We stayed on the 17th floor which was nice and romantic. The rooms were clean and the shower was amazing. They provide full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and a really nice shower body wash. There are plenty of restaurants and places to snack on premises. There are a lot of security gates to get in the parking area that are accessible with your room key card. Parking can be a challenge because there doesn't seem to be enough of it but it's free.

Let me start by saying this property is business in the front, party in the back. If you are coming for business, you want to be in the tower (the front), make sure you book that. The rooms are slightly more expensive than the cabanas. The tower is like your standard hotel; the cabanas (the back) are more family style. They are very casual, a bit dated and have seen a lot of guests BUT if you're not spending time in the room, want to spend time at the pool and want to eat onsite, this is great. The food is good. The market makes great coffee and there is staff everywhere ready to help. I was struggling to be comfortable in the cabanas and the manager worked it out to make room for me in the tower. It changed my entire experience. Pro's - Amazing and helpful staff, good food onsite, great location, cost, safe, comfortable. Con's - Dated, high traffic resort, lack of parking due to volume of guests.

Vanessa is such an amazing front desk agent. She made my family and I feel at home. Her smile and sweet personality made my day. My boys and I loved carrying on a conversation with her. Vanessa was such a big help in answering all my questions and giving us through directions and guidelines for the hotel and various areas. We just absolutely loved her. They are lucky to have her!

Our stay was pretty good. I only put 4 stars on the stay but 4.5 starts would be better. And it's not bad, I think though the outside needs a refresh of paint on the older sections of the hotel for sure. The tower is newer, but we weren't staying in there. Navigating the parking lot was a little daunting, because it's small but you need your key to get in and out after you check in. Really just need to get used to it if your stay is longer than one night. Other than that, Everton else looked renovated and fresh. The courtyard was very nice. There's a bar in the lobby which is nice, little area to get some cold water as well. There's a stand where it looks like they may try to sell you stays or theme park tickets, not sure which and there's an Avis rental desk for your car rental needs. They also have a convention centre, hotel size. It's very quiet and comfortable.

This place is more like a motel as it has exterior access and is definitely a bit dated. Other than that the major headache that causesed me a lot of problems between me and the wife is the fact that there's a bunch of hidden fees! 💰 hard to compare aples to apples. Parking is 35.00 and the resort fee is another 38.00 and they only offer parking for one vehicle even though you're paying for it. I don't mind paying more if I'm getting more but I really despise them adding fees on top of the rate I feel it's pretty deceitful. Now for the things that really bothered me that I definitely wouldn't stay here again for. The towels feel like they got washed and dried out on the line with no fabric softener the stuff is like sandpaper it's ridiculous. The shower curtain was too short and water went all over the floor. There's no trash can in the room the refrigerator is terrible and cannot be trusted to keep food cold enough. The sink backs up when the water is turned on. On a positive note the air conditioner got it pretty cold over the night time although it wasn't super hot outside The TV is a good size and seems to be of decent enough quality they have motion sensors wired up in the room I guess to see if you're still in there and there was some cheap shampoo and bodywash on the wall. I would say overall while there are some obvious and very uncomfortable defects the room was pretty decently maintained, at least the one I stayed in Breakfast was pretty good party restaurant look like it was still kind of under construction or something
