This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is perfect, situated on west beach, walking distance to all the restaurants clubs and bars of west beach but far enough way not to be disturbed from the noise. The hotel is clean, modern, well thought out and the staff are exceptional. The service from beginning to end was on point. Shout out to Ru, Leviss and Ken who helped return my lost items (I forgot in the safe 🤦🏼‍♀️). The rooms are well thought out and spacious. The mirrors are near plugs and there’s even a full length mirror! A rare find! There’s also a pillow menu which absolutely made my day! The beds are super comfy! Breakfast was delicious work a wide variety of foods to chose from. The coffee was excellent. The pool area is great, clean, great views. Overall 10/10 for this hotel.

Me and my partner stayed for 2 weeks at the end of August and we did all inclusive. We had the best time and couldn’t recommend it enough. All staff treated us great throughout our stay. In particular in the buffet restaurant, SHEZZOD. He looked after us every evening we were there. He was a lovely gentleman, made us feel welcomed and all ways put a smile on our faces and his service was 10/10. So a big thank you!

‏wife and I stayed at the NH Hotel The Palm for four nights and had a mixed experience. Here are the highlights and areas for improvement: ‏Positive Aspects: ‏- The reception was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. ‏- The breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a diverse selection. - The room was clean and neat. - The view was fantastic. ‏Areas for Improvement: ‏- The pool was crowded and not very clean. Additionally, the water jets in the pool were almost boiling hot. ‏- The rooms were small with no proper wardrobe, just decorative wooden fixtures that couldn't accommodate all our clothes. ‏- The dinner buffet was below expectations, with very spicy food predominantly from Indian cuisine.

I would like to say a big Thanks for the whole team on NH Collection Dubai The Palm, the ones who made my stay more than welcoming. I have to say that the environment is extremely made for you to feel high vibes and even if your staying in Dubai is related to business, it is a place that you can also concentrate in a relaxed way, because another high point is the ambient sound, but you can still find a place for a good meeting. We have vacationed in Dubai many times and stayed at several hotels, but we are especially pleased with this one – it was truly a great choice! The view from the pool was stunning, and the staff was fantastic – everyone was smiling and friendly. The dinners and breakfasts were varied and delicious. We would like to give a special thanks to Putri and Rodrigo for their kindness!
