I was here with my husband for a wedding with a large group of friends a week ago and we had a great time! Overall we loved our stay, beautiful weather, lots of pool activities, you get access to 3 other resorts & beach was lovely. This resort was also really good for nightlife!
Our biggest complaint was the size. This resort was huge and involves a lot of walking. But if you like large resorts you would like this one. Even if your planning on a pool/beach day our group was getting 15,000-20,000 steps a day. I'd also say this is more like a 3.5 star resort just solely by judging the upkeep of the rooms and resort bathrooms. They were a little rundown and older school than other resorts I've seen. And there were some smells around most bathrooms that was consistent.
Overall though this did not ruin our time just trying to give an honest review! Some of these things don't bother most people so don't let these comments sway you from booking. We had a wonderful week!

Looooved this resort, it is clean and very beautiful. Beach and outdoor area including pools are great, lot of palm trees, beautiful greenery that really feels like a tropical resort. Large and clean pools, kids pool and so many sport activities that entertain kids and teenagers. Night performances are fun and entertaining. The food is average but clean and we didn’t get sick which has happened before in other resorts, so I was happy.

My overall experience here was great. The wide variety of activities makes it easy to find something fun to do. I will admit that the food options were disappointing ,and I found it hard to find something good to eat at the buffets, but the food at Santa Fe Steak House was amazing. Our wait staff, Jorge Morales and Alexander Guzman, provided excellent service and really made our dinner an enjoyable experience. They really make a great team!

We had dinner at Santa-Fe tonight. Dinner was delicious! Ribeye, tenderloin and salmon. Service by Jorge Morales was very professional and attention to detail. He gave us great recommendations.

Our server was Jorge Morales at Sante Fe. He was absolutely amazing and the food was the best. My steak was cooked perfectly and the service was prompt. Truly a memorable experience.
