Breakfast service is great. At breakfast, our server was Victoria, she was elegantly attentive and helpful. Rooms are pretty clean although bathrooms could use more attention. Mattresses are a bit older and need replacement. Some upgrades needed for example the elevator very squeaky and the flooring needs changing. It would be helpful to have water dispensers outside the elevator in the tower. Check in staff was also amazing. Concierge very friendly and also helpful for making suggestions and recommendations. The property has a nice layout and is fairly central. We will try the pool today :)

Front desk was awesome as Double Tree staff usually are. Moved the check-in line along very efficiently while staying friendly, polite, and professional. Cookies were fresh and delicious. My last stay here was in the main tower and room was great. Unfortunately, this time I stayed in one of the two level wings. Not a fan at all. Old red roof inn feel with double tree name stamped on it . I was able to hear everything that went on outside . If I’m not guaranteed a room in the tower . I wouldn’t stay here again . The hotel amenities and grounds were nice with plenty to do. Short drive to Sea World and I Drive .

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!
I had an awful experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management does not care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality.
First, the room was filthy. The carpets were stained, the bed had hair on the sheets, and there was a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, dirty towels, and a clogged sink that took forever to drain.
The service was just as bad. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, acting like I was inconveniencing them whenever I asked for anything. Housekeeping never showed up, even after I requested fresh towels multiple times. When I finally got someone to bring them, they were damp and smelled awful.
To top it off, the noise levels were unbearable. Walls were paper-thin, and I could hear people talking, doors slamming, and loud music throughout the night. I barely got any sleep.
For the price, this hotel was absolutely not worth it. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was by far the worst. Avoid this place at all costs!

Great experience, hotel location is perfect and close to everything. Grounds are beautiful. Lots of stuff for kids, fun pools and lots of room to run around. Rooms and some parts of the pool area are a bit outdated and worn but rooms were clean and comfortable. Service is exceptional, especially the restaurant service. Shout out to the service from Teresa who made breakfast such an awesome experience!

Me and my son stayed here for his spring break to be closer to the parks. Everyone here was so helpful and kind, very close to everything, and the rooms were clean and updated. My son didn't want to leave the pool even when it was cold at night.. we will definitely be back!
