I had a great experience attending the Ramadan Iftar at Intercontinental Hotel Dubai. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food spread was impressive, with plenty of traditional dishes and fresh options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a wonderful place to celebrate Iftar with family or friends.
The Hotel offers plenty of parking space, making it convenient for guests who drive. There's ample valet service, and the parking area is spacious, so you won't have trouble finding a spot. It’s definitely a plus if you're attending events like Iftar or staying overnight.

This hotel has excellent service, top quality cuisine, and a great location that are all slightly let down by some issues of wear in the rooms. In two recent short stays at the hotel, I was very impressed with the check in, the bell staff, and the Club Lounge. This is a property where the extra spend for the lounge is well worth the cost; high quality food offerings three times per day, flawless service, and truly splendid coffee. Seriously, how often can you get a V-60 in a hotel lounge? The main breakfast has a diverse selection of cuisines and all of those I sampled were quite tasty and authentic. The service in the breakfast area was a bit scattered. Even when I went super early, the staff had to be flagged down and sometimes, multiple requests were necessary. The wear in the rooms was the largest issue for me. In all three rooms, the blackout curtains had holes, were off the track, and just plain crumpled. The shower plumbing had some issues with the water being either super hot or tepid. The bed and furniture were super comfortable and the bath was well appointed. This hotel is one that's worth it if the price is right or when the rooms are refreshed.

That has been an amazing stay in December 2024 and January 2025! We stayed 2 weeks in a suite which was super convenient for us 3 with the baby.
We needed to change rooms due to noise outside but that went flawlessly. I would say that the staff is outstanding and made our stay so great! They were super friendly and helpful, playing with the baby, we felt like being in a family and were really sad to leave them at the end.
The housekeeping was the best I've ever had, Thanks to Devendes who was very professional and managed every details.
I still need to give only 4 stars because we had an issue with the management at the end following a water leakage in the closet in our luggage's the last night before our flight departed. At first they managed everything and sent to laundry so all was good the best day, but we needed to buy new luggage's to pack on time because the luggage was drenched still. We were expecting them to take accountability for this and somehow expense that but we felt insulted as if we were trying to steal money from them and that we could have used our old luggage to pack. It was dry 2 minutes before going to the airport and we were short on time with a baby... still needed to discuss in the hall of the hotel. Those last 10 minutes ruined the whole experience and we will not come back in March as we wanted to. Still sorry for the amazing staff that got their great job ruined.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Festival City in Feb 2025, and overall, it was a delightful experience. My check-in at the Club Lounge on the 26th floor was seamless. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making me feel instantly welcomed. They attended to all my requirements with great efficiency, which set a positive tone for my stay.
Despite the hotel being fully booked during my visit, I was impressed by how the services remained prompt and attentive. The concierge team was particularly noteworthy; they were always available and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their dedication truly enhanced my experience.
Housekeeping was another highlight. My room was consistently kept clean and tidy, which contributed to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to Chandra and the House keeping Team.
However, I did encounter a significant drawback on my first night. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep well due to external noises and loud music that persisted until 2 AM. It appeared to be related to sound system testing for an event the following day. While I understand that such occurrences can happen, it was disappointing and disrupted my rest.
In summary, my stay at the Intercontinental Festival City was largely positive, marked by excellent service and a well-maintained environment. I hope that the issue with noise can be addressed in the future, as it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to returning to this lovely hotel, hopefully for a quieter stay next time!
