All-inclusive
If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The gym is well-equipped, perfect for a complete workout, and the pool is clean and relaxing. A special thank you to Dipak, who welcomed us with a smile and great professionalism. He was especially kind to our one-year-old daughter, showing care and attention. Great stay at NH collection. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful & friendly. Infinity pool the highlight, amazing views and overall great vibe.
Good choice of continental and cooked options at breakfast time.
Close to Nakheel mall and easy access to palm monorail.
Free courtesy bus to mall of emirates if needing to shop.
Access to 305 beach- towels provided as a hotel guest.

It would be 4 stars as overall nice hotel and staff work hard but the below let it down for us :
Had superior room but shower leaked everyday and sealant was very dirty. maintenance did come but it was never fixed.
Rooftop pool is obviously the best thing about the hotel but the area needs deep clean on regular basis as it’s always so busy .
The white plastic grills around the pool need changing and deep cleaned. Lots of hair and gunk stuck in them so it started to put us off going in the pool , also some grills are broke and most of the time the tables with the chairs and sunbeds are never cleaned all day despite them having food / drink marks on them etc .
The Sports bar is so nice and food is fab but it needs better management in there , only 2 people look like they know what they are doing ,

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Collection The Palms in Dubai, and I must say that the customer service was exceptional. Ali from the valet parking team was incredibly helpful, providing insightful advice on the most effective transportation options we needed during our stay. His friendly demeanor set a positive tone for our visit right from the start.
During breakfast, I was equally impressed by the service provided by Jennifer and Sapel. They went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were well cared for, and their attentiveness and warmth made the morning experience truly enjoyable.
Additionally, I cannot forget to mention the remarkable cleaning staff. Any minor request we made was addressed immediately and with a friendly attitude.
Overall, the staff at NH Collection The Palms made our stay memorable with their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience top-notch hospitality in Dubai.

Mark’s kindness and attention to detail truly stood out—his professionalism and welcoming attitude made us feel valued and well taken care of.
