Tranquillity and luxury awaits you at the Novotel Bali Benoa, a glorious holiday escape in a stunning tropical gardens setting overlooking the crystal clear waters of Benoa Bay. Good hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The area is clean. Restaurant is good but struggles when there is a lot of people coming for breakfast at the same time. The beach is nice but almost impossible to swim from as the water is shallow during the low tide. Also there is quite a lot of sea grass and plastic in the water that no one really cleans up. Apart from that the hotel itself is good.

A fantastic 2 day break to end my trip around Lombok and Bali. I picked the hotel for its location and spa facilities. The signature spa experience was wonderful. Weri was very attentive, ensuring I was comfortable at all times, massage pressure was firm and exactly what I wanted. I was even able to switch out one of the treatments for a facial free of charge. Fantastic value for money. Thank you Weri!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Benoa. The facilities are lovely, with great pools, well-kept grounds, and plenty of spots to relax. The food and bar service were excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality throughout. Unfortunately, the main outdoor bar was closed for refurbishment during our stay, and the inside bar closing at 10 to 10.30pm felt a little early, which meant we didn’t really use it in the evenings. That said, the staff were truly exceptional friendly, attentive, and professional at every level. They really made the difference and are a credit to the hotel. Overall, a great experience and one we’d happily recommend

This is a beautiful hotel. I’m so glad I booked our family holiday here. Great value for money w a booking.com deal. Stayed 12-16/10/25 in the tropical king room (on the beach side) which I’d always opt for rather than across the road as super quiet and beautiful tropical gardens. Rooms impeccable, staff so friendly and eager to please. Breakfast buffet amazing, pool areas stunning esp beachside pool. 100% would love to stay here again. Thank you Novotel Benoa, Nancy Bobby and kids!

Staying in Novotel Bali Benoa was a very lucky experience. The place is very clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. There are lots of activities as well. Massage experience was excellent, Eka did a great job. I also have been impressed for the rapidity and the professionality how the reception staff managed to take me to the airport, Ekayana Bellboy was very quick, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a Bali holiday.
