    On our first visit to the hotel we noticed instantly it has a nice laid back vibe to it, the easy listening dance music played across the hotel gives it a nice feel. The decor is nice and funky and gives the hotel a distinct atmosphere. All the hotel staff are fantastic and cater to your needs with a smile and they are always happy to help. The breakfast has a nice selection of food available, it's always of a good quality the omlette hot plate is a nice touch the chef is always happy to make them for you. Only thing we found this year was the Dj wasn't as good as the one last year the music selection did get a bit samey from him. In a nut shell NYX ibiza feels like a second home to us.

    Visited this hotel numerous times during our holiday. Although I didn’t actually stay here some of my friends did. The rooms are nice and functional with clean facilities. The outside pool area is spacious and they serve decent food throughout the day and even have a DJ although the music is quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotels location was right on the beach and within walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. All the super clubs are close by 15-20 min by taxi.

    Very good, clean hotel with great food and a wonderful terrace featuring live music. In the lobby, there is free entertainment such as table football, shuffleboard, and retro video games. I did not like the double bed because they we're two single beds that moved apart too easily. For an iron, you need to leave a €20 deposit - this point could be improved, and the ironing board was stained and not up to the standard of such a well-equipped hotel. They do a lot for guests, that's why I would rate 5 stars.

    Would have rated a 10 but on 2 of the days we were there our room didn't have a great cleaning service, cushions and throws still on the floor, towels just dumped in the bathroom, coffee cups not clean. The other 5 days the room was exceptional, we can only guess our usual cleaner was having her days off! The hotel and staff could not be faulted in any other way. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It's stylish and beautiful.

    Absolutely loved everything about my 18 night stay coming from Australia. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the food truck food and pricing. Great vibes around the pool. Felt very comfortable in my room with an amazing view I enjoyed immensely every day on my balcony. Great location and quiet rooms away from the noise at night making for a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and have already done so numerous times since leaving yesterday 😢 Thank you for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere in Ibiza which will be memorable forever.
