Came back yesterday after a week here all inclusive for the four of us. The kids loved it plenty for them to do from kids club games room 3 pools 1 with slides and then the big slides. Also has astro turf to play some football. Decent entertainment on the evening with bouncy castle and pedal go carts by the entertainment tent. Decent selection of food and drink (Inc cocktails!) and staff very friendly. Hotel runs an hourly shuttle bus for free to the beach. We are seriously considering returning again next year.

Pros - kids club, children's activities and pools are good. Snack bar with real ice cream was great. Staff are friendly. Cons - food is a real disappointment here...the buffet feels like a canteen with the hot food not being the best. Definitely not 5* quality. Pools are incredibly cold and in September our child would not go in. Tables around the pool could be cleaner. I would definitely not put this hotel at 5*.

We just came back from 5 nights all inclusive at the Jupiter hotel - beautiful, clean, hotel that is designed with family and children in mind! Staff are so welcoming, friendly - loads of options for food with dedicated veggie / fish / kids options. Entertainers for the kids go above and beyond - plenty to keep the family busy! Pools were good but cold for this time of year (heated pool in spa not suitable for kids

Couldn’t fault this place just back from a week stay with the kids, was stunning very clean and the all inclusive was by far best all inclusive I’ve had. Very good vibe about the place constantly and there’s so much to do at night with kids from entertainment to other activities outside of that. I could go on about this place all day but I’m tired after a long journey home will be booking to take kids back next year

Buffet is perfect, food is fresh and service is excellent. They pack lunch when you are going to a tour. Very organized! Pool is clean and water park is very attractive for kids. Room size is good. Hotel is clean. Night show is ridiculous. Overall I recommend this Hotel.
