Loved loved loved this hotel. The location is close to everything. Was able to check in early. The room, king bed, was a bit small, but all we needed. Everything was extremely clean. We had one of the best burgers & fries. OUTSTANDING. The staff from start to finish were AMAZING. Price was reasonable for NYC. We will return.

Chris always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy on every stay. I stay here regularly, and the rooms are always clean, and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and they have Security in the lobby 24 hours always keeping a watchful eye.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It has been three weeks since our stay, and the hotel still hasn’t returned our $600 deposit, despite claiming the funds were sent, yet they refuse to provide a transaction number and hang up when we call. Additionally, there was no internet access throughout our entire stay, though that now feels like a minor issue compared to the deposit situation. I deeply regret that our trip to New York will be remembered for this hotel’s scam. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. The location is so good. The rooms are clean. The front desk was very polite. The staff in the hallways were so friendly. Price is reasonable. Yea- some of the rooms are dated but who cares. Go outside. You’re in NYC.

I have previously reviewed this hotel following our stay on Trip Advisor however, since then, I have received a $200 charge to my credit card that I have no knowledge of. 4 emails to the hotel have gone ignored. I have raised a dispute with Amex but the hotel just say it’s an honest charge and send it back with no evidence. Be very careful about using this hotel. Going by other reviews. This is not an isolated incident.
