Beautiful resort. Great swimming pool and kids area. A lot of green and nice atmosphere. The check in process was too long and takes about 20 minutes waiting and 10 minutes with the agent, there was no water or coffee to wait. The room we had was smelly, there was moisture on the walls. The room was remote with only one elevator that takes 10 minutes to get there. After a long wait and taking with 2 different agents they changed our room.

We had a great holiday here and my 6 year old loved it, especially the different pools. The entertainment staff are great, as is the Italian restaurant (Casa Nostra). My only fault is reception is only open at certain times (during check in/out) and there is a very long wait. In addition the rooms are very nice but we had a big problem with ants, take spray with you!

Baby club is amazing! We stayed longer just because of it. Lucia is professional and fantastic - our baby adores her! The whole team working with the children is very friendly and gives a lot of attention! We are very happy with the activities for children! Friendly staff, clean environment, delicious food.

Absolute disgrace. Booked for 1 night, they had the whole day to prepare the room. I arrived at 11pm, checked in. Room looks like it's barely been cleaned, marks over all the walls and plug points that are hardly in use. Room aircon was broken, they sent an engineer who agrees it's broken and asks me wo wait while he sees whether he can fix it. He could not fix it, so in order to get it repaired, he requires a ladder, which he now has to go and fetch and access the roof while I am waiting in the Room. I request a new room (at 23:48pm) which they cannot provide because no other rooms have been prepared and preparing a new room might take longer. This is a factory not a hospitality establishment.
