We recently returned from a family vacation that left a lasting impression. Upon arrival, we were delighted to discover that we had been upgraded to the "presidential suite" 5316, a considerable improvement over the basic room. The resort's commitment to providing Gluten Free options was truly impressive, making it an outstanding choice for families with specific dietary requirements. The exceptional service provided by Joy and Sebastian, who prepared our meals in a dedicated kitchen, was a highlight of our stay. Although the pool area was somewhat limited in terms of size and seating availability, the beach was nothing short of spectacular, as one would expect from a resort located in Playa Mujeres. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to families seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. The resort is spacious, beautifully designed, and never felt crowded. There are many quiet spots to relax, with lounges and self-serve refreshments throughout. The Club Elegance experience stood out—top-notch service that surpassed our expectations. As Air Canada Vacations guests, we also appreciated the VIP treatment. The food was fresh and varied, and the range of restaurants and bars offered something for everyone. Pools are plentiful and well-maintained. The beach is clean, though the facilities could be improved. Staff were consistently kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Only downside: wine prices and Boutique prices are extremely high compared to home. Overall, one of our best resort vacations in years. We’ll definitely return.

We went to this resort to celebrate our anniversary and it was fantastic. Our room was very clean and the maids came everyday to clean and restock our minibar. Unless we didn’t want them to and they also provided clean towels. We had a swim-up suite and the pool guy cleaned the leaves out periodically which was nice. The food was great and we had an amazing experience with Miguel and Jonathon! They worked at our swim-up bar by our room and we loved them. They took great care of us by making us delicious drinks to bringing us fresh coconuts our last day there. Those two were super sweet and we always looked forward to seeing them everyday! We’ll specifically be looking for them when we return. There were lots of events going on mostly every night and we really enjoyed the fresh sushi bar and the Japanese hibachi place! My only complaint that I have is our butler. He didn’t communicate with us hardly at all. He made one reservation for us and then decided to contact us the day before we were leaving to ask if we needed anything when he did nothing for us our whole trip there. He didn’t even show up the day we left. Other than our butler, we had a great experience!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at this resort! The staff, the grounds, the service, everything was amazing from the time we step foot in the lobby to the time we left. The staff at Majestic truly care and it shows in their efforts to make your vacation the best it can be. We did not want for our anything in our time here. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the food is great, and the service is even better. The staff made our birthday celebration one for the books. Our butler, Andres, made sure we had everything we needed and checked in regularly. Housekeeping and mini bar service were great and our room was kept clean and stocked. Entertainment was amazing, especially the fire show. The themed dinner setups were impressive. We will be back! Thanks, Majestic!

Marisol at il botaccito is great, Angel, Cristian, & Yaishef our waiters were very friendly and attentive. Joy the allergy chef is amazing! Celiac safe foods. We ate breakfast here each day they remembered us, greeted us by name, remembered our food allergies. It has been on of our favorite spots! Always a pleasure. We can't wait to visit again and feel confident in great service for celiac.
