What a beautiful hotel. We stayed on the elegance side and had a wonderful time from arrival to departure. We were greeted by our amazing butler Andres who always went above and beyond for us. We mostly stayed by the pool and met a server named Manuel who soon became a friend of ours and always made us feel comfortable and again went above and beyond for us every single day we were there! “Be back in 5 minutes” was our saying most of the trip with him. The food was very promising for an all inclusive resort. The portion sizes and variety of food blew me away considering an all inclusive, and we’ve been to a lot of all inclusive around the world and this one was one of the top with quality of food. We had a blast at the hibachi restaurant with Omar and Lopez. The beach was beautiful but if you’re looking for that clear calm water this wouldn’t be the beach for you. But no worries the entertainment team at the pool will have your back with all fun and activities. We had a blast with Karla and Oliver the whole trip with each day having more and more fun activities. All in all, this hotel is worth it. Don’t listen to negative reviews because I’ve been around and know what a good resort is and this is definitely one of them!

This place is so great - far above quality of other all inclusive places we have stayed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was so attentive and friendly, every single person we interacted with. The spa was gorgeous and my massage with Carolina was wonderful! If you have a chance to stay here do not hesitate! Special shout out to Oliver from the entertainment team, he made us feel like family! Always included us, checked in on everyone, he was fun and friendly and amazing! We would come back just for Ollie!!!

Flying out tomorrow after a 6-day stay at the Majestic Elegance. I have been to plenty of resorts around the world, and man this one really takes the cake. The rooms are nice and the beach is beautiful, but what really made this trip special was all of the amazing people at this resort. Our butler, Chan, was so great at making sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay, and he really made the trip special. Our favorite restaurant was Italian. Alexis, the server at the Italian restaurant, made our experience so special that we went back a second night to bring our crew to meet him. We spent more time at the Piano/Martini bar than anywhere else. Rodrigo was so awesome and we would go late nights just to go talk to him. If you plan on staying here, please visit Rodrigo and have him make you one of the best drinks you have ever had. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Alexis, Chan, and Rodrigo. Overall great stay, and it is very very very hard to think about anything negative to possibly say about this place. 1,000,000/10!!!!!!!

Overall, nice experience. Fransisco and Cynthia at the Kabuki Japanese restaurant made our final night memorable and went out of their way for my wife’s birthday. Club/butler service left quite a bit to be desired though with other butlers providing a much better experience for others we were traveling with. Decent facilities and food. Spa services were nice, beach was ok. Service level clearly varied by individual which was the reason for the review. Worthy of 4 stars, not 5.

We had an amazing experience at the Majestic! All the staff was friendly and took care of us. The breakfast at restaurant Il Bottacio was very good and Marisol took care of us and provided excellent service! At the beach and pool, Daniel’s service was outstanding and we are lucky to have met him on our arrival day! He took care of us the whole week, always smiling and caring, with a very attentive service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to stay at this hotel for your next vacation!
