It's a lovely hotel. Large spacious room which was cleaned daily. All inclusive and can honestly say food selection at breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent. Staff were mostly lovely and it's close to various bars and restaurants. Very much set up for families with children. There is a downside. Despite rooms being soundproof we were woken every morning at 6.00 AM with children above us running riot. Not ideal when you want a lie in. Also being on second floor you could hear a lot of noise from dining room in morning. Apart from noise issues couldn't fault anything else. There's also a free shuttle bus takes you into the old town. Tried A la carte restaurant during stay and would highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel. You have everything that you need. There are lots of fun activities for kids to enjoy. We really love the shows that are organised every evening. The food is delicious and everything is very clean. Me and my family enjoyed our experience in this amazing place.

This hotel was amazing!! Staff were excellent and friendly, food was great and the all-inclusive package was outstanding. Kids really enjoyed. Rooms were spotless and we will 100% return here in the future. Special thanks to Manpreet and Monika for taking special care for us and cooking special Indian dishes for us. We just can't find any fault in this hotel. Fabulous holidays!

We had an amazing week at Jupiter Hotel! 😍 The hotel is spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, always attentive and friendly. Our 7-year-old daughter absolutely loved the kids club, which offered a wide variety of activities that kept her entertained every day. Evenings were filled with live performances on stage, providing fun for both adults and children. The food was delicious, with a different theme for dinner each night, showcasing cuisines from around the world. We highly recommend Jupiter Hotel and would gladly return in the future!

This was our fourth visit to the hotel in July and it did not disappoint at all. I emailed the hotel before for a restaurant booking and some extra things for the room and everything was how i asked for it. The pool were as cold as ever and a little bit of heat is probably needed. There is always plenty of food and drink available all day everyday, including ice creams! The restaurants at the hotel are great. Special thanks to Chef Manpreet Singh who would always be there every evening. He was very helpful, especially with my daughter who had an egg allergy. His knowledge of food was brilliant, and remembered us from previous visits. The entertainment was good and I know it could have been better. On previous visits my child had bonded with two members of staff who have been there in the kids club for a long time now (i am sorry i do not remember their names, the lady runs the camp night) when attending the children's club and they remembered her like they do with every child who returns. There are a few animal shows, now I may not agree with the fact that they store the reptiles in a plastic container without holes in it but just kept away from it. The animal shows have the potential to be amazing but they need better care of some of the animals. It is definitely a place I would return as my child loves it.
