so we left our cases there and went out for a walk.
