Me and My family loved coming here, the customer service is INCREDIBLE, everyone is so nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet is great, especially the omelet station. And the free warm cookies are to die for.
One of our main reasons staying here is the convenience of the hotel, it’s in a great location, close to everything and an easy drive to the parks.
Only downside is the rooms are a little dated. We had a small problem in the bathroom but they immediately did their best to fix it. Rooms can get a bit humid. And the phone that came with the room didn’t work, which we were surprised as it always worked in our other stays here. But at least the beds are very comfortable, and the cleaning ladies are super sweet, and will give you extra towels if you just ask.
I definitely recommend staying here, but there’s only a 80/20 chance you’ll be getting a perfect room.

When I booked this hotel on-line, it appeared that we would be in the high rise building, but our room was the furthest away on the first level of a two story building without an elevator. The room looked clean, but it wasn't clean. The floor was sticky and my brand new white socks were literally black with dirt. Even after using bleach the stains partially remained. The bathroom sink had a partial clog, so you had to wait for the water to drain. There were black specs on the sheets. I don't know if that was from the socks or if the sheets were dirty. The lighting was horrible. I couldn't wait for hotel staff to ask me how my stay was, but no one did. They did have staff by the exit doors giving away Hilton points. The lobby and associated shops and restaurants looked nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. As a single female traveling for a reunion I felt very unsafe. I stayed in the tower and had to park extremely far from the building because there were absolutely no spaces available. Then to get into the Tower building, there was no lock on the door. In normal hotels, you would have to swipe your key-not this one. The rooms are completely dated, there were no “do not disturb signs “. Well, some rooms had them. My room did not have it. I could hear the couple next door’s whole conversation and every call they made from their cell phone, that they had on speaker. The adjoining door has zero sound proofing. I will never stay here again. There is a pretty big gap under the main door. I truly can’t wait to get out of here. This is definetly money wasted.

I recently stayed at this hotel during IITSEC, and while my experience was mixed, I feel it's important to share some feedback. Unfortunately, I believe I was assigned one of the least desirable rooms in the hotel. It was located in the furthest area of the property, adjacent to what seemed to be a cleaning supply restocking zone. If I hadn't been so exhausted from the conference and only staying to sleep, I would have likely upgraded my room.
My room had a noticeable odor, reminiscent of a pool and mold. To address this, I found myself airing it out for about an hour each time I returned. The flooring in the room was also concerning, leaving my feet sticky enough to warrant washing them in the tub before putting on socks or shoes. Additionally, the noise from cleaning activities in the halls was disruptive, continuing until midnight and starting again at 8 a.m., loud enough to wake me even while wearing earplugs.
On a positive note, the main areas of the hotel are well-maintained, and the gym is adequate. The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and professional, which I greatly appreciated. However, the stark contrast between the public spaces and the condition of my room left me questioning whether cleanliness is prioritized in all parts of the property or if I was simply unfortunate in being placed in what felt like a less maintained, motel-style section of the hotel.
One delightful aspect of my stay was the presence of lizards and squirrels around the property, which added a charming touch. My advice to future guests: inspect your room upon check-in. While the location is excellent and the staff is wonderful, the condition of my assigned room fell well below the standard expected of a Hilton property.

My experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in to the attentive and friendly staff, every detail was handled with care. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made for a great night’s sleep.
A special thank you to Vanessa for her outstanding hospitality! She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and her kindness truly made a difference.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with great service. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next stay. Highly recommended!
