My boyfriend and I spent weeks researching which hotel/resort to stay at during our first visit to the Maldives and we can't have chosen better than the JW Marriott. The whole island has a quiet luxury feel to it with impecable service from the most friendly, efficient and professional team. We were extremely well taken care of by Hassan who saw to our every need and helped make our trip even more memorable. I also experienced very warm and thorough medical support during the last 2 days of my trip from Dr. Thander, Bhagya and Swati.

Our stay at JW Marriott Resort & Spa has been nothing short of amazing. My wife, our two daughters, and I had a truly wonderful family experience. The service throughout the resort was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The photoshoot session was a unique experience, as the photographer took us to the best locations, worked so patiently with us and the kids, and captured breathtaking shots. A very special thanks to our dedicated host, Malla, for his kindness and outstanding care. We will definitely treasure these memories and look forward to returning soon.

Ever wondered if there is actually a little heaven on earth 🌎? If your answer is yes, no, maybe, or you don't know, then there is absolutely no reason to look any further. JW Marriott Resort & Spa Maldives is sheer pure magic 🌞. Nothing beats the experience under the sun. The awesome pampering instantly commences at the Velana International Airport. Here is how it went down for me: Najaah welcomed me to the Maldives in some awesome fashion. Then came the private seaplane lounge, and then came the absolutely amazing seaplane takeoff—an amazing amazing experience. It doesn't end there! When we landed at JW Marriott Resort & Spa Maldives, that moment was not even one for the books, but an absolute classic moment. Hassan introduced himself as my personal butler, and the entire team was there welcoming me with a Maldivian birthday song version and dance as I was ushered in. The buggy ride to the overwater villa was absolutely stunning. The tranquility, peace, nature, and all the good things that life can offer were everywhere. The overwater villa was nothing short of awesome; nothing beats that. To the souls whose paths crossed mine during this idyllic stay—Dj. BlueIvy (Kiki), Geeth, Ishan, Manish, Zahukuvan, Abdul Rahman, Siraj, MizhGonga, and Satyam—you were truly the architects of joy, the very stars that charted my island days 🌞 & nights 🌉, polishing each moment into a memorable pearl. Your collective effort did not just create a memorable vacation; you gifted me a magnificent haven, proving that the most luxurious details are those delivered with absolute care and a smile. And to Nawaz, your room service was a seamless, the very essence of world-class excellence in a dream unfurled. Keep on keeping on with the awesomeness! Those moments were magical and will forever be etched in my heart. It was for sure a little heaven on earth for me, and you all made it feel like home 🏡. To the gorgeous Montana, your hands are the epitome of tranquility. The massage was so relaxing, effortless & an out-of-this-world passage to peace. Yet, even beyond that serenity, you went over & above & gifted me pure, unexpected poetry—the "Happy Birthday" etched in sand upon the floor - wow that was so lovely of you. You are rare & simply put gifted offering both the healing touch and heartfelt wonder. Thank you for the magic. To the gentleman Hassan, you are a gem 💎. Your meticulousness and awesomeness made me relaxed and in sync with the tranquility & nature. I literally disconnected from the world 🌍 and connected with myself. We picked JW Marriott for our honeymoon for five nights in mid August. Upon arrival to Malé airport after a redeye, we were greeted with hospitality and brought to a business lounge for breakfast as we waited for our seaplane. It was about a 50 minute seaplane ride with one stop before JW. We were greeted on our arrival with one of the best refreshing drinks I’ve ever had as well as a welcome crew. It honestly felt like White Lotus! Malla was our guide and made sure we had everything we needed for the entirety of our trip. He was super friendly and had an amazing eye for spotting sharks in the water! The food especially at Aaliaa was superb! I loved the butter chicken and nasi goreng. I discovered dosa with chutney at the breakfast buffet and now forever changed. The bartender at Horizon was also one of our favorite islander staff for being so kind. I really loved the yellow sun coral (on the mocktail menu but could make it a cocktail!). Finally, our overwater villa was exactly what we wanted, perfect spot to see both sunrises and sunsets, and as romantic as it can get. Our room service always did these sweet detailed things for us like placing a towel and our slippers by each side of our bed, organizing my sink space for me, or a turtle shaped towel on our bed. We really felt spoiled by all of the staff at JW Marriott. We couldn’t say enough about how JW Maldives made our honeymoon that much more special!
