This hotel is the WORST place I have ever stayed, and all my family members agree. My son scheduled his wedding here, we were all emailed confirmation numbers, I personally called the hotel at 8pm on the day of my arrival to advise I was not going to arrive til around 11pm and confirm they would have my room, my stay was set for 4 days, they advised since i was staying 4 days, they would of course keep my room. I arrived at 11 pm, went to the registration counter where I was told they did NOT have a room for me. I presented the email confirmation where I was then told that number was not a good number, although it CLEARLY stated the name and address of the hotel. I then told them I was there for the Wilkerson-Collins wedding - Which was also shown in large green letters on my email confirmation. I was told they were not having a wedding that weekend. I was then told I would need to WAIT for a room to be prepared. I waited til 1 am for a room to be ready for me! THIS IS RIDICULOUS when you receive a confirmation, are told the check in time is 3 pm, and call to advise you are coming - if check in is at 3pm, why was a room not ready for me? Why was a room not ready when I called at 8 pm? Furthermore, they gave me a room in their tower, like that was supposed to be a big deal of some kind, but I had to make 3 trips to the room via elevator and there was no parking in the area so I had to park at another location and walk back to my tower room! I explained to the man at registration that I was 64 and had no business walking the grounds of a hotel alone at 1 am in the morning, but he said of the 1150 rooms they boast - that was THE ONLY room available! my entire family, the brides family and friends coming to the wedding ALL had the same issues, 3 of my sons had to stay locally at another location because they were told there were no rooms available, they got there on Wednesday! when the hotel began having rooms, they put most of the guests around the courtyard where the wedding was being held, but not me. I continued to have to walk to the tower several times a day as there were rehearsals, pictures, the wedding and the normal routine of eating. If this is a RESORT, it is the worst one I have ever stayed in and I will never ever stay here again. I left a day early as a matter of fact. Not one single person at this hotel tried to listen to our concerns and issues for incoming guests and the issues with not having the rooms ready. What is the point of making a reservation if they are not only not going to honor it, but also lie to you that the reservation # on the email THEY SENT was not a good number?

Check in was quick. Was sent to a room with a layout we did not order. They fixed with no issues but then we were placed into a room that had a nonworking minifridge. Again, moved us to a new room no issues. The "resort fee" and "parking fee" are just bogus ways to make money. $30 a day to park in a hotel that has 1/10 capacity is ridiculous. As they also do this, they cram everyone into one or two buildings so there is no parking near those buildings to begin with. Would not recommend to stay here. Not going to stay here again either. Especially not for the money. This isn't a staff issue, they were great. It is the hotels issue.

Very nice hotel. It is outside of Disney, but still close, sound your doing other things in Orlando it is a good location, near main roads. Be prepared to pay tolls. Wish they had better parking. Our room was in the tower and was very nice.

Front desk staff were very nice and the cookies were delicious. The room was spacious and fit our family well. The only bad part of the room was the bathroom. When one of us showered, the whole bathroom would be wet. There were no shower curtains or anything similar. A bit gross. Our main problem was that we ordered something on Amazon and told it to be delivered to our room. It was a Jewish calendar that cost 15 dollars. It said it would be delivered on Friday, September 27th. Since we couldn’t find it, on Saturday we decided to ask the front desk if they knew where it was. They were clueless. After a while they told us to go check at the UPS inside of the hotel. Reminder: we didn’t even know there was a UPS at the hotel, and we never asked our package to be delivered to the UPS, but to our room. When we went to the UPS, the employee told us he could just give us our package if we paid 16 dollars. Like what?!?! Why would I pay more than I paid for the calendar itself for UPS to give me my package when I never even asked them to hold it? The worker told us we could come back on Monday in case we wanted to talk to his manager, but our flight back home was on Sunday morning. He said there was nothing he could do: we needed to pay 16 dollars to retrieve our package or we wouldn’t have it. We ended up having to pay for it, which was completely unfair. We felt robbed. Very bad experience.

I made a confirmed reservation a month before my conference, received a confirmation #, and showed up at noon on the day of arrival. They checked me in and swiped my card and said they would call when the room was ready. 5 hours & no call later I came back for my room to find that they were giving rooms to other guests in line but telling me they had no room for me and I was being shipped to another random hotel, which was 15 minutes away. No explanation on why everyone else was getting a room and I wasn’t, just a letter and a finger pointing to the door. They said they would get me a cab, then left me standing at the door for over a half hour with no other assistance, so I had no choice but to book my own cab in order to stay on schedule. We were there for a conference, and we selected the hotel because it is walking distance to the convention. I was the lead manager at the show, with a dozen staff as well as clients at the hotel that I needed to meet with. Hilton sent me 20 minutes and $20 away by cab, leaving me to spend the week hopscotching back and forth in $20 each way cab rides to attend the conference and meetings. I received nothing other than a rushed insincere “sorry” from the desk clerk as he kicked me out, and nothing else from Hilton. No follow up, absolutely nothing. I even called their “Customer Care” line and filed a formal complaint with a case number. I was promised a response within 3 days, and a week later have received absolutely no response, e-mail, or feedback from them. Apparently once they dismissed me from their hotel despite my booked, confirmed reservation and physical check-in, they were done with me. Truly shocking treatment from a brand that pretends to be a first class organization. Clearly, they don’t care about their guests. It is obvious that I am nothing to Hilton. I would recommend not doing business with them. They don’t hold up their side of the agreement.
