We had a very pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We requested a room upgrade the next day, and it was handled instantly exactly as per our convenience. The lobby is beautiful great for relaxing and chatting on the comfy sofas. Our room was spacious & clean had all the necessary amenities. What stood out most was the extended breakfast hours a real bonus for late risers like us! Highly recommended for families, especially those with young children. Overall: 4.9/5

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was very impressed with everything. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything I needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even complimentary bottled water and coffee. The hotel is located in a great area, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sights. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and great coffee every morning. It was a perfect start to the day.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was a delight with an impressive variety of choices that catered to every taste. The pool area offered stunning views, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The pool staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, our stay was relaxing, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Marriott Marquis Dubai Jewel of the Creek to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality in Dubai.

Stayed two nights at Marriott Marquis Creek. The staff were very warm and welcoming, but I faced several issues — no hot water in the shower, AC leak, door lock stuck, wall stains (including red spots), the in-room phone lighting up every 15 minutes at night, and a poor breakfast experience with weak coffee. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up after reporting these problems, even at check-out. I have photos and videos documenting these issues, but out of respect for the hotel’s privacy I prefer not to share them here. Despite this, the staff were professional and kind, and I’ve already booked another week-long stay hoping these issues will be fixed, because the hotel has great potential.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant during my stay at the hotel. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Alae They were very attentive, polite, and always served with a smile, which made our breakfast experience so much more enjoyable. They anticipated our needs, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Such warm and professional service truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciate their effort in making us feel welcome and cared for.
