The best of all was the service and treatment given by the staff: friendly, attentive, always helpful. They make you feel like an honored guest. At other hotels (especially Dreams), the attitude is generally poor, or in specific cases, very poor. The Majestic is huge, so you have to walk long distances from your room to the lobby, restaurants, or the beach. That's why it's nice that most of the walk is in the shade. The bars are served with care and promptness. The most comfortable ones, Piano Bar and Lobby Bar, make you want to stay for a long time (Thank you, Luis F. Escamilla). The drinks are mid-high range, with all kinds of options. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. Housekeeping is punctual. The minibar is always stocked. There are ice machines nearby so you don't have to keep begging for it at the bar. The pools offer fun amenities and a good atmosphere at midday. If anything, more shaded areas are needed. On the esplanade and in the theater, a daily entertainment: we enjoyed a Mexican night, wrestling, a Michael Jackson show, and the American Independence Day celebrations. We had breakfast every day at the enormous "Flavors" (thank you, Miss Majo). The main bar is also enormous, with options for all tastes. There are two fountains with fruit and juices, and freshly prepared natural drinks. All the restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan options. My four favorites: • "Le Bistro," splendid, glamorous, with delicious dishes (the Bouillabaisse soup, the Duck confit, and the unbeatable desserts) and live piano music. • "Il Bottaccio," elegant, interesting, and delicate. It was difficult to decide among so many enticing dishes. • "Mar House," with its tempting and delicious lobster options. • I confess I'm not a sushi fan. But Japanese cuisine goes beyond that. You have to go to "Kabuki". Given my job, The Club's lounges were very useful. They were a great place to read or write, do office work, have video conferences, or take care of private matters, with minibar service and attentive staff. In summary: a great, fantastic hotel. Magnificent food. A memorable stay. Special thanks to our butler, "Paco."

Jesús in Don Jaume is the best waitress, ask for him! Best service ever! He is very friendly and willing to assist you in everything you want. Order on point and at it best, you can get a really good dinner, give it a try :) It’s my last night here… And I came again to Don Jaume, this time Benjamin was in charge of our table, he had a very cute and awesome detail for my family and me. We got to stay here at the resort for a week for my friends wedding. Every thing was so beautiful and every one was so friendly. Martin and Eduardo at the Mar seafood restaurant were great! Food was amazing , especially the fillet!! Also Gabriel and Marco at the hibachi restaurant were so fun and great, every one is so friendly at this resort. Chan is awesome, always happy to help. I cant Wait to come back. I have nothing bad to say. Perfect getaway !

I had an incredible experience here for my honeymoon. Amazing service, delicious food, and beautiful views everywhere. There are pools and bars everywhere which is so fun. The staff are incredible, always making sure you’re happy and satisfied. The room service is top notch, you can press 0 on the phone in your room and ask for anything. A weird things is that two restaurants require you to wear pants; I didn’t even consider bringing pants to Mexico in July. They also have weddings every day on the family side of the resort that can run until 2pm with music blaring making it very difficult to sleep. Aside from those minor complaints I highly recommend coming here. The Mexican and sushi restaurants are phenomenal.

A fantastic dining experience awaits at the Japanese Steakhouse in Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! From start to finish, the entire meal was a true highlight of our trip, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our server, Bogart, was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. The real showstopper, however, was our chef, Augustin. He was not only a masterful cook but an entertaining performer as well. The hibachi show was incredible—he had some serious skills! The food itself was delicious and cooked to perfection, a testament to his expertise. We left feeling completely satisfied, having enjoyed both a fantastic meal and wonderful company. A huge thank you to Bogart and Augustin for a five-star experience! This is a must-try restaurant if you're staying at the resort.
