Our stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres in Riviera Maya was truly unforgettable! The resort was great, and the service exceeded our expectations with special recognition to Oliver and Estrella from the entertainment team. Their energy, charisma, and dedication made every activity a blast. Whether it was daytime events or the incredible nightly shows, the entertainment team truly elevated the experience. The performances were spectacular, often featuring what appeared to be professional outside talent—absolutely stunning! Oliver, in particular, went above and beyond—not only keeping us entertained but also checking in on us, asking if we needed help, and even personally guiding us to places we were looking for. He truly stood out with his exceptional care and attention. Everything about the resort was top-notch. The room cleaning, butler service, and all the restaurants were fantastic, with the Japanese restaurant being our favorite. The amenities were also excellent, from the many pools to the lively entertainment and extremely well kept grounds. The only downside was an unpleasant experience at one of the souvenir shops—the one with the trinkets, not the clothing shop (where the staff was wonderful and very helpful with finding sizes). Unfortunately, the lady at the trinket shop treated us rudely, assuming we didn’t understand Spanish. She made no eye contact, and her unwelcoming attitude even persisted after we made a purchase. It was disappointing, especially considering how friendly and professional the rest of the staff was. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and would love to return. With improved guest service in the shops, it could easily be a perfect 5-star experience!

My husband and I had the absolute best time here at this resort. Everyone at the resort had the kindest soul and made the experience 100 x better! And I just wanna give a shout out to Gustavo from Italy, he was absolutely incredible and had the kindest soul. His work ethic and compassion as a waiter blew me away. He will always take care of you! He makes the best cocktails on the resort as well! 10000 percent recommended!

Oh so close for me to give this resort five star, if I could I would give it a 4.5 star. My apologies to Majestic staff and management as overall this is a great resort. The beach is one of the best, the staff is really great (some of the best in Cancun), drinks are good, the wine here is very good, rooms are some of the nicest. There just are some pieces missing. The food is very good just not as good as the rest of the resort. Their steak house is top notch, Mar house is also very good. Italian for lunch was a really good. The Italian for Dinner not so good. French is good but could use more variety and a little upgrade on the recipes. Buffets are adequate not spectacular. The one thing that was consistent across all food was the lack of any great deserts. They really need a great pastry chef such an easy fix, hopefully they do this. Entertainment is adequate, silent disco, reggae , white night are fun but just not a lot of fun nights. This resort has many weddings and that can be tough as many of these have there own parties which holds back some guest participation so sort of get the level of entertainment. We will definitely go back

The resort is beautiful, but the room has no privacy from the bathroom. The shower is separate but tight. Upon The reception is cold,and not very friendly at all. But all the other staff is super friendly! We did go to the spa and got massages and hydrotherapy, and they were nice and accommodating. The hydrotherapy was life! The Mexican restaurant was by far the best of all the restaurants. The pools are several small pools, and the beach was clean with plenty of chairs. Overall, the resort was good, but I wouldn't return.

Absolutely blown away by my stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! This resort truly lives up to its name—everything about it was amazing. From the stunning, pristine beach to the delicious food and exceptional all-inclusive services, it was a perfect getaway. What truly set this experience apart was the personalized service. We were assigned two incredible butlers, Leonardo and Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. They guided us through the resort, made sure we knew all the ins and outs, and were always there whenever we needed anything. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel so special. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!
