Excellent hotel in every way.
All members of staff without exception provided impeccable service, whether restaurant staff bar staff, housekeeping, Kids' Club assistants, cleaners, reception, etc, and all with a lovely smile! All-inclusive package was amazing.
Very clean, welcoming and friendly. Ideal for families.
Regular free shuttle bus service into town was very useful.

We had an amazing week at Jupiter Hotel! 😍
The hotel is spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, always attentive and friendly. Our 7-year-old daughter absolutely loved the kids club, which offered a wide variety of activities that kept her entertained every day.
Evenings were filled with live performances on stage, providing fun for both adults and children. The food was delicious, with a different theme for dinner each night, showcasing cuisines from around the world.
We highly recommend Jupiter Hotel and would gladly return in the future!

Overall a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are beautiful and are daily cleaned. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The steak restaurant on site was lovely and would definitely recommend.
However the entertainment are could do with a little more seating. The lifts can be frustrating at time but not the end of the world and the shuttle bus to the beach is quite small for the amount of guests at the hotel.

I stayed here with my partner during October & we was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. The service received from the staff was very good & the hotel was very clean.
The selection of food at dinner was different every night and they was able to cater for different types of allergies including gluten.
The bar had proper spirits & beer (super bock) rather than cheap stuff and also the frozen margarita was a nice touch. The selection of cocktails was a decent amount too & always made properly.
Pros -
Location of hotel compared to strip in albufeira is good, 10 minutes walking distance.
Hotel is clean, rooms are a good size.
Food options are tasty. Although they change every night, the options can be limited. They also have options for beige food eaters!
Entertainment is good but their is very limited seats for the amount of people the hotel has staying there.
Cons -
The lifts are quite poor especially if you are on the top floor. They have 5 lifts and the hotel has a lot of guests so sometimes you can be waiting ages due to this.
If you're couple I wouldn't recommend staying here as the hotel is very family based & there are alot of children. But this is based on our experience.
Like the lifts, the hotel cannot cope with the amount of guests during dinner time. Although we never experienced it, there was large ques when we came out for people waiting to eat.
The shuttle bus down to the beach is every 2 hours & can only seat about 20 - 30 people. You would find people just pushing to get on the bus before everyone else & some people wouldn't be able to go. The beach was about 20 minutes away. The bus should be put on way more often.
All in all, the hotel is brilliant just a few things to consider before going because we went out of season. Because I imagine during peak season it can make the cons a lot worse.

Pros: Fantastic for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained. Great pools with enough space and loungers available (visited in late September). The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our child's food intolerances. The massage was excellent, and the staff were generally very helpful throughout the hotel.
Cons: We stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, but the view from room 340 was disappointing. The rooms don't appear to be 5-star quality— the shower head and area need replacing, and parts of the cupboard were broken. The interior was very basic and uninteresting. Overall, the room didn’t feel clean or fresh when we first arrived, and the bathroom had a foul smell throughout our stay. The food was boring and lacked the variety we expect from a 5-star hotel. We didn’t try the two restaurants, which, to be honest, we kind of forgot about because they weren’t well advertised. They felt hidden in an inaccessible part of the hotel, even though they weren’t. It would have been nice if they had promoted them more during our stay. Felt like they rather us eat at the all inclusive buffet.
Overall, we probably won't be back. We enjoyed our stay, but there are better resorts which are similar distance from London.
