3.5-4 stars. Stayed 9 nights at a beachfront access room (2 adults). Pros: Great location to do day trips. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, loved the Balinese coffee. Room was clean, spacious, especially the bathroom. Pool area fantastic, Plenty of chairs, pool was really close to the beach so a very scenic swim. The Wednesday night local food buffet was fantastic. Super easy to get more room water and toilet paper. Cons: mostly the sound of the loud frogs at night! Room was close to the front where there’s a water feature, not sure if that was why the frog noise was so loud, it was really hard to sleep some nights, so would recommend a strategic room choice if travelling with kids or sensitive to noise at night. Menu at the restaurant is pretty good but with the added service charge and tax to the items, it’s not cheap to dine there. We had vouchers for dinner so that helped. There were little bugs in the room occasionally (like mini flies) which we couldn’t seem to get rid of. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but wouldn’t come back. Great service and friendly people so will look back on the trip fondly.

Comfortable week long stay. The beachfront area was spectacular and we spent days lounging there soaking up the sun. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfeast buffet had lot of options but the quality was pretty average on all days. The food at the pool restaurant was also very average but thankfully there were other dining options within 1km of the hotel.

Big thanks to Novotel Bali Benoa! I just want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at Novotel Bali Benoa. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, and they always did it with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. But it was the staff that truly made my stay unforgettable. They are a true credit to the Novotel brand. If you are looking for a hotel in Bali that offers exceptional service and a truly memorable experience, I highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa.

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint at all. The hotel was amazing, both pools were lovely and always very clean. The food and drink selection was great and always 10/10. We have never experienced such amazing service, the staff are all incredibly friendly and genuinely kind people. It made our stay here so special and we can’t thank them enough. We also had an amazing spa treatment by Suranti & Wary (not sure if correct spelling). I had a pampering time treatment and husband had bamboo massage. It was very relaxing, would really recommend. The ladies were very welcoming.

I booked Novotel Bali Benoa hotel a month in advance stating that it was a family of 5 including 3 children. And you know what?... when we arrived they put us in 2 different sides of the hotel. To understand more clear see the map that the hotel is decided into 2 main parts and at the middle there is a traffic road… I booked the room without breakfast so I additionally paid for 3 breakfast as it is free for children under 16. We moved here from Merusaka hotel where we had 6nights stay, so children and I weren’t much impressed with breakfast, but it was fine. Actually there was a line of 8children waiting for the pan cakes at the moment when I wanted to get some )) So for other days we decided to have breakfast outside. The rooms are old and worn out, especially the bathroom. They toiletries with shower gel and shampoo was not working properly, so I opened the bottle and at one moment it slipped from my hand and got broken. When I explained the case to the reception, the employee came and showed me how it is working )), explaining that once you push it, it’s lid slowly goes up(though it shouldn’t go up slowly, if works properly). The towel are of grey colour, that used to be white before. The door of the bathroom is about 3.5meters and very heavy, you can not open it noiseless at night… and due to location to road, it’s little noisy at nights. They have excellent pools. Although they have beach, you can not swim there as there big stones and it’s kind of a cliff there. Overall, nice place, but I am disappointed by Novotel chain.
