We loved our stay and are considering this hotel for our next visit. It is well located and definitely family-oriented.
We booked a room with Level Club access. If you’re spending time close to the hotel, it makes sense to include Level access. They serve a good breakfast with à la carte options, offer a canapé and cocktail hour from 5-6 PM, and throughout the day you can get soft drinks and small snacks, and either enjoy time at a private pool or by the sea. For Level members, sunbeds by the sea are free of charge.
The rooms are nice. Our little one found a small present there, which made her really happy.
The hotel also has a very cool kids club with very friendly and caring staff. Our daughter, who is usually shy with new people, loved playing with them in the evening. Parents have the option to leave their kids there from 8-10 PM. During the day, they offer different activities. I think the hotel managed to find amazing people working there who are entertaining kids.
The hotel also has activities for adults, such as yoga, aqua aerobics, meditation, etc.
We also had dinner included, and it was good. There wasn’t a huge variety, but the quality of the food was really good, and I think everyone could find something for themselves. However, I can’t say the same about breakfast. It seemed big but somehow average. Still, it had a standard selection. We preferred the breakfast in the Level Club.
I can only recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids. They won’t be bored! :)

This hotel seems to be confused about which is its target market. It caters for children, full of rambunctious kids clubs, while simultaneously playing aggressive loud adult ‘club’ music by the pool starting early in the morning (from, say, 11am). Overall, would not recommend if you are hoping for a relaxing and quiet time. While the buffet breakfast is large, it would do better by reducing the scope of its offering and letting people relax a bit longer in the morning.

We just got back from staying here with our 3 year old and had the best time! The hotel has such a relaxing vibe to it I love the boho style! The breakfast was amazing and to sit outside overlooking the sea and beach was amazing! Staff were helpful and helped us hire a pushchair and we got to check in early. Can’t wait to come back

Room is good for two people but better to ask for sea-view room upper floor
Service is correct
Breakfast is diversified and tasty
Isolation is not good enough if you have noisy neighbors which was our case but after knocking on their door they become less noisy
Beach is not the best in Mallorca but you can go to one of beach clubs next to the hotel if you look for something better
Overall experience is fine, you get for what you have paid. Don’t expect too much but it’s still passable )

One star for the location (proximity to the beach) and one star for the food. These are really good about this hotel. Just be careful at the sunbeds right next to the hotel because they cost between 40-100 euros per day. We were unable to understand clearly what the employee was saying and thought it was 14 euros but it was 40. The rest, zero stars! Insulation is the worst part of this hotel so be prepared not to sleep well if you are staying at this hotel. The doors of the room are crooked (putting a photo from inside, can be seen obviously from the light going through) which allows all the noise go inside the room. Inside door is not the only problem, also the balcony door (and possibly the glass) is also very bad as we were able to hear everything from outside like a screaming drunk person outside at 04 AM in the morning or trucks loading, unloading etc. Not only the doors but the walls (including the floors and ceilings) are also very very bad. We were able to hear everything (!) from the rooms above and next to us, literally word by word everything. Hotel is possibly made via cardboards only without any insulation. Not only the impudent guests (like the kids screaming and running in the halls all night long) are making the noise but also the employees are not respectful on that manner. For instance one night, literally at the midnight, someone was drilling and fixing some doors etc with loud drills and all nights someone was rolling a trolley with all the dishes and silverware in it and waking us up with those activities that can be made during the day. Checking the reviews, a lot of people already complained about it (I wish we have checked better before booking it out) but they didn’t seem to cared those. We have spent 4 nights there and I was very happy when we are leaving as literally we couldn’t get a nice sleep at all. On top of all these, we were approached at least 3 or 4 times by the hotel employees which were literally bribing us for “100 euros of gift” to sell Melia Circle subscription. It was kind of a harassment after a certain point. Due to the problems we had all nights, of course I would neither go back to any Melia Hotel nor buy a subscription from them.
