I had an incredible experience staying at the Aloft Hotel on International Drive in Orlando. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded all expectations in terms of service, comfort, and hospitality. The property was in excellent condition, with modern and clean rooms, and the amenities were top-notch.
However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. After we left, my daughter realized she had forgotten her beloved teddy bear, Baby Fox, in the room. We were devastated, but the hotel's staff went above and beyond to help. Teresa Thomas, the Area Director, reached out to us personally to ensure our stay had gone well, and when she learned about the situation, she immediately sprang into action. She involved Nebraska Gonzalez, the Front Office Supervisor, and together, they tracked down Baby Fox and arranged for it to be shipped back to us.
Their communication was flawless from start to finish, and the entire process was handled with such care and attention. It’s not every day you encounter a hotel team that takes such a personal interest in making sure every guest has a positive experience, both during their stay and beyond. Thanks to Teresa, Nebraska, and the rest of the Aloft team, we were able to reunite my daughter with her teddy bear, which made her so happy!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The service, the attention to detail, and the kindness shown by the staff were truly extraordinary. If you're looking for a place to stay in Orlando, Aloft on International Drive is the place to be!

Hotel was pretty cool looking abstract looking hotel New age style.. Don't know what is going on with room service. Ask for them in the hallway of course lady didn't speak English what else is new.. Go down and ask front desk for 11:00 clean up they never came.. while we went out come back room still not clean had to wait till 4: 30. Come back rooms done beds are made fresh towels no rules of toilet paper no vacuuming no wiping down anything.. horrible horrible housekeeping service I will never return to this hotel I will not recommend it to anybody. Unless you don't want to pay a bunch of money at SeaWorld I don't know how much parking is there but you could park at this hotel and pay $30 or more right across the street.. because that's what I'm doing next time. Thank you blue dream vacations but you definitely need to change hotels if you want my business or my money ever again thank you 👍💯😉

Staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Rooms were clean, they had an interesting distribution. Shower was separate from toilet. Only the toilet had a door. The shower was a bit out in the open. Docking a star since there was a small roach that crawled through the vents of the toilet area.

Service providers were nice and friendly. The issue was the rooms and lack of towels. There were 4 of us in a room with 2 towels and they didn't even change it a hen they cleaned the room. Please do better with this critical necessity.

The hotel is very clean, the service is amazing.
When we arrived we had a karaoke night in the lobby, so fun. And they gave us some free drinks. Everyone was super nice and polite. I would definitely go back
