Booked holiday as was good price. Mrs then read reviews and started to get
nervous, cockroaches blah food bad blah blah.
But wow when we arrived it was beautiful and clean and all staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative which a bit of a constructive criticism is that they could do a few more kid friendly meals like put burgers in buns every night. Evening entertainment was good for 3-4 nights poor on others, at night entertainment there needs to be more tables and chairs,as at night a lot of people were sat on sun lounges. Now for the amazing bits. pools were amazing of which there was 2 hotel was spotless .what food we had was stunning just needs more English choice for kids as most just ate chips every night. Staff super friendly always on hand to help. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a great view of pools. we will be back miss you already, blue resort hotel

Fantastic holiday for my wife and I. Cheap getaway for 3 nights. Paid next to nothing for all inclusive then read the reviews. My wife moaned for 3 weeks beforehand but when we arrived we were shocked. Room was immaculate absolutely no bed bugs. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. Food and drink exceeded our expectations. Something for everyone especially vegetarians.
Entertainment team were friendly and tried to get everyone involved without pestering you. Everywhere was clean - the pool the food hall, the reception etc.
Being so cheap you do get groups of youngsters but we had no trouble and we didn't hear any excessive noise. We paid for a sea view room so maybe this was in a quiet area.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel, the only reason only 4 stars for location is there is no beach but we knew that before we went.

Very spacious room. Little dated, I would describe as vintage sheek. Very clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. Large balcony. Entertainment finished at a reasonable time, so it wasn't too distracting. Air Con worked for a while then the balcony door opened and made it through to the morning. The food was plentiful. As a vegetarian, I found I had an unusual mixed match some evenings, but never went hungry. The only criticism is that the food could be labelled better. I used spinach and cheese sauce and found meat in it but wasn't listed. Fruit was fresh and plentiful 😋
Hot drinks and various fruit juices
available.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star! The first morning we woke to bed bugs and covered in bites. We asked to change rooms to which they were happy to do as they were clearly fully aware they had a serious infestation!
We were upgraded and moved to a different part of the hotel. We were fine for the next 2 days but this didn’t last long after we had cleaners in our room. We are certain the cleaners are the ones transporting the bed bugs from room to room. My partner has been in agony every night and day with the unbelievable amount of bites! We asked to move rooms but got declined and the male staff tried to deny the hotel having a bed bug problem! After speaking to multiple people by the pool, it seems this is a common theme for most rooms. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was nothing short of a nightmare. My stay, from the moment I arrived, was riddled with issues that were not only highly inconvenient but also deeply concerning for health and safety reasons.
Firstly, I had paid for a luxury room, but the room I was initially provided was outdated and far from what was advertised. More alarmingly, that first room was infested with bed bugs. When we woke up, we were surrounded by bed bugs, with black stains (likely droppings), bloodstains, and bed bugs visibly crawling on the bed. I have photographic evidence of this.
Upon reporting this issue to the reception, the staff’s response was shockingly casual. We were simply offered another room, with no sense of urgency or genuine concern for the severity of the problem. We asked to speak to the manager, but the staff dismissed our request and behaved as though this was not their responsibility, leaving us to handle the situation ourselves. Despite seeing and speaking with other guests who were equally upset about bed bugs during our stay, no meaningful action was taken.
We had to clean all our belongings ourselves to prevent further infestation, both in the new hotel room and to ensure we did not take the bed bugs back home with us. This task was entirely left to us, without any assistance from hotel staff. Despite our efforts, we suffered bites from the bed bugs, leaving us with dozens of red, itchy bumps all over our bodies. We were forced to buy medications and creams from a local pharmacy to deal with these bites.
What is most concerning is that, despite these complaints, the hotel continued to place new guests in neighboring rooms, fully aware that the bed bugs could easily spread to other areas of the hotel. This is a serious health hazard and should have been addressed immediately with proper pest control measures.
In summary, this hotel stay was unacceptable, and I found the staff to be unsympathetic, with the manager especially displaying a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. It was clear that the hotel staff knew about this ongoing issue, but they chose to act as if they were unaware.
