Amazing Hotel and Location, Room was excellent bed was so comfortable bathroom was massive. Facilities were excellent and Staff were so helpful and friendly when we arrived after a long flight in the middle of the night. We enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra night, Definitely be back.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked from September 19 to 21 through Booking.com and paid directly at the hotel. Within 10 minutes of payment, I had an emergency and requested a cancellation and refund. The hotel staff told me to cancel through Booking.com since it was a third-party reservation. I immediately contacted Booking.com and they were extremely professional, helpful, and understanding. They confirmed my cancellation without any penalty and clearly stated that I was eligible for a refund. However, dealing with the hotel was a nightmare. I called the hotel many, many times and stayed on the line for a long time, constantly being transferred from one department to another (reservations to front desk and back again) with no solution. I was promised several call backs but none ever happened. Each time I tried to follow up, the staff gave excuses or avoided responsibility. When I finally reached the duty manager, Mr. Saddam, he was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. He refused to take responsibility, told me to “go back to Booking” even after Booking confirmed the refund must come from the hotel, and later ignored my calls. When I tried from another number, he answered—but still refused to issue the refund. When I told him that I would write a review on Booking about this experience, he didn’t care at all and replied, “Go ahead and do what you want,” as if he was challenging me and taking it personally. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any hotel, especially from a duty manager. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service was shocking. I am still waiting for my refund, and I strongly request that the hotel process it immediately. Such unprofessional service not only wasted my time but also damaged my trust and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s reputation.

We stayed at Jumeirah Creekside last weekend and had a wonderful experience. My family truly enjoyed the warm and excellent service-everyone made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Special thanks to Arman for accompanying us-his service is truly commendable and made our visit even more memorable. I usually stay here during my visits, and I find the hotel staff to be extremely polite and friendly. It’s always welcoming to return. The facilities at this hotel are incredible, featuring a large sauna, a spacious steam room, and both a sizable cold plunge pool and a huge sauna. The gym is also impressive, equipped with the latest equipment. If you’re into health and sports, this is the place to stay. One of my favorites is the club lounge, where I can relax in the afternoon. The service from Fernando, who has been here for as long as I can remember (at least the last three years), is always amazing.

We’ve stayed at several Jumeirah properties, and Jumeirah Creekside definitely did not disappoint. While it may be smaller in scale and more reasonably priced compared to other Jumeirah hotels, the level of service remains equally outstanding. A special mention goes to Armando at the Club Lounge—his warmth, pleasant demeanor, and attentiveness truly stood out. He made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Armando is a true gem and a great asset to your team. Thank you for another memorable stay, Jumeirah! Looking forward to returning soon.
