    Absolutely blown away by NYX Ibiza! From the moment I booked, the team went above and beyond with thoughtful, personalized attention. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely lovely and welcoming. I was honestly shocked at how beautiful the room was, stylish, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea. The amenities and common areas are just as stunning; whoever designed this hotel truly nailed it. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection. The price was extremely fair for the level of quality and service. My only complaint? We didn’t stay long enough. Can’t wait to come back!

    Absolutely loved everything about my 18 night stay coming from Australia. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the food truck food and pricing. Great vibes around the pool. Felt very comfortable in my room with an amazing view I enjoyed immensely every day on my balcony. Great location and quiet rooms away from the noise at night making for a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and have already done so numerous times since leaving yesterday 😢 Thank you for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere in Ibiza which will be memorable forever.

    Cannot fault this hotel. I stayed in it when it was Alua Hawaii and it was lovely but I was blown away by the revamp. The hotel and all seating areas were so pretty and everywhere was spotless (so many photo opportunities). There was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner with lot’s of things being cooked fresh in front of you. Restaurant staff were very attentive and quick to clear away plates. Reception staff were great, check in was easy. Cleaners were so friendly, always said hello and cleaned the room lovely. We had a late flight and there was a place to shower, the reception staff gave us towels this was very helpful! They have thought about everything I can’t fault it.

    Wonderful stay in central Sant Antoni! The hotel is clean and quiet (for Ibiza!) Beautiful art and decorations all over the hotel. Great breakfast, dinner is typical buffet-style but you can always find something edible. Recommend for a girls weekend!

    I came here for 5 days and it was honestly one of my favorite experiences, I got the half board package and the food daily was so delicious and variable everyday you have something new and fresh. The service is actually top tier from waiters to reception to room cleaning everyone is so polite and sweet and helpful at any time of day, they really go overboard to be flexible and helpful. I had my friend come in with us for 3 days and we only had to pay for the 3 days rather than the full stay. Also a special note: I forgot some things in my room and they packaged it and printed the shipping label (I've attached a picture because I thought it was so sweet) and everything for me and have been in contact with me since 😭😭 Everything is walking distance the ambience is absolutely gorgeous and hygiene is next level exceeded my expectations really
