The hotel is very clean, the service is amazing.
When we arrived we had a karaoke night in the lobby, so fun. And they gave us some free drinks. Everyone was super nice and polite. I would definitely go back

1st time going to a hotel during a hurricane. This hotel was perfect. The staff has been incredible. Everyone was so nice. It made the stress of going through a hurricane easier. The food at the bar - best chicken sandwich ever. The burgers were great too. The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or close by. Publix is 2 minutes down the road. We've really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back when a hurricane isn't involved.

We were so glad we chose Aloft International Drive! There are so many options now, and our family has stayed in most of the hotels around Seaworld throughout the years. We believe this was the cleanest (very important to us), most convenient, and accommodating hotel, with the friendliest staff we’ve experienced. My wife especially liked the decor and hard service flooring, as she isn’t a fan of carpet. Kristina/Kristen (front desk) and Teresa T. (manager) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. At a time where customer service can be lacking, these team members honestly exude a willingness and eagerness to serve their guests’ needs, not making them feel like a bother. We’ll be back, thanks so much for everything!

The Room was clean, didn’t find any fault with the cleanliness of the room, housekeepers did a good job. Front desk took awhile to check us in one of the nights, other than that everything was fine. I would suggest that they add microwaves to the rooms because the one in the lobby seems old and overwork .Parking fees to me is expensive, it’s an open lot no security and a sign that says that the hotel is not responsible for stolen property, universal hotels have actually garages and cameras that monitor in and out for way less / cheaper. Overall the hotel is okay

Don’t STAY!!!!!$ The only good thing about this hotel is location. Our stay was supposed to be 6 nights but we left on night 5. They don’t have enough wash clothes and towels. Our room leaked from rain. Our tub was completely stopped up a wouldn’t drain. when we ask to move she told us in the morning. After we moved our sink was stopped up but we just delt with it. The cleaning ladies didn’t clean or bring us new towel/wash cloths. 1 day they made 1 bed and not the other left trash in the room etc. Next day I had to call and request them to clean and had to watch her to make sure it got done. I had to go downstairs DAILY to retrieve towels b/c they always said they are in the dryer and it took so long for them to send them up. Our door knob in our first room was barely on the guy had to come and fix it. It was all over a disasters!!!! Then I was told I would receive a credit got my bill and it’s no such credit. NEVER WILL WE EVER STAY HERE!!$
