Stayed January 2025 for 2 weeks are usual visit, 4th time in January and also stayed 4 other occasions too. Love this hotel its so friendly the staff cannot do enough for you especially the bar staff. The animation team are now like old friends to us, it's wonderful they remember our names and faces and are happy to see us returning.

Quite good located and nice style for it's category. The staff seems to be competent and friendly. Beds and rooms are tidy and clean. The variety of food at breakfast and dinner is very good and fresh. Covers every taste. Unfortunately the dishes are not cleaned good and therefore dirty..but all together I can recommend this hotel for a trip to Tenerife

Nice hotel, great location. We paid for a senior suite ( the best room available) It’s very basic… no kettle, no tv in bedroom…nothing in the mini fridge - no water ( we are all inclusive). Not impressed with the room. The pool is lovely, plenty of sun longers, nice food , very limited vegetarian options except for pizza and pasta. HOWEVER the entertainment team and bar stuff are 10/10. Lovely bar staff such as Pawel and Alona(?) very friendly and go beyond. Entertainment staff such as Mano , Jesica & Tomos are amazing made the stay and entertainment fantastic. Amazing entertainment every evening & funny and friendly staff taking it, went above and beyond to entertain and engage with everyone during entertainment and around the hotel in general. Made the hotel very enjoyable and made up for what the room was lacking.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel! The entertainment staff are amazing, and so so lovely. All staff are so helpful, on our arrival we arrived just after midnight and they had a bag with sandwiches, fruits and treats. The food is lovely and made fresh. And the rooms are super clean and spacious. The location is great, 5 minutes from the strip and around a 15-20 minute walk to the area of the Hard Rock Cafe. We will be returning.

Amazing experience, no negatives what's so ever, this is the best hotel that we have stayed in over the past 5 years in teneriefe, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, and the animation team are just amazing, big shout out to Tomas, Jesica and the other one who always wants to call security (manuel) haha, there presence and humour made our days fun, pawel in the pool bar thanks for the humour and good service and Alona whi always got my drinos before i got to the bar the staff are what makes this hotel fantastic, but also the Rooms are clean and nice, the food being all inclusive is of a good standard and what tasted like real British sausage for breakfast wow. All in all a great hotel, with fantastic staff, I am sure if you go looking for faults you will find but my opinion is as above and we will be booking to return to this hotel. Thanks team ole for making our holiday great.
