Worst valet t Parking Experience – Unacceptable Service! I recently visited at ME Dubai by Meliá, and while the hotel itself may look impressive, the valet parking service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I waited 30 minutes till one hour for my car, despite there being only three customers in total. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury hotel. The valet team was slow, unorganized, and lacked professionalism. There was no sense of urgency, and they didn’t seem to care about the long wait times for guests. A hotel of this standard should have a seamless valet experience, yet this felt like an absolute mess. If you are considering staying at ME Dubai and need valet parking, be prepared for frustration and unnecessary delays. I highly recommend that the management take immediate action to train their staff properly and improve efficiency. Otherwise, this poor service will continue to damage the hotel’s reputation. I hope the management takes feedback seriously because this experience completely ruined what should have been a smooth and pleasant stay. Not worth the hassle!

This hotel is an absolute gem! The design is simply stunning, and the rooms are spacious and immaculate, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect. The breakfast is a delightful treat, and the location near the Burj Khalifa is simply unbeatable. The small pool is a great place to unwind and relax, making it a perfect choice for a budget-friendly stay. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money and is undoubtedly the best in the area.

Very few hotels compare with the design elegance of Zaha Hadid. Our experience was nothing less then perfect. Roman was an unbelievable host. A real treasure for this hotel ✨️ . Service throughout from the reception to the restaurant was exceptional. The room was an architectural wonder that match the amazing outside structure. It was beautiful and ergonomic at the same time - from the deep bath and the huge fluffy towels to wonderfully set out chairs in front of the wall to wall windows. Truly one of a kind and a must stay on any agenda. We will definitely be back.
