Breathe taking place!
Arrive and be prepared to be wowed...
From the warm greetings to the beautiful style, and the friendly staff, this hotel has it all.
You literally park your car and do not need to move for the length of your stay.
3 restaurants, bar, spa, 2 pools (1 is covered, which is good for the winter time), kids play room, pool table and and amazing room to just relax.
Every staff member we encountered were so friendly, and they took their time to make you feel welcomed.
The food is so tasty with an enormous variety!
All I can say is... WOW WOW WOW!
We will be back!

We have just came back from a 9 days stay here and it was me and my husband wedding anniversary celebration with our child and my husband did put this on request when booking. We normally would have expected some nice towels decor for our occasions like any other hotels we’ve stayed in even we didn’t have the request in or for that occasions but that was a little disappointing. The location of this place was amazing. We have done some sight seeing nearby places. Rooms was good size but could have been more clean with dusting the bedside tables and other furnitures in the room which I ended up doing it myself. As we’ve stayed in many 5* star hotels around the world. We definitely expected better customer service than what we’ve experienced during this stay. We would say some staff are great but not all and to be honest this will win things over if every staff gave their 100% service to every customer but not just selective to who they like for better service. Overall, it was a good stay but it would have been a great stay if the small details was put into place.
Thanks for looking after us!

We stayed 3 nights in October in one of the terrace 1-bedroom apartments. The price was very good. The staff are wonderful. The seating is comfortable and the kitchen is nice and well equipped. The air conditioning works well, but during our visit the windows needed to be covered most of the day because of the heat from the sun into the room. I thought the bed was hard (my husband didn't) and the bathrooms were a little awkward. The restaurant has very nice food for lunch, but the breakfast was underwhelming. It should be set up in the restaurant area with the view rather than in the dark. Overall, I think it was nice, quiet, and relaxed.

I'm an American journalist doing a series of articles on cycling in Portugal and Spain for several American magazines. I've stayed at over 75 properties during my 3 month visit, and this resort ranks near the top for amenities, ambience, and presentation. Rooms with a view (and spacious), a great breakfast on the high end, etc. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

An interesting resort, spread out over 3 ‘blocks’ that are a challenging game to navigate. The hallway lighting is hilarious - like a medieval haunted house. Not uncommon to exit an elevator into total darkness - not sure why? Apparently power in Portugal is one of the cheapest in the world. Maybe hiding the hallway paint which seems to be in desperate need of a refresh.
The breakfast is great if you have it included - one of the most diverse buffets I have seen in recent memory. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
General HVAC seems to be an issue - our room would never cool down, hallway air is stale.
The area is quite nice - worth a stay if you can get a decent deal. Wouldn’t call it ‘5-star’ though unless it’s being stacked against a fairly low bar.
