As always, the food at Chamas was excellent! The variety of meats and flavors were top-notch, and the service from the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great dining experience.
However, one major drawback was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working, and in this hot weather, it made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy the meal, especially when you’re eating mostly meat. We asked the manager about it, and while he politely explained the situation, it’s hard to fully enjoy a nice evening in such conditions. Ideally, the AC should be at its best, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Great food, fantastic service, but the lack of proper cooling really took away from the overall experience.

I wanted to share my amazing short stat at Hotel, every time we are visiting the Hotel it’s considered a new experience, this time we had the best experience ever for me and my family. Kids had a lot of fun and also the staff members professionalism. My wife insisted to have a picture with Istanbullu, we would like to thank her for everything. We will come again soon.

We're currently staying here for the weekend, and I don't know where to start with everything that's wrong.
- We're in an adjoining room, and we can hear the family in the next room speak and walk around.
- Upon attempting to close the bathroom door, the entire handle came out in my hand.
- We requested extra pillows at check-in yesterday, still waiting to get them.
- There's only two beach towels in the room, I've requested face towels and bathrobes 25 minutes ago, and still waiting.
- I tried to call them to follow-up, and they're ignoring my calls now.
- We currently can hear housekeeping working in the room above us with accuracy and details.
All in all, this is mot going to be the relaxing weekend getaway we'd planned. Oh well....

Exquisite hotel. This hotel provides great facilities. Different restaurants with different meals, delicious and cozy environment to enjoy your meal and chilled drinks. I won't forget to mention Solomon and his colleagues, Darius and ramly. They were super amazing and helpful.
