We had an inconvenient the first day but everyone was very helpful and kind. After solving the issue they gave us a special free treat.
The ladies in reception were very friendly and professional.
The animation was great! Special mention to David, Victor and the other 2 boys. All of them were great with the kids and always with a big smile.
The cleaning staff was also kind and super nice with us. Our kid was sick one night and they helped with everything.
Thanks so much to all the staff! Looking forward to come back again.

Beautiful resort. Great swimming pool and kids area. A lot of green and nice atmosphere.
The check in process was too long and takes about 20 minutes waiting and 10 minutes with the agent, there was no water or coffee to wait. The room we had was smelly, there was moisture on the walls. The room was remote with only one elevator that takes 10 minutes to get there. After a long wait and taking with 2 different agents they changed our room.

The ‘resort’ is a lovely place with lots of pools and sunbeds however we didn’t have a good experience, we booked a junior suite for 6 days. We arrived at 15:30 after waiting for 20 minutes at reception only to be told our room wasn’t ready and they’d call us when it was. At 17:45 we went to reception to see if it was ready and there was only 1 person behind reception! after waiting another 20 minutes we were given our keys no apologies. We then had to remove the car from the chargable underground car park and the ticket machine was out of order, we had to walk all the way upto reception and queue again for advice on how to get out. So we’d spent 60 minutes of our first 3 hours at the hotel queuing at the reception. No sign of a help desk or concierge anywhere. Breakfast was terrible, The shower head was broken and had to physically hold it to stop it flooding the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close and was wedged open. Chair in the room was broken with a jagged wooden edge. The tea/coffee/milk wasn’t replenished in the 6 days we were there. Only one tiny bottle of water between us for the full 6 days. No mention on the website they the kids splash park is only open at weekends-THE ONLY REASON we booked the resort in the first place and we found this out after waking all the way back to the reception and joining a queue to ask! They even left a note on the table thanking us for being a gold Meliá member and we’re at their disposal!!! We’ll stick MELIÁ Alicante Marina from now on.

Baby club is amazing! We stayed longer just because of it. Lucia is professional and fantastic - our baby adores her! The whole team working with the children is very friendly and gives a lot of attention! We are very happy with the activities for children! Friendly staff, clean environment, delicious food.

We had a great holiday here and my 6 year old loved it, especially the different pools. The entertainment staff are great, as is the Italian restaurant (Casa Nostra). My only fault is reception is only open at certain times (during check in/out) and there is a very long wait. In addition the rooms are very nice but we had a big problem with ants, take spray with you!
