I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The location was unbeatable—situated perfectly for easy access to Broadway, great dining, and entertainment. Whether I wanted to explore or simply relax, everything was within reach.
The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. It felt like a serene retreat after a long day of sightseeing, with plush bedding and a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to leave. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail in the room was taken care of.
A standout highlight of my stay was the service at the hotel’s restaurant, The Stinger. Eddie, the server, went above and beyond to make our girls’ weekend experience memorable. His attentiveness, warmth, and knowledge of the area added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. He made great recommendations and was always there when needed.
All in all, this hotel provided a perfect blend of a prime location, a comfortable and clean room, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience! And if you are in the area, swing by The Stinger and ask for Eddie. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. We could either walk or take the subway to everywhere we visited while in the city. The staff was very friendly. The room was good. The views were nice. Our bed was very soft. I prefer a bed a little bit more form, but it was good enough. The shower head had some blockages, so we had to use the handheld with the shower head to get good water flow.
Overall, it was a greatly good stay. If we are back in Time Square, we would stay here again. You can't go wrong with the location and service.

Review for Intercontinental Times Square, New York
The Intercontinental Times Square is all about the location. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to catch Broadway shows—just a short walk away—and the dining options nearby are incredible. Within a block or two, you’ll find Turkish, Italian, French, Thai, and more. No matter what you’re craving, it’s right at your doorstep.
The rooms are solid: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, the pillows were a bit of a downside—not awful, but not great either. If you’re picky about your sleep setup, it might be worth noting.
As for the staff, it was a mixed bag. The manager was nice and helpful, but the rest of the team varied in friendliness depending on who was on shift. Not bad overall, but don’t expect consistently warm service.
All in all, the location and convenience make this a great option for a New York stay, especially if you’re here for Broadway and good food. Just keep your pillow expectations modest!

Our stay had its ups and downs. The first room we were given smelled like cigarettes, but the hotel accommodated us with a second room that smelled fine. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus.
However, the hotel charges a mandatory $35 daily service fee, with $25 supposedly redeemable at the hotel restaurant. While this might sound like a good deal, in reality, it’s difficult to spend exactly $25—most items on the menu are overpriced, so you’ll almost always end up paying more out of pocket.
For example, we ordered wings that were listed at $23, but when the food arrived, the total somehow jumped to $37. When I asked why, the staff pointed to a hidden service fee buried in small print on the back of the menu—something that wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, the staff member who took our order over the phone was a bit rude and never mentioned the extra charges.
Overall, while our experience wasn’t terrible, the hidden fees and sneaky pricing tactics left a bad impression. If you stay here, be prepared to watch out for extra charges. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it.
