The entrance and lobby were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly, but the rooms were extremely basic. Our bed didn’t even have a flat sheet and we were missing body wash. I also noticed that the air filter for the ac had a thick coating of dust and desperately needed to be changed. If they put as much attention to detail on the actual rooms as they do the lobby this place would be great.

A hotel that is perfectly located in the south part of Soho. It’s a quiet little Haven of calm when you want to get away from the bustling in New York City, and yet close to two subway stations, which get you anywhere you want to be in New York rapidly. Our room was extremely quiet, not amazingly cozy, but functional and quiet which is rare in NYC.
The staff, especially Cesar, are super professional. We had an issue with the hot water and Cesar intervened immediately, took responsibility for the issue and solved it asap.
Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at NOMO SOHO for a totally of 8 nights. The reviews for this hotel seem quite mixed, but our experience was great. We stayed in the premium king room. The reason we booked this room was because of the advertised view and it did not let us down. We had views of Empire State, Chrysler Building, Hudson Yards, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge and other icons. The room itself was also great! I will say that it could do with some TLC - the bedhead specifically needs to be replaced, one of the bedside lamps is missing a knob and the shower appears to have a leak as a lot of water would end up out of the shower. The power point situation near the bed area is quite frustrating. There is only one powerpoint on one side of the bed (two outlets) but you can only use one of them due the configuration of the beside table. Our room was cleaned everyday. This included the bed being made (even our pyjamas were folded), new towels, bath mats, face cloths etc. as well as shower items. One of the lights were out in the bathroom. We alerted someone behind the desk as we were going out for the day and it was fixed by the time we were back. The staff are very helpful - I enquired regarding in-house laundry and was informed that it is available, but I was recommended to go to a cleaner 2 minutes walk away that is much cheaper and will drop the laundry back to the hotel. This information rung true and the hotel staff even delivered it back to our room. I would absolutely stay here for our next trip to NYC. I hope to see some of the downsides addressed and the next review I leave will be 5 stars!

Loved it... Get the upper floors if you can for the view.. Location is great, pretty hotel, beautiful restaurant with fair prices, and plenty to eat and do all around.. And... I managed getting a parking spot out front for free for the weekend, what more could you want?

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering its great location in SoHo. Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t match up to the area’s vibrant energy. The service was lacking in several areas, with disorganization at the front desk and a manager who was not very accommodating. This attitude seemed to influence the staff’s treatment of guests as well.
The room had several plumbing issues, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was a real inconvenience given the lack of cellphone service in the building. On a positive note, the housekeeping, security, and door staff were friendly and attentive, which was the only redeeming quality during my stay.
Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and I will never return. I would recommend checking out the SoHo Grand, which I found to be a much better option.
