I had a memorable stay at your hotel. The atmosphere was amazing with a welcoming smile from your staff. They were all friendly and ready to offer any form of assistance. The buffet was nice and Ola was always there with her hospitable gesture in assisting my team members and I with everything we needed. She was so courteous and professional. You've got great team members. I'll definitely come back.

The room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is very welcoming. A big thank you to Ahmed and Noor for their exceptional service. They’ve both been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude have made my stay even more enjoyable. Rest at the hotel left the most pleasant impressions! Cleanliness, comfort and attention to the little things were felt in everything. I especially want to note the restaurant and the team of Towhar waiters - always friendly, polite and attentive to guests. The service is fast, the dishes are delicious and beautifully served. Each dinner was accompanied by sincere smiles and the desire to make our vacation even better. Thanks for the warm atmosphere and a high level of service!

It is an amazing hotel and they have an amazing tour and excursion team. Mercy helped me and my family book a city tour and it was incredible. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is brilliant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to see Dubai from all of it's different angles.
