Santa Fe restaurant in tropical is by far the nicest steak I’ve had in my life. Great service from start to finish, Jorge Morales ensured we had the best experience possible. We’re going in the morning to get booked in for another two nights. Can’t put into words how nice the place, staff and food was.

Jorge Morales was a very attentive waiter as well as all the staff. He made our dinner at Santa Fe excellent. Food was very good, could have been a little hotter when served but over all very good. First course was varied and the steak was excellent. Only thing needed was a little finishing salt which was supplied. Over all our favourite restaurant in the group.

We went to the Santa Fe restaurant and our server Jorge Morales was EXCELLENT!! His service was amazing and the food was great. He always made sure our drinks were full and always check on our table to make sure we were okay!! Food was absolutely good and we will definitely come back as this is our 5th time! Thank you Jorge for the wonderful experience and the mariachi band was excellent!!

The food was absolutely amazing. The variety and availability was top notch! Many different amazing cuisines and between all the buffet restaurants, food was basically always available!
The bar and drink service was also great. Great mixed drinks.
The beach and ocean was also a hit. Amazing white sand and crystal clear water.
Definitely booking Barceló for our next adventure.

Was at the Santa Fe restaurant today for a delicious dinner with my wife and sister in-law. Our server was Jorge Morales. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Cajun crusted sirloin. Was cooked perfectly and seasoning was delicious. The “Santa Fe snacks”, as an appetizer was also delicious and was just the right amount for two. Jorge was so gracious and attentive and as seemed all of our questions and accommodate all of our requests. If you go, and I suggest you do, ask for Jorge.
