My sisters and I were here for a wedding and I have to say it was absolutely amazing!! The check-in process was very easy. We had a very early flight and got to the hotel at 7:30am. Even though there was no room available for us yet (understandable because check-in is supposed to be at 3pm), they gave us our bracelets and we were able to enjoy breakfast at the Flavors restaurant buffet. You are always greeted with a smile. I was amazed at how clean everything is: the rooms, the restaurants, the bathrooms, the pools. Everything!! I highly recommend the Bistro restaurant, which you have to make a reservation for. It is very elegant and romantic. I just had a dinner with my sisters, and it was so beautiful it made us want to cry. The food was delicious, there was live piano music that was perfect for the ambiance. We got room service twice and the food was amazing as well. Overall, our experience in this hotel was just excellent.

The resort is beautiful! Great beach, plenty of chairs and shade for those of us who need it. Omar was my butler and was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If the spa is your thing, this one is great. Irma did a fantastic job! There was a group of 8 of us here, and we had a fantastic time. 😀

I recently dined at Mar House, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Our server, Roman, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our meal memorable. Roman has a great eye for detail and even offered personalized recommendations that turned out to be spot on. He took the time to check in with us throughout the meal, ensuring we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. If you're planning a visit to Mar House, definitely ask to be served by Roman—he truly gives an exceptional experience and adds a special touch to the evening. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We felt nothing but good vibes our entire stay at this gorgeous resort! The food was good, the drinks were plenty, and the views were breathtaking. To top it off our Elegance Club Plunge Pool Suite was amazing. We loved the privacy it afforded us and the all around view from the top. The attention and service we received from our personal butler Eduardo made the get away that much better. He even went above and beyond to decorate our room just to help celebrate my birthday. Loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were as well. Definitely will be back!

This resort is phenomenal!! The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. We were greeted with the most delicious welcome drinks I've ever tasted, and our Butler, Rubi showed us all around the resort and catered to our every need! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and Rubi made it extra special with surprises in our room around every corner. Thank you, Rubi!! The beach at this resort is top tier. The staff at the bar beach are even better! Alonso, you are AMAZING! Alonso took care of us the whole week, and made sure our drinks were always full! He was so cute and funny, too. We loved seeing him every day! The housekeeping staff was incredible, too. Our room was always freshly stocked every day, with all the things we needed or wanted. The food.. the food was SO GOOD. Hands down the best food I've ever had in Mexico. Even the buffets were so yummy. Make sure you visit the Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Best fried rice I have ever had, and the chef and server were so fun!! The vibe here is so good. Just book this resort, you won't regret it!! I promise!
