Quite isolated and away from everything but the hotel rooms are pleasant with beautiful pool areas.
Breakfast was extensive however, constantly so crowded that we couldn’t be accommodated on an actual table in the restaurant.
Staff were friendly and I loved our cleaner however, asking staff in the reception about when an event started (fire dancing) or about the kids club etc and they are completely clueless. They look at me confused and ask me to ask someone else. After asking four people I gave up and we never went to see the fire dancing.

Given the incredible and affordable places you can find in Bali, this hotel definitely does not live up to its five-star rating. Our experience started on a disappointing note—the first room we were given was appalling. Thankfully, after raising our concerns with reception, they moved us to a different room, which was much better, but still not up to the standard one would expect from a luxury hotel.
The service throughout our stay was inconsistent, and the staff didn’t provide a 5* experience. That said, there were a couple of highlights. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean was absolutely fantastic, easily the best feature of the hotel. The breakfast selection was also quite decent, despite having cats walking around the restaurant which we did not like.
However, considering the many outstanding accommodations available in Bali, I’m sure there are far better choices in the area. If you’re looking for a true five-star experience, I’d recommend exploring other options.

3.5-4 stars. Stayed 9 nights at a beachfront access room (2 adults).
Pros: Great location to do day trips. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, loved the Balinese coffee. Room was clean, spacious, especially the bathroom. Pool area fantastic,
Plenty of chairs, pool was really close to the beach so a very scenic swim. The Wednesday night local food buffet was fantastic. Super easy to get more room water and toilet paper.
Cons: mostly the sound of the loud frogs at night! Room was close to the front where there’s a water feature, not sure if that was why the frog noise was so loud, it was really hard to sleep some nights, so would recommend a strategic room choice if travelling with kids or sensitive to noise at night. Menu at the restaurant is pretty good but with the added service charge and tax to the items, it’s not cheap to dine there. We had vouchers for dinner so that helped. There were little bugs in the room occasionally (like mini flies) which we couldn’t seem to get rid of.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel but wouldn’t come back. Great service and friendly people so will look back on the trip fondly.

Comfortable week long stay. The beachfront area was spectacular and we spent days lounging there soaking up the sun. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfeast buffet had lot of options but the quality was pretty average on all days. The food at the pool restaurant was also very average but thankfully there were other dining options within 1km of the hotel.

Hotel was nice, it's in a quiet place, staff was ok, service was good, not wheel chair friendly as getting to our room we had to use stairs as there is no elevator, good place though
