I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews here - but my experience of the hotel was really good.
Sure, the rooms look dated - but they were clean, the bed was comfy, there was endless hot water with good pressure and the WiFi worked well. My only "complaint" would be that the mini fridge wasn't very cold.
The public areas were spotless, I enjoyed sitting by the pools, and the bar staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
I'd never booked to include dinner before - but was amazed by the variety and quality of what was on offer! You could have pizza and chips.... Or you could have delicious fresh cooked fish, mutton chops, pork fillet stew! Salads and desserts were plentiful and varied - and all the staff were hardworking and pleasant.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here - quiet and peaceful. And the 15 minute walk to the centre of town was a good way to get my steps in!

We are here right now, arrived new years eve! First impressions..good. don't listen to the terrible reviews. If you are friendly, smile and want to enjoy yourself, you'll be great here! All staff are welcoming, courteous and try their best..in my opinion. You'll always find a negative if you're looking. Something for all tastes at the restaurant although the hot food is just warm.. I eat mostly cold food so not a problem but even so, I'm sure you'll find something. I know already that I'd return - no problem and I bet in the summer, with higher temperatures, the experience gets better. New year's touches its party bags in rooms and entertainment was good as we're the fireworks at midnight all around. No noise as we are overlooking the sea..stunning views to wake up to. Bring an extension cable as plug sockets are limited.

Booked holiday as was good price. Mrs then read reviews and started to get
nervous, cockroaches blah food bad blah blah.
But wow when we arrived it was beautiful and clean and all staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative which a bit of a constructive criticism is that they could do a few more kid friendly meals like put burgers in buns every night. Evening entertainment was good for 3-4 nights poor on others, at night entertainment there needs to be more tables and chairs,as at night a lot of people were sat on sun lounges. Now for the amazing bits. pools were amazing of which there was 2 hotel was spotless .what food we had was stunning just needs more English choice for kids as most just ate chips every night. Staff super friendly always on hand to help. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a great view of pools. we will be back miss you already, blue resort hotel

Fantastic holiday for my wife and I. Cheap getaway for 3 nights. Paid next to nothing for all inclusive then read the reviews. My wife moaned for 3 weeks beforehand but when we arrived we were shocked. Room was immaculate absolutely no bed bugs. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. Food and drink exceeded our expectations. Something for everyone especially vegetarians.
Entertainment team were friendly and tried to get everyone involved without pestering you. Everywhere was clean - the pool the food hall, the reception etc.
Being so cheap you do get groups of youngsters but we had no trouble and we didn't hear any excessive noise. We paid for a sea view room so maybe this was in a quiet area.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel, the only reason only 4 stars for location is there is no beach but we knew that before we went.

me and my partner came here for the weekend.
We will put in the old rooms ! The toilet broke on the first date. The cleaner came in the second date and both the bed And they left us with the bed until we complained. me and my partner for dinner Restaurant. The server was saying things in Spanish to my partner. We complain and ask to leave the restaurant. We still have one more night But I’m thinking about moving . Don’t waste your money again this is not a four star more like a 2 star
