Loved loved loved this hotel. The location is close to everything. Was able to check in early. The room, king bed, was a bit small, but all we needed. Everything was extremely clean. We had one of the best burgers & fries. OUTSTANDING. The staff from start to finish were AMAZING. Price was reasonable for NYC. We will return.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. The location is so good. The rooms are clean. The front desk was very polite. The staff in the hallways were so friendly. Price is reasonable. Yea- some of the rooms are dated but who cares. Go outside. You’re in NYC.

The entrance and lobby were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly, but the rooms were extremely basic. Our bed didn’t even have a flat sheet and we were missing body wash. I also noticed that the air filter for the ac had a thick coating of dust and desperately needed to be changed. If they put as much attention to detail on the actual rooms as they do the lobby this place would be great.

A hotel that is perfectly located in the south part of Soho. It’s a quiet little Haven of calm when you want to get away from the bustling in New York City, and yet close to two subway stations, which get you anywhere you want to be in New York rapidly. Our room was extremely quiet, not amazingly cozy, but functional and quiet which is rare in NYC. The staff, especially Cesar, are super professional. We had an issue with the hot water and Cesar intervened immediately, took responsibility for the issue and solved it asap. Highly recommend!

Great location and a small but decent work out room. Unfortunately my room was too noisy for me. There was a connecting door and I could hear my neighbor's conversations as well as doors constantly slamming and people's conversations in the hallways, outside street noise day and night and the heater was VERY loud too. Not so relaxing. Also, no coffee maker, mini bar, fridge etc in the rooms.
