We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The entire staff was exceptional — the attention to detail, the genuine hospitality, and the seamless service throughout our stay truly stood out. However, we want to give special recognition to one individual who made a lasting impression: Linn, the front desk receptionist. Linn was absolutely terrific in every interaction. From treating us to rose water each evening, offering thoughtful restaurant suggestions, and going out of his way to make our children feel special, he consistently went above and beyond. His charisma, warm personality, and clear passion for his job were evident in every moment. What truly touched us was that Linn came in on his day off with a handwritten letter to send us off to our next destination. That small act of kindness says everything about his character and dedication. We usually enjoy trying new places when we travel, but thanks to Linn, we just might return to the Arabian Court again. Thank you, Linn, for making our stay so smooth, memorable, and heartwarming.

The resort is truly a haven of luxury and relaxation, with impeccable attention to detail in every aspect. The beach area was a definite highlight — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and staffed by a team that clearly cares about guest comfort. But the standout aspect of our stay was the service, particularly at The Rotisserie restaurant. A very special thank you to Hillary and Tony, who went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality really elevated our time at the resort. If you're looking for a luxurious escape in Dubai with world-class service, stunning beachfront, and top-tier dining, I can’t recommend the One & Only Royal Mirage enough. We are already looking forward to returning.

Fantastic stay, the staff are incredible and the attention to detail around the hotel is just spot on. Appreciate the welcoming and the farewell - the staff did great. I will say that there are 2 things I would honestly focus on 1. In room amenities. After staying at Atlantis the palm (which is owned by the same group) has far better in room amenities. 2. Buffet breakfast at Olives was… okay. Again Atlantis the palm is far far far better - I was expecting more with the higher price tag. It didn’t change my 5 stars but honestly based on others reviews and my experience - it’s something that it easily fixed. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Rotisserie in the One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. The buffet was outstanding — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes with something for every taste. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, perfect to start the day. A special thank you to Hillary, who made our morning extra special. Her service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, refreshing welcome drinks, and seamless check-in service that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with breathtaking views. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom amenities—reflected true five-star quality. The resort grounds were stunning and perfectly maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
