Hello. There are bugs in the room. There is no hot water. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart. The light in the bathroom doesn’t work. And it looks like something scratched the back of the bathroom door and caused a hole in it as well. We also paid a resort fee and everything is either broken, closed or run down to the point it’s unsafe. The whole property is run down and disgusting. I will never be back again. I gave it a 1 star because it won’t let me do a negative. Great price but not worth it. I highly don’t recommend staying here there are plenty of other nicer and cleaner places in the area. Nothing like the photos show online.

I thought I found a great deal, but even at the very low price I paid, it was not worth it. Our room was Bldg 3-Rm 120. The main door lock didn't work properly, so you had to close the door multiple times before it would latch. We killed at least a dozen baby roaches. The room smelled musty. The carpet was stained. The curtains were filthy. The bathroom door was rotten and did not close. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that was poorly patched. There was ketchup stains (or at least I hope it was ketchup) on the wall. The electrical outlet by the sink would work intermittently. Only the top portion of the outlet by the table worked. I could go on and on. I took pictures but there is no option to post them here. I'm not sure how they have an occupancy license. The place is not safe. It's in a great location and was very cheap, but like I said, not worth it. I can not recommend. The ladies who checked me in and out were very nice. I felt sorry for them. I know they must hear complaints from people all the time. They knew better than to ask "How was your stay?"

Worst guest service ever, very rude and they were charging additional fees to check in and were not ready to check us in even with a confirmed reservation unless we pay additional fees that they were asking for. Do not fall for their low prices they advertise online. Even the manager was very rude when we wanted to talk to her to resolve our issue. We eventually had to book a different hotel for the night. The entire place smells marijuana. The entire hotel was dark and was not well lit. Did not look safe for families with kids. No option to give negative stars otherwise this would definitely be a negative 5.

Check in was extremely slow. Took almost an hour even with 3 people working the desk. Rooms smelled damp and in the morningmy head wss stuffed and throat raw from the air in the room. AC did nothing to remove the dampness. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet and was really attached. Light in the shower was almost non-existent, thank God it was only one night and i could shower when i got home. Lack of pillows for a "preferred" room. Won't be staying here ever again.

I only have 1 star because there's nothing less. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Roaches in the room, dog hair all over the bed, room smells like mold and rotten socks. Refrigerator is rusted and the doors on the wooden closet in the room are broken of the hinges. Pillows looked like they had not been cheanged. Then they have the nerve to charge a $50 accidental and an additional $67.74 resort fee. What a scam. I will be getting a FULL REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SO CALLED RESORT.
