The Kempinski hotel is very beautiful and located in a very convenient area. It’s connected to Dubai Mall. The staff were very friendly, professional and kind. Breakfast was very delicious and there were good selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Now comes the cons of the hotel which was only the bathroom really, it felt a little old and worn out. The bathroom sink was leaking, we didn’t complain because we were only staying at the hotel for 3 days. This hotel used to be the Address I just wish it was up to the same standards as the other ones. Something was missing but overall it’s still a great hotel.

An exceptional place in Dubai. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have visited on all our travels. World-class service. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the rooms, the pool. And what can we say about the restaurant! Perfect gourmet cuisine with fresh produce and exceptional presentation. We even preferred eating there to going to other restaurants in the city. No doubt because the experience was enhanced by Hanna in the restaurant. We will always remember his professionalism and his exceptional sensitivity. Thank you Hanna, and thank you to the whole team.

The principle is simple: customers should always be informed beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not. Instead, a staff member named Mohabat—who claimed to be the supervisor and that “no one is above her”—chose to interfere in matters that were none of her business. She overheard my private phone call, in which I was expressing dissatisfaction with the service to a friend, and decided to confront me with an attitude. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially in what is supposed to be a five-star hotel. The overall service, staff behavior, and hospitality standards have clearly declined. This property is no longer what it once was under Address Hotels management—the difference is like night and day. When a receptionist feels entitled to eavesdrop on private conversations and interject with rudeness, it reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s standards. It is disappointing to see a reputable name being tarnished by unprofessional staff who risk damaging its reputation. I would not recommend this hotel. This message is shared as a warning to others, as I have little to no confidence that such behavior will actually be rectified.

Very disappointing experience at Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai. I booked one week with breakfast included so my pregnant wife and young child could relax. Instead, breakfast was a disaster every single day: long delays, wrong orders, and even raw eggs served despite my clear instructions. On two occasions, we left without eating at all – while still paying for it. Management showed no accountability. The manager even avoided speaking to me at checkout, which is completely unprofessional for a so-called 5-star hotel. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Terrible service, wasted money, and no respect for guests. Definitely not worth the price. I will never return.

This used to be The Address in case you were wondering. Great Hotel and a few minute walk from Dubai Mall through an enclosed walkway and the Metro is a few minutes away. Quiet and great service. Food is expensive but I guess that’s what you get for convenience and being in Dubai (compared to other 5 star hotels in premium locations in the gulf or London).
