I had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental Festival City, thanks to Abdallah. He was extremely professional during check-in and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He kindly explained all the hotel amenities in detail and made sure I received a very nice room, even though my original room was not yet available ensuring I didn’t have to wait. His thoughtful service made a big difference in my stay. I’ve been very happy with this hotel overall, and in my opinion, it is the best Intercontinental I’ve ever stayed at. Because of this experience, I will definitely keep coming back.

We had a truly exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, Zita at check-in made us feel welcomed with her warmth and professionalism—she’s a true gem. Up at the executive lounge, Lucy was equally outstanding, offering attentive service and a friendly smile that made each visit feel special. The lounge food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast in the lounge was another highlight—absolutely delicious and magnificent. And let’s not forget the bed—it was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. A fantastic experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect place to stay in Dubai. The hotel has direct access to Festival Mall, which is super convenient. The rooms are spacious, including the bathroom, and are cleaned daily by friendly and smiling staff. If you need anything, the team is always there to help. From the moment we entered the hotel lounge, we were warmly and professionally welcomed by Calvin. His service was beyond perfect — he made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. The food in the lounge was fresh and delicious. We would definitely come back!

Probably, one of my favourite hotels in Dubai for a proper relaxing time and, undoubtedly, one of the best lounges. The service is extremely elegant and classy, the staff not only friendly and superbly polite but also very professional and attentive. The atmosphere is the ideal one to read, rest, eat and enjoy delightful moments with all the comfort that Intercontinental usually secures. Even for Dubai residents, can be a surprising oasis of elegance, luxury and serenity.
