First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views. The beach is fantastic. The food was pretty great and the restaurants were amazing too! All in all we had an amazing vacation!

We just got home from 4 nights in Paradise!! From the start the staff made our stay amazing! Danny at the front desk really helped answer all our questions and showed us the ropes for our first all inclusive experience! The beach was amazing as we're the pools. The Mexican restaurant and steakhouse were the best meals. I was a huge fan of the buffet, but the omlettes and fresh fruit were great.
Would absolutely return.

Had an absolutely wonderful time with my sister. Everyone at the resort was so kind, the rooms and the resort in general were super clean. The food was delicious. We ended up upgrading to the royal level which was so worth it. We did not stay in a royal room but that did not bother us at the standard room was wonderful. We ate at the royal restaurant, the seafood restaurant, steakhouse and buffet and everything was excellent. Definitely would love to go back at some point.

Overall experience was alright, but would not be revisiting. The rooms were clean, however the shower kept on flooding and we weren’t given enough towels. Also, the phone in our room did not work. The food was decent but the service was terrible at the buffet, we barely had any service and had to go get our own drinks. The wifi at the resort was absolutely terrible, could barely get service besides in the room. The beach was fairly small considering the size of the resort but beach was well kept. When returning my towels to get towel cards on the last day, one of the workers cornered me into writing a 5 star review for them before giving me the towel card. They even proceeded to let the people behind me get towel cards.

Just came back from a 7 night stay with a group of 10 and very disappointed. 8 out of our group of 10 were sick. The hotel rooms were outdated, and not clean. Our bed was very uncomfortable and smelled of sweat. Pillow cases, and sheets were stained. We also asked for new sheets and pillow cases, and they were also stained.. The food was not great, we lived off fries and nachos for a week. The ala cart restaurants are a must as that is where you can find the only decent meal. The service is also not great. Everyone is looking for a tip, and you will not get served quickly unless you have a couple bills in your hand. There were some happier employees but it was very rare to see. The lobby bar closed at 11 which we found ridiculous as it was one of the only places with a comfortable lounge area.
The beach is very nice but no umbrellas. It was also relatively close to the airport. Overall we’re pretty disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this resort to any family or friends. This is not a 5 star resort. Save your money.
