From start to finish, our stay at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun was absolutely perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of exceptional, offering a variety of cuisines that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Every meal was a treat, whether we were enjoying a buffet or dining at one of the à la carte restaurants.
The beach was pristine, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax or take part in water activities. The real highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Special shout-out to Jaime Ramirez from the entertainment team, whose energy and enthusiasm made every activity so much fun, and Eduardo, our butler, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, this resort exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable vacation in Cancun!

This is a lovely resort with fantastic amenities, activities and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, attending to all of our needs in a timely manner (thank you Katia and Paco!) We've enjoyed the great selection of restaurants and the day and night entertainment and activities. We had a beautiful ocean view room with a plunge pool, which I can't recommend enough. The spa is gorgeous and was a great addition to an already relaxing experience. The beach is wonderful with the most amazing service (thank you Jose!) in a safe an quiet area. Overall, this was a fabulous vacation and we would definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great food, top tier service, and we loved listening to the grand piano player at the French restaurant!
We never had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. We made reservations for the Hibachi and French but all others we could just walk up whenever we got hungry.
Rodrigo at the Sky Lounge took great care of us and went above and beyond for us. He makes us want to return - and we rarely go to the same resort twice.
Miguel at the Piano Bar is so friendly and makes the BEST drinks! Karla was also so lovely!
Ariel, who is part of the entertainment team is so energetic and engaging. Missed his energy on his day off. He brings so much fun to the resort.
Our butlers Rene and Michelle checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed.
There are weddings almost daily. Which isn't really a problem other than we enjoyed the pool area where the weddings take place so we had to find somewhere else to go if we wanted more pool time after 3pm as that's when they start to set up.

The majestic is a beautiful resort. It is very clean and beautiful. The beach is beautiful with white sands and blue waters. The food is delicious. Get the made to order fried rice from Margarita at the grill at Mar Restaurant. It is so good. Oliver, Ricardo are our favorite staff member (entertainment crew) along with Ariel and Eduardo. So many activities and things to do. The place was not busy at all. We would definitely visit again.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is one of the best resorts on the Caribbean. The beach and water is exceptional, clean and blue.
The food is really tasty, and there are a lot of options. The workers there are very professional, and the service is great. Shoutout to Martin Martinez, he is a bartender who is very friendly and professional and personable with the guests. Also Miguel, who is also a bartender that is very skilled at it and incredibly professional and accommodating. And also Giovanni at the piano bar, he is kind and makes great drinks. They all make great drinks. We hit up the bars often!
As far as the room service, I gave it 4 stars because they would often forget to restock all the towels when they cleaned the room everyday. But they took care of everything else and fixed a minor problem we had very fast.
For service in general, the waiters and bartenders are great. Very accommodating.
I highly recommend this resort, this is our second time going there.
