It was such a pleasure when expectations truly met reality — and even exceeded them! We stayed for 3 nights in a King Studio with a balcony on the 25th floor (HB) with my husband and baby, and everything was exceptional. Do not hesitate to book! Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff is warm, professional, and attentive. Restaurant service was outstanding — the team went above and beyond to assist me with the baby. Drinks and food were served quickly, and both the concierge and housekeeping teams were consistently friendly and helpful, and very attentive in cleaning as they fulfilled with all needed stuffs on daily basis. Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ Breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Lunch à la carte was excellent (we loved the steak, burger, burrata, and desserts). Dinner buffet had fewer options, but à la carte made up for it with quality and taste. Room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a stunning view. A few extra hangers and streaming options on the TV would make it perfect. Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic base to explore the Marina and JBR, with direct access to the Marina walk from down floor. The pool area is clean and relaxing with a lovely bar. Maybe some shuttle service to malls or private beaches would make even better our stay or for future guests as Marina area is quite busy and we would explore more of Dubai. Otherwise, special thanks for accommodating our late dine-in due to a delayed flight and for the warm congratulations for our occasion. This stay was truly memorable, and we’ll be recommending it to friends and family!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and easy to reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a nice stay for a few days. Only downside is the minibar. Every drink costs 5 euros, and in a 5 star hotel I expected it to be refilled daily for free. The breakfast is also not worth it, very expensive and not good. It is better to order food or drinks from outside, supermarkets deliver for free and it is much cheaper. Overall a nice hotel with great service, but the price quality could be better.

A True Gem at InterContinental – Peter at The Valet I don’t often leave reviews, but some people genuinely deserve recognition and Peter, who works at the valet, is one of those people. Every single time I’ve arrived at InterContinental Dubai Marina, for three days to the meeting rooms, Peter has greeted me with a genuine, uplifting smile that’s impossible to ignore. It’s not just polite hospitalityit’s real, heartfelt enthusiasm that brightens your day. There was a day I arrived feeling particularly low, stressed, and honestly just not in the best headspace. But Peter’s energy, kindness, and that sincere positivity completely lifted my mood. He probably didn’t even realize it, but his attitude made a huge difference. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows up like that for every single guest, every single time. Peter isn’t just a valet. he is truly the face of InterContinental. He’s the very first impression guests receive when arriving, and InterContinental is lucky to have someone who embodies genuine hospitality so naturally. You can't train someone to care like that it comes from character. Thank you, Peter, for always showing up with a smile that makes a real impact. You’ve turned a simple valet interaction into something memorable, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.

Up to the anticipated Intercontinental standard! First time in the Dubai Marina InterCon. Great location; reception, rooms, service, etc, all up to the expected IC standard. Rooms were serviced flats rather than a traditional 'hotel' room; all good and generally up to a high standard. Only negative comment was that the shower fitted could be improved. Service in the Club Lounge was excellent. Big thanks to Sanjay, Divine and the rest of the crew!

We spent one month at this hotel! What an absolutely pleasure. The staff make it! David the doorman is an absolute superstar as are the Valet team. The team at breakfast made mornings so lovely! Warm, friendly. We had a great time. Thank you everyone!
