A beautiful vacation! If someone is interested in Hotel THB Gran Playa, here are some of my considerations about the location at the end of my 7 day vacation. The THB Gran Playa Hotel is excellently located, in the center of the Can Picafort and very close to the beach and within easy reach of the most important points of interest, by walking. Very good accommodation, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, extremely professional, kind and friendly staff, from reception, restaurant, bar to maids, without exception. Food was excellent cooked, fresh, tasty, many choices for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is very well organized, they pay attention to all details! My room no 147 was a bit small from my point of view...always bumped into the desk being positioned so close to the bed. I would maybe have liked the closets to be a bit more extensive....the space inside is a bit insufficient for 2 people. The Jacuzzi on the 4th floor unfortunately is not efficient at all as it is no longer working at full capacity, it only has 4 working jets left that makes it inefficient. Nice pool place, well maintained, very clean water in the pool. I didn't exactly feel comfortable on the metal sunbeds by the pool as they are extremely stiff and you are always bumping into them but also narrow for some of the more plump people. All in all, it was a very nice vacation here, I will definitely come back. Thank you for making my vacation a success! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July and were not disappointed at all. Rooms smaller than we expected, but it was no problem for us. The added bonus of the umbrella and beach towel was great. We had half board, dinner was varied and acceptable although we preferred to dine in local restaurants that were recommended to us at reception. The location is exceptional, right next to the beach and bars where you can go for a drink. On the corner there is a wooden bar which is part of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the nightlife of Can Picafort and the staff is very friendly. The staff speaks perfect English (although not all of them).We enjoyed it very much! Special mention to Ana at the reception for her friendliness, helpfulness and approachability. Thanks to her we were able to discover little gems of the island and for your warm welcome! And to Marlon at the bar for his dancing during the entertainment days and for preparing the best strawberry daikiri in the area for my wife. Thank you! We will come back.

I'm very pleased with the hotel, room was spacious and had all the things needed. It was cleaned daily and had air con. It's located close to the beach and entertainment center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We are really appreciative of the help and support from the hotel. We found ourselves in a horrible situation in Alcudia in an Airbnb and had two men trying to kick our door down at 12am, we had to phone the police twice but due to a language barrier we still felt scared and unsafe. Due to lack of help from airbnb and the host we found ourselves wandering around hotels at 2am trying to find rooms for the rest of our stay. The receptionist at a sister hotel in Alcudia let us use their toilets and stay there for safety whilst he kindly phoned several THB hotels in Can Picafort (he was a saving grace in an extremely stressful situation for us as three single women in a country we do not know well) and managed to get two double rooms for us, and even called us a taxi, we were checked in to Gran Playa in Can Picafort by 3.30am. The receptionist at Gran Playa was amazing, she was welcoming, helpful and kind. We were given sandwiches and bananas before heading upto our rooms and had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, all staff friendly and a brilliant location. We have decided that if we return next year that we will definately be staying at a THB hotel. Thank you again so much THB for providing excellent service and welcoming staff in what was a highly upsetting situation for us, thankfully for your help we were able to continue enjoying our holiday and even managed to relax after such a horrible ordeal.

We were really satisfied with our stay at THB Gran Playa. The service was very good and they give attention to your needs. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and they get cleaned each day. The breakfast was great and they even had other options for us because of the lactose allergy, like a lactose free yoghurt. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
