This hotel is stunning, set in location with beautiful views, a great choice of restaurants, access to river taxis, and just a stones throw away from the beach. Every hotel guest gets free access to the wild wadi water park which was a nice add in.
It’s difficult to find fault with this hotel - the only downside being the pillows in the hotel which I didn’t find to be very comfortable.
The customer service and room service of all staff was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai and I have stayed in many so far such as Palace Downtown, Atlantis Royal and Fairmont Palm. The facilities were beautiful and it was lovely to be able to use the other neighbouring hotel pools too. The room was lovely and had an amazing view. It was mine and my friend’s birthdays during our stay and the guest relations team made sure we felt special by sending us both cake, a card and balloons. The breakfast was also beautiful, lovely food and lovely views out to the lagoon and sea. We also enjoyed feeding turtles the following morning at the Al Naseem hotel which was a perfect end to our stay. Anything we needed was also responded to over the WhatsApp number who were very responsive. It was also possible to check in online and provide ID and payment before the stay which made checking in extremely smooth. We were also able to check in early and check out late which made the stay much more comfortable. Thank you for everything, we will be back soon 😊

I did not stay here however we had lunch reservations at "Shimmers" on their property. As soon as we arrived the hotel lobby, we followed the signs for the restaurant. There was a security guard who did not allow us to go outside. He asked if we had reservations and at this point we were late due to him holding us behind. I replied yes at 1pm and provided my name. I felt humiliated and instead of him using his fancy radio/walkie talkie to verify our reservation either with the hotel or restaurant, he made us go back to the lobby to obtain proof and delaying even further our lunch celebration.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management and staff of the hotel for their exceptional understanding and support during a very difficult time. Due to a family bereavement, I had to cancel a non-refundable extra night, and they showed great empathy and expressed their sincere condolences, handling the situation with such compassion.
Additionally, when I misplaced my parking card, they went above and beyond to assist me and did not charge me any fees. Their outstanding management and genuine commitment to customer happiness truly made a difference.
Thank you for your kindness and for setting such a high standard for exceptional service. It is gestures like these that leave a lasting positive impression.

The hotel rooms are in desperate need of renovation and yet they are still classifying this as a 5 star property. It’s a great location and pleasant staff but it does not deserve to be considered as a luxury hotel in its current state. I had so many issues that in that were rectified but to arrive late at night to a noisy hotel room from a/c units, broken shower head, no hot water and the shower mixer not working either - all things that should have been picked up by housekeeping as well as a loo that doesn’t flush properly, rank! I’m afraid there are a lot better options from the Jumeirah group.
