Great service by the team, Ron at the guest service was very helpful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive, courteous, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Over all team was very good and supportive. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for business or personal stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day by Rashid, very polite and friendly man, our kids always received a small treat from him and they were so happy. Staff helpful, good location close to metro.

My second year in a row to stay in during the winter. Close to museum of the future. Nice, clean and quiet place to stay in. very friendly staff in reception, restaurant and room service. Reception arranged early check-in when I arrived earlier than originally plnned, Restaurant manager was a nice man who was able to solve problems during busy times. room service M Rashid was a smiling helpful chap who provided excellent service. Great team overall.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This hotel is an absolute nightmare! I can confidently say it’s the worst place I've ever stayed. The service is shockingly bad, and there is zero respect for guests. The images on their website are nothing but a deceptive facade; the reality is far worse. The rooms are outdated and filthy, and the noise levels are unbearable. We’ve spent several nights here, and it’s been a struggle to even sleep because of the constant disturbances. The management is completely unhelpful and indifferent to our complaints, showing no concern for our comfort or well-being. It’s infuriating to pay for such a miserable experience. I wouldn’t wish this hotel on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

George at the reception started our stay in a way very few hotels do. The service standards are too high, pleasant. We were in a front facing suite. Look for these rooms. The hotel is neat, rooms are high quality. The location is as ideal as it can be - close to most attractions, good restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, metro.
