We had a great experience. Our stay was a 6 night stay and it was just the perfect amount of time. We celebrated a birthday during our stay. ALL of the staff were amazing! Ricardo and Claudio at the Piano Bar and Diego at the Mexican restaurant were especially kind and went beyond their duties and made us feel special. The grounds were very well kept, rooms were spacious and clean, food was good with alot of variety! I will definitely be recommending this resort to our travel buddies!

What a great resort! I would definitely recommend this resort especially for couples
The service, food, grounds, rooms, and beach were all amazing. Butlers Rene and Chris were so great to deal with and made our vacation extra special.
All the restaurants were great our favourites were the Mexican and steakhouse. The resort is well maintained and kept so clean.
Check in and check out were a breeze.
The beach and pools are great and the daily entertainment at the pools was lots of fun.
We can't wait to go back! Keep up the great work Majestic team! We can't wait to go back!!

I’ve visited several all-inclusive resorts in the Costa Mujeres area, and while this resort is very nice, there are several areas that need improvement to truly match the expectations set by its strong reputation and high-end classification.
Having previously stayed at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and Finest by Excellence Club Costa Mujeres, the service at this resort was the most disappointing aspect. The attention to detail and guest care were lacking, especially compared to my experiences at the other two resorts.
Service Concerns:
• Restaurant Service: Several times, we had to repeatedly call over staff to request high chairs, despite clearly having children in our group. This happened more than once, making meal times unnecessarily frustrating.
• Staff Friendliness: While some staff members were welcoming, others seemed uninterested or even indifferent, particularly in the restaurants. If we noticed this, there was a reason—something felt off compared to the warmth and attentiveness we’ve experienced at other resorts.
• Lack of Pool & Beach Service: With only one waitress covering the entire pool area and the same for the beach, drink service was extremely slow. Waiting a long time for a first round was one thing, but if you wanted a second drink, the delay was even longer.
• Buffet Closure in the Evenings: On two consecutive nights, the buffet was closed for dinner, which was a major inconvenience for families with young children. Buffets are essential for quick, flexible meal options before moving on to restaurants we wanted to try, so this made evenings unnecessarily complicated.
Additional Areas for Improvement:
• Unheated Pools in Winter – A major downside, especially for guests traveling in the cooler months.
• No Food Allowed Around Pools & Beach – Unlike other resorts, where snacks and small meals are available in these areas.
• No Dedicated Coffee Shop – Having to go up to the main lobby every time for coffee was inconvenient compared to other resorts with dedicated cafés.
Final Thoughts:
While the resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the entertainment—both daytime and evening—is fantastic, the overall lack of service prevents me from giving this resort more than 3 stars. If they can improve in these key areas, it would significantly enhance the guest experience and make it a truly high-end destination.

Stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon and where do I even start. This place is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning we were treated amazing. Staff carried our luggage to the room, gave us a tour, everyone we dealt with at this resort seemed genuinely happy we were there and so willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were so good!! Many different restaurants to choose from and when they say all inclusive, they mean it, we payed for nothing. Room service is also included which was very convenient. This hotel is in a great location, very quiet, and super secure. There was never a time we felt unsafe. The views were breathtaking and everything was so clean. Zero complaints, will definitely be back.

Best all-inclusive resort I've been to so far. My second time in Cancun didn't disappoint. There weren't too many activities, but the group of friends i went with made it worth it with volleyball, playing cards, and, of course, drinking and eating. The room we were in had its own pool looking straight towards the beach. It also had the volleyball area in front of us, the tiki bar less than a minute away, and Mar House restaurant 2 minutes away. Definitely recommend and would suggest the adult side vs. the family side as you will have more options on which restaurants you can dine at.
