Great location, clean rooms
Rooms very small. No service at all: no minibar, no bar, breakfast is a joke.
You book a “pay at the property” rate on their website to make sure they avoid the Booking’s commission because you know how expensive it is, yet they try to charge you card before your stay and decide to cancel your reservation a few hours after sending an e-mail in the middle of the night.
And last but not least, I have never seen such a bad hospitality. Front office staff very arrogant and Not flexible.
I wouldn’t recommend that place.

This hotel is a disgrace! For a price around $400 a night, arriving with completely stained sheets (see attached photo) is unacceptable. They were changed immediately (that’s the least they could do), but no compensation was offered.
Additionally, it is extremely cold in the rooms, and it's impossible to turn on the heating because it smells terrible.
This is maybe the reason why they use a nauseating perfume to cover up odors everywhere.
Don’t be fooled by the view, this hotel is a scam.
The only positive point is its location.
For your information, I’m still on-site, so if management wants to offer any kind of compensation, now would be the time.

Rooms are small, expensive, impractically designed, under-furnished, and long in the tooth. Visible wear on headboards. Glass door and wall on bathroom means sound and light passes through - you wake up whomever you’re traveling with if you get up in the night or have to get up early (eg for a business event if your spouse is along for the ride). No place to put toiletries in bathroom. No outlets or USB ports next to either side of the bed; unless you have a 10-foot charging cable, your phone (and alarm) are across the room for the night. Closet is tiny. No dresser to put clothes on or in. No top sheet on our bed (discovered at 10pm), and it took a half hour for them to bring us one. Homeless people living on the sidewalk by the hotel’s secondary entrance. Neighborhood immediately around hotel is ho-hum, with almost no restaurants or shops within a 1-2 blocks in any direction and “cool SoHo” things are at least a couple of blocks away. No breakfast; only grab-and-go so families with younger children may be under-served here. East-facing views are poor - there is no landmark to see. North, west and south views hold all the promise of a good view. Outdoor bar/restaurant area is indeed cool and nice as long as the weather is. This may have been hip and cool at one point, but no longer. It needs reinvestment, pragmatic updating (let’s balance “modern/cool” with pragmatic) and some rethinking, and pricing right-sized to what you’re actually getting. Unless you’re getting one of their best rooms, you’re not getting much at all.

Nomo SoHo Hotel shines thanks to Jeffrey's exceptional hospitality! His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable.
Stylish hotel, perfect location, and outstanding service. We'll be back!
Only wish is for their rooms to get updated.
Thanks, Jeffrey, for an amazing experience!

Stayed here for work and the lobby area was super elegant. Was greeted by front desk and offered a room upgrade. Was on the top floor with amazing views of New York. I found everything clean and location was convenient. Highly recommend.
