I’d like to say how much I loved the hotel. From the very beginning, I was welcomed by Nessa at the reception, and she was absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly, gave us all the key information, and was super kind and attentive – it really set a great tone for our stay. Later, when we had an issue with our room, the staff handled it so smoothly by relocating us without any stress. Housekeeping also came every day, brought us everything we asked for, and they were always very polite and kind. Finally, we spoke with Bailey, and I just wanted to thank her as well for the way she approached us. She was really kind and explained everything in such a clear and friendly way, without any pressure. We truly appreciated her attitude and were happy to have met someone as thoughtful as her. We would love to make the same deal for our next visit!

This place is more like a motel as it has exterior access and is definitely a bit dated. Other than that the major headache that causesed me a lot of problems between me and the wife is the fact that there's a bunch of hidden fees! 💰 hard to compare aples to apples. Parking is 35.00 and the resort fee is another 38.00 and they only offer parking for one vehicle even though you're paying for it. I don't mind paying more if I'm getting more but I really despise them adding fees on top of the rate I feel it's pretty deceitful. Now for the things that really bothered me that I definitely wouldn't stay here again for. The towels feel like they got washed and dried out on the line with no fabric softener the stuff is like sandpaper it's ridiculous. The shower curtain was too short and water went all over the floor. There's no trash can in the room the refrigerator is terrible and cannot be trusted to keep food cold enough. The sink backs up when the water is turned on. On a positive note the air conditioner got it pretty cold over the night time although it wasn't super hot outside The TV is a good size and seems to be of decent enough quality they have motion sensors wired up in the room I guess to see if you're still in there and there was some cheap shampoo and bodywash on the wall. I would say overall while there are some obvious and very uncomfortable defects the room was pretty decently maintained, at least the one I stayed in Breakfast was pretty good party restaurant look like it was still kind of under construction or something

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree Orlando at SeaWorld (Sept. 18–21, 2025). While the room itself was fine, the mandatory $25/day “resort fee” was very misleading. We were told it included complimentary shuttle service to local attractions like Disney and Epcot, but that service never came. On Sept. 20, my wife and our autistic adult son were stranded at Disney World when the shuttle failed to return. Calming him down in that situation was a difficult task, and instead of enjoying our vacation we were left stressed and anxious. They had to take an Uber back at a cost of $40. The next day, Sept. 21, the shuttle simply never arrived to take them to Epcot. Once again, they had to resort to Uber, $70 for the round trip. In total, we paid $110 out of pocket for transportation that the resort fee was supposed to cover. We came to Disney to enjoy time together as a family, not to face unnecessary anxiety and extra expenses. If the shuttle service isn’t reliable or doesn’t actually cover the advertised locations, guests should be told upfront. Charging a daily “resort fee” for services that don’t exist feels dishonest. I am a Hilton Honors member and chose Hilton because I trust the brand to deliver consistent quality. This experience was disappointing and left us feeling misled.

First time guest here and we just checked into the hotel this morning and Vanessa at the front desk was beyond helpful, kind, and put us in a great floor in the tower. She is a great face for the company and does her job very well. We got a tower room on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. When we entered the room, it smelled very fresh and clean. Thank you Vanessa for a great experience so far and thanks to your whole team for doing a fantastic job with the cleanliness of the place. We come to Orlando about once a month and will be back to this place for sure.

I recently stayed for a six-day trip and would give the experience a rating of about 3.5/4 out of 5. We were given a villa with two queen-sized beds. The room was spacious and came with a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient. However, the location of our room—on the east side of the property—was quite a walk from the hotel lobby. The bathroom sink drained slowly, and the AC unit wasn’t great. While it kept the room cool during the day, it would often cut off at night. We had to leave the fan running constantly to maintain a comfortable temperature. One thing to be aware of: there are several fees that aren't clearly listed on the website. For example, there is a $75 daily security deposit, which came as a surprise. There is also a daily parking fee, but if you don’t have a vehicle, you're not charged for it. Access to parking is either by room key or a daily ticket, which costs $38 if you choose the ticket option. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the amenities. There are two nice pools and a Jacuzzi; however, the Jacuzzi wasn’t functioning properly—the water didn’t even reach the jets level during our stay. The mini-golf course was under construction, so we couldn’t use it. The laundry facilities were located on the west side of the property, we were staying on the east side, so it was a bit of a walk. There were six washers (all working) and six dryers (four working), and the pricing was reasonable. The machines were also large capacity, which was a plus. I’d recommend the resort consider adding laundry facilities on the east side for better accessibility. There are seating areas both in the lobby and around the outdoor amenities, but some of these areas—especially near the market bar and restaurant—were uncomfortably hot. It would be great if they could install fans or cooling systems in those areas to make them more enjoyable. As for the staff, I had mostly positive experiences. The grounds crew did an excellent job keeping everything clean, even with two large events happening during our stay. Special mention goes to Glenda, who worked in the pool area—she was fantastic. She was friendly, engaging, remembered guests by name, and interacted well with both kids and adults. I also appreciated one of the security guards who regularly checked in with guests and maintained a helpful presence. Overall, while there were definitely some inconveniences, the resort had its highlights, especially in terms of cleanliness, staff interaction, and pool amenities. A few improvements could really elevate the experience
