Benjamin front desk and Floyd (bellboy)🔔 were wonderful. SO friendly. The rooms are dark but very spacious. Good value. The staff make this place super sweet. Breakfast and bar service need work 👍

Who in the world told google that this is a 5-star hotel?!! A Hampton Inn is closer to 5 star than this place… Service is absolutely terrible, the rooms are beyond dated. Oh, and to top it off- their “fresh squeezed orange juice” is not fresh squeezed. Seems like The Marmara likes to call things something they’re not. Super super disappointed. We went from a true 5-star hotel after 3 nights, to this place because we wanted to try out another NYC 5-star hotel, but this place is worse than some 2-star hotels. I’ve had much better experiences at Hampton Inns…
