Stayed for 4 nights, family of four. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough not to get bug by the event/membership sellers🤣. Lots of restaurant to choose with variety of menu. Spa was great experience including hydrotherapy. Pools were exquisite with different events throughout the day. Some night events were too late for the young ones so we only watch one of the show, which was fun.
With the convenience of the area, we will come back again but not in the near future. 😬😁.

We experienced our first trip to Cancun and an all-inclusive. Considering the number of people here, checking in was pretty seamless. Our rooms were not ready, so we walked around and enjoyed the lobby bar. We were 7 in three swimup rooms and had requested to be in same building in advance.
The food was excellent in most venues, plenty of pools to enjoy, spa services were spot on and limited waiting for tram services. Easy short walk to beach with seating areas.

This place is greatest vocation spot I ever been to. The service was absolutely fantastic starting from the security team at the gate to the front desk to the bill man that took us to our amazing room with the hot tub and the mini bar, the restaurant team were great they give us an amazing service .
The next morning in the pool all team’s members were helpful, super friendly and professional.
The food was great we tried the Mexican restaurant and the gondola in sun rise , the Brazilian stake house and international buffet in nizuc. There are so many restaurants and food styles that we didn’t have the time to try but I’m sure they all have the same standards.
Shout out to the management team for organizing such a great roles and system!
My family and I stayed for three nights only and had the best time ever we will return to this place every time we are in Cancun for sure.

Planned a family vacation so far…. Rooms are nice but away from activities unless you are a timeshare member. They offered a tour when we arrived for timeshare we ended up not doing it. The beach is not great at this location. The pools are nice but all cabanas are reserved for timeshare guest only and it’s nearly impossible to get even one chair for your family. If you are a member of the timeshare it’s great service. If you are not a member the service is a lot less.. all of this money spent and I can’t even get a chair by the pool?!

This is the BEST place ever. I've literally been to this place 9 times, and my parents have gone even more. And after 9 times it doesn't get boring. I always have fun every time. And there are so many room choices for bigger families, or couples. Like the Presidential Suite. That's really big. There is a hefty price though, but that comes with a waterpark, a golf course, a lot of restaurants, and SO many pools!
