  • Allows guests - Access to Dubai Parks and Resorts once per stay, per guest. Children under 3 will have free access. We stayed here early September and were very pleased with our experience. We particularly enjoyed the variety of restaurants which all were amazing. The abra boats made our holiday as we loved using the throughout the day. We were guests of the Amal lounge which is the only thing about the hotel that I wasn’t happy with. The afternoon tea wasn’t as advertised in photos show on their website and social media. However the canopy’s served in the evening were very nice. I would definitely revisit in the future. I have made a YouTube vlog on the hotel on my channel TravelWithMyz

Just want to thank everyone at Mina Salam for our fabulous stay, especially Yana, the manager, she’s an absolute angel and shining star, it’s like a family, welcoming us back again and again. Everything was perfect, beautiful smell when you walk into the hotel and into the bedroom corridors, beautiful gardens and lagoon and spotlessly clean beach. We were a family of 4 with my mum, cousin and her baby and they met our every need without having to ask. Impeccable service, the breakfast staff were lovely, the guys on the front door were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for they had, even a special hairdryer! We will always return

I’ve lived in Dubai for over 5 years and I know how incredible Dubai’s service usually is people here are respectful, professional and genuinely helpful. I always spend well, tip generously and treat everyone with kindness. But my experience today was shocking. After spending over 2,400 AED at Shimmers and Sunday Shop, I lost my valet ticket. Instead of helping, the concierge manager (a female with dark curly hair) and Humid from the valet team treated me with no respect or any help because I was not a hotel guest but someone who joined the hotel facilities. They kept blaming each other and came up with different excuses and made me pay 150 AED for a lost card when it is normally free? I’m a regular and have never had to deal with the hotel staff personally but trust me you don’t want to experience this service/hospitality at all. This is not Dubai hospitality service at all!! All the staff involved were completely unhelpful and lacked any sense of hospitality. No one cared, no one took responsibility and the attitude was simply unacceptable for a “five-star” hotel. I live for more than 5 years in Dubai and I have never been treated like this before! Dubai is famous for its world-class hospitality but this hotel is the complete opposite.. For me It’s not about the 150 AED it’s about the principle and the way they treat guests here! If you truly want to experience Dubai’s amazing service, do not choose Mina Al Salam. There are so many better hotels in this city; places like Al Naseem, One&Only Royal Mirage or Four Seasons Jumeirah where guests are respected and treated with genuine care. This place is really not worth the money.

Mina Al Salam is without doubt a beautiful hotel with an amazing location and atmosphere but the service from some of the hotel staff completely ruins the experience. The buggy drivers are always so friendly & polite. They represent the true Dubai hospitality. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the concierge and valet teams. The concierge manager and the valet supervisor were both unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist. Their behavior was cold, dismissive and far from what you would expect in a luxury resort like this. This kind of attitude is simply not Dubai service. In a place where hospitality standards are so high, it’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for regular guests. The hotel itself is stunning but management really needs to take action and replace or retrain staff who clearly don’t value guests. This service does not match the image of such a beautiful property and it’s exactly why many guests will leave unhappy and choose other hotels next time.

My Family and I recently stayed here and this hotel is one of the best in the world. The staff, the service, the facilities, access to Wild Wadi, everything was fantastic. The hotel was always clean, and every area smelt amazing. We really enjoyed every moment. My favorite part however was the French toast. They served at breakfast everyday and I miss it terribly. Genuinely the best thing I've ever eaten. If you are visiting Dubai, you have to try this hotel.
